Every time I hear about artist not doing commission on time, from both clients and artists, almost never there was an actual deadline set. Why do people do this?

Usually I trust them to send it out in the appropriate time depending on how many other commissioners are before me. I can excuse someone not getting to my art in 2 weeks if they have 20 other fuckers ahead of me, but if I'm the only one and I'm being passed over and ignored for streams and fanart then I'm doing a fucking chargeback
