so, in my quest to lose weight and get into trap-mode, I've come up with a diet exercise plan that I'm starting tomorrow (because our oven broke down the night I was going to fucking use it)

every third day, after washing, I exfoliate my face and neck, oil up the areas I'm going to shave, put a hot towel on my face for roughly 3-6 minutes, lather up some shaving cream and apply it in a motion opposite my hair's growth, then I shave going with my hair (leaving the sideburns and beard area for last), and then going up against the grain. I follow all of this up by rubbing a block of alum on my face, putting on a deep-cleansing face mask, washing that off with cold water and going on with the rest of my routine. I only add in an alcohol-free aftershave a bit before the anti-aging cream

as for body, I just scrub it down twice a day after working out. get a good bodywash for your skin type and you should be good
I'm about to start exfoliating my entire body at least 1-2 times a week, so I'm going to use castille soap in exfoliating gloves to give it an initial scrub then either a salt or charcoal scrub that I found on sale at a local store
of course, you need to follow up every shower with body lotion and a method to apply it to your back (they make things like that). I usually add in a bit of rosehip oil for additional benefits
