I remember reading a story about a dragon and a woman once like this, where after she has been in the dragon's belly for a while she starts to hear the calling of everyone else the dragon has ever eaten and she ends up joining them.
Another similar thing was about some fantasy creature, I think female, eating a guy, probably under kinda confusing circumstances. When he wakes up he's in some peaceful void where he eventually meets a little girl. As they talk he figures out the small girl's parents are dead but she doesn't realize it and that's kinda why the monster is holding them there. I think he eventually got released, but not before there was some trouble around their previously peaceful plane of existence because the predator was wounded or something somehow.
That's the sort of good shit I like to see done with this idea. Reading a story about how a monster captures and eats an orphaned little boy just to feed on their fear and horror within their soul forever on the other hand, yikes no thanks.

I used to read a lot of vore stories as a teen in bed before falling asleep when I got an earlier smartphone. Back on VOR-COM and yiffstar when those were still things, but also FA if the file formats allowed me to.

Didn't work quite like that in the particular story I read. It was bit of a "y u do dis" feeling it left when a story like that could have had a more satisfying ending with someone whose life is miserable with nothing better in sight end up better off just dead than what they got.
Not to mention you could always have them have somehow happy ending even predated down like by feeling good in their soul about serving the pred somehow, just for example.

idk, I could just never really enjoy sadistic stuff even if I can enjoy a really scary vore story a lot. But I prefer happy and satisfying endings. Tap either into people's fears or their desire for good I say when writing a story. Not hate unless it's for specific reason like setting up a villain.

They are there for people not creative enough to design their own characters from scratch. Besides they are cartoony enough so it's usually easier to draw and convey expressions on instead of real life animals.

And typically community OCs are copy-pastes from some template; and often people that make those don't have any idea on how to harmonize colors or drawing expressions. There is few people that can make actual good original characters.

I want to say that, in my head at least, there's a difference between nonfatal disposal and nonfatal full tour. Full tour is showing a full trip through the body, but nonfatal disposal implies that prey isn't just let out through the back, but forced out along with other waste. It's a paradoxically small but massive difference, but good lord does the idea get me turned on like nothing else.
