I can easily cover my dispell requisite by cuddling with one or more of my party members while sleeping. The most practical way to do this would be to cuddle with two party members while sleeping, with all four of us taking turns taking a two hour watch (assuming we are somewhere unsafe). This would grant 6 hours of cuddling with two party members at any given time (6 dispells per night). On any given day we can easily spend two straight hours holding hands (one dispell per day). If we add the Mouth Master, Kiss Dispell, and Oral Dispell combo we can easily get even more. We can assume that with Mouth Master we can make someone cum at least once in two hours. Thus granting us 3 dispells in total. If we do this twice a week, and add in all other numbers, we get 55 dispelled a week

With this it would only take forty weeks to reach the requisite number of dispells for the year, leaving twelve weeks to spare. If we give a conservative estimate of one normal orgasm per day, we add another seven dispells a week; 62 dispelled a week.

Bringing us down to about 36 weeks. This can be brought down further by doing more of the above, but here I’m trying to give me and the party plenty of time to complete the quest.

OK, the plan here is for Anne-Sophie to track and lead us to a group of Pathblockers. My standard attack move is to split myself into seven copies and grab someone very thoroughly, use Magical Binding to tie them up near instantly, then move onto the next. Emy's summons run interferance and if there's a lieutenant present Ester duels her down.
The long-term plan revolves around Fetishize. With a bit of work I can make the prisoners /enthusiastically/ submissive to their Master. Doppelganger lets me 'work' on up to seven prisoners at once, and Emy's summons can provide backup if we need more dicks than that.
Once suitably prepared I edit their memories then I use my government contacts to sell them as sex slaves. Ester uses her Inquisition background to ensure nobody interferes.
Then move on to the next group.

We get to burn off Curses, complete our quest, and make a nice profit all simultaneously. Yes, this seems like a good plan.

It's just such a silly premise that I don't take very seriously. A lot of concepts in Sexcapades were artistic liberations where I didn't put much thought into the consequences; I knew I had to do them for the sake of staying true to what makes a /d/ CYOA a /d/ CYOA. Even so, this thing is pretty heavily on the /tg/ side, at least in my opinion. Though that's probably just from my expetience from making non-/d/ CYOAs.

That said, I consider some parts canon. Lust magic is a thing (although probably not as detailed or powerful as presented here for balance purposes), as is the country of Lechyae and some of the characters in this CYOA. Either way, enjoy the thing as is. I don't really care how you interpret it, that's just what I personally feel about it.

Perhaps a premature offering, but here's another WIP I've integrated a lot of suggestions and corrected a lot of errors, and I would like some feedback on whether or not I've actually fixed them. I've greyed out the 'adaptive conditioning' regimen because, from what I can tell, there's no reason -not- to take it, which makes offering it as an option redundant. Should I remove it completely, or amend it, somehow?

There's been some discussion regarding chimerism. I think I've may have made it clearer by changing some language and boosting point values. Have I solved it?

I'm terrible at changelogs... uh, reworking a lot of options, some new regimens, some new lifestyle stuff, lots of new acquaintances. I haven't moved forward yet but I have fleshed out what's there a lot.

As usual, I live for critique and criticism.

For your second point, yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to do. I wouldn't say it's -strongly- penalized, just that you can't enter two seperate categories without a little compromise.

I don't know what animal you're picking, exactly, but it sounds like you want to be able to get two sets of points from one pick. I would either suggest specializing, or abusing chimerism to get the spare points. Say you're merging two breeds of the same species or something.

Some feedback as requested. Overall I'm very happy with the changes made but have a few specific things I'd like to bring up.

Adaptive conditioning: I would keep it, it's not the only thing that looks like there's no reason not to take it such as Foundational Reset or Hybridization. I also see it, as mentioned above, also having significance in roleplay. If the +2 time slots for each season after you take is what makes it seem necessary, maybe instead give us a flat amount of extra time slots to give us more flexibility in scheduling. Or if it needs something to "spice it up" you could break it down into suboptions for how far you're you're willing to go along with the conditioning and their effects on you.

Chimerism: It got pretty well hashed out already but to add my 2 cents obviously picking the Chimera option means you're a chimera but less obvious is going through the normal options and picking things that don't or at least shouldn't exist with a certain animal like a cow that lays eggs. To keep things as simple as possible, I would put a blurb about how unless you want to be considered a chimera you should only take stuff like Fleece Encouragement or Oviparity Induction if it's a product expected to be harvestable from the animal you're being Hybridized with and go into the social and competitive ramifications of being a chimera a bit. Probably something similar to what's mentioned under Custom Livestock Conditioning I would imagine.

So, a bit of feedback.

1) Product Enhancement should probably require you to be able to produce a product first, either through Hybridization or one of the five +2 <animal> options.

2) Custom Harvest isn't really clear. Do girls and bois that fall into an ordinary category of harvest pick it, or do you only pick it if you fall outside the norm?

3) Conditioning is quite difficult if you go Exotic. You have to get the basic mod to get hybridized, and you have to get hybridized to get conditioned. That means you can't possibly receive conditioning until season three, and that also means you can't go alpha until season four. Compare that to the other critters, which are conditioned in season one and can alpha as early as season two. That also means your first season is very empty.

