The census was from something a few months back. Someone did a roll sheet and based off the numbers you got it'd determine the species and occupation. As an added option, people could come up with bios for the resulting character, and the census is basically an archive of those bios. The area in the back and below armpits goes into the pocket space too when needed, though it's not inside most of the time. The bandage itself is probably bit stretchy on its own, too. It should be fairly comfortable.

If anything, it's the other way around, Natani's tits aren't really supported by anything in the pocket space, which can lead to back pain. Except she's ripped, back muscles included, so that shouldn't be an issue
