My Raichu, of course! He's been a great help these past few weeks especially, a few shocks here and there let me stay up far longer than is normally wise, and now everything is set for the construction of a military training facility and barracks in Sinjoh.

Before someone asks, yes, I ensured everything is being done right after a good night's rest, I'm not as stupid as the media likes to make me out.

The Construction crews are being sent out tomorrow, along with a team of archaeologists to investigate the local ruins around the site. With any luck, nothing will need to be demolished, and the construction will only take a month.

For now it serves the purpose of creating a military police, not to say the police we have are incompetent, far from it, but they are overworked and quite simply not strong enough to take on the majority of threats in this day and age. They are spread too thin, to the point where I have had to assign some of the trainers that work under me to making sure the breeders in Kanto stay clean!