4) If costs are paid before the season, and you pick clothes at the start of Season 1, you can't possibly get Fancy Duds.

5) You should probably clarify if any option can be taken more than once during different seasons, or if +X slot ones can be divided up. The answer might be "none" and "no," but it'd be reasonable to condition multiple times, for example.

6) You should probably include show-training options. If you've never seen a sheep run an obstacle course you're missing out.

I strongly recommend restoring Adaptive Conditioning in some form (Maybe make it for just one season).
The reason being, without it it's impossible to take particularly eccentric hybridizations, since you need to take all your submods for it in one season. While I've rarely found the increased time units necessary in subsequent seasons, dumping points on it in S1 is necessary to get my desired form in S2

Or you need to get less of them from options. The base treatment gives you +10 traits, and then there's only like 4-5 possible traits listed per animal type.

As for actual critique, I don't particularly like how... linear a lot of it is. It's worse for exotic stocks, and the lack of a post-Show section doesn't help, but it locks a lot of the choices that are fundamental to someone's build (in particular the Alpha Resocialization, but to a lesser extent all of the Hybridizations) behind prerequisites. I'm sure not everyone shares my opinions, but it would make me feel a bit better about my build if I was able to get the 'groundwork' of my build done - the basic physical and mental changes - before going to the choice of housing, well, half done.

I wanted to go for a more gradual change. This CYOA is about only your first year, after all. I tried to avoid the linearity by breaking up what options I could because some might prefer to take the mental changes before the physical, while some might prefer to take them after. For those that prefer simultaneity? Well, I wanted the difficulty in the CYOA to come from the scheduling mechanic, and I can't satisfy everybody.

Basically, this CYOA is about a transitional period, getting you -to- the beginning. If you feel your character's half-done at any point, well, you're kinda supposed to, I guess.

I love the OC, and its a nice cyoa, but I feel like the curse count is kinda... meh. First playthrough I was conservative and got ~1800 curses worth. When I read what the curses were, I backed up and bought everything. 4000 orgasms in a year just isn't that much when you can just reset yourself with ceaseless, or burn 8 curses a die by sleeping holding your teammates hands. Also it kinda makes me sad that the quests fell kinda the same. With the sole exception of ancient dragon, they're all search and destroy missions, and AD is just search and destroy escort. Why not a diplomacy mission? Or a "Lead an army to victory" mission that gives you 10 years instead of 1?

Finally, no ILG option? Is this even a cyoa?

That's a common piece of feedback, yes. As I said before, I want to increase the curse count but I'm holding off on that for a later, big update. I don't want to induce such a drastic change now that I've already submitted it to the contest.

I spent the least time on the quests, I'll admit. I had bigger plans like listing requirements (which would relate to the classes in your party) and whatnot. I plan on adding more/expanding the quests in the future, so I'll keep this in mind.

I'm interested in a military-esque quest, but I'm not really fond of a diplomacy sort of thing. The classes and companions are all combat-based, so that'd kind of throw off the tone, you know? I also want to make sure all the quests have some sort of lewd undertones.

Technically, yes. But I want to change the spell fundamentally so that it's just a straight up active spell that gives your lust powers away, except it only works on party members. No time limit. I think that'd enforce a more submissive tone to the spell, which is what was intended of it.

Nope, feel free to cast it again, or even before it runs out to just keep it going.

I don't really know exactly why I implemented this restriction; I guess I just didn't want to word them to be permanent effects, per se.

Arbitrary and I can't really say, to be honest. I just use it as a relative phrase to say that this spell drains more energy than others, although I'm not sure if that really worked as intended.

Body Enhancement is temporary (toggle) while Ass Shapeshifting is permanent. It also doesn't have a month-long cooldown like Re-Humanize so you can cast it as many times as you want.

I want to keep the 1-month cooldown on Re-Humanize because I'm not sure how I feel about someone turning everyone in the country into lolis permanently. Although that may certainly appeal to some, I gotta put the line somewhere.

Honestly, making prerequisites default to allowing concurrence (so that you can pack the first season with basic stuff), or even just making a distinction between "Must have taken", "Must be taking concurrently", and/or "must take in the future" would go a long way.

A lot of it is up to personal preference, but I don't like how you've handled it for reasons I'm not entirely sure how to articulate. Maybe that it's not deeply ingrained (only the basic courses tend to have significant prerequisites or harsh time requirements), but the few that are there seem rather arbitrary (custom animals are forced on a four season path to Alpha-hood, more than one hybrid or custom variation at once forces an entire season to be set aside, etc). Now that I think about it, it might be that it's significantly harder for Hybrids to arrange a "good story" - that is, using all of the CYOA that is currently written, making a concept they can fap to.

I think it's not a raw numbers problem, it's a proportion one. The 'main' changes (Hybridization and all the production modifiers) take so much time together that while someone who maxes out their scores can barely fit their courses in, someone who skimps on them doesn't have anything to do except stack companion on companion in two-time-slot chunks.
Either a general reduction in the length of some standard courses (to go along with either a time reduction or a contemt increase) and/or chores that trade larger chunks of time for Influence (or, if you don't want to rebalance stuff around that, any other way to eat time) should help that.
