For the main characters, I was thinking there should be three of them, a sort of leader/brains/brawn sort of thing. We already have the protag fleshed out alright. For the brains, I was thinking a chubby, timid nerd who got fat because they're totally sedentary. For the other friend, I was thinking a strong sporty girl, who's super sweet. A gentle giant sort of thing. She's there because she took a break from whatever sport she did and became extra thicc.

But either way that's it. Most of the time these stories end with some sort of healthy eating message, but we're actually just ending on poor Effie rolling down a hill.

The moral is that Effie's mom is terribly negligent and paying lip service to healthy eating should probably be paired with parental action unless you want your kids rolling down hills, I guess?

Since the idea behind all this is making something that seems like it could be a real cartoon, actually making one of the campers a hippy-stoner type might be a bridge too far.

That said, how about the cook? She could be a hippy type who acts low-key stoned all the time. She gets bored making the same health food all the time, so she makes less-than-healthy food for the MC on the sly. Plus, mad implied-munchies.

I was definitely thinking Jackie, with the hippy-ness ramped up. It's a good dynamic to have one staff member that's their enemy, one who's their friend, and one who's somewhere in the middle.

Had an idea for a side character: Kind of a pretentious food-critic type, likely the kid of one or two gourmet chefs. Refuses to eat the health food the camp serves, claiming it doesn't meet the standards of his refined, discerning palate, though the "refined, discerning" part is disputed by the fact that he's one of the fattest kids in camp and has no problem glutting himself on smuggled-in junk food.

The best fanservice for this hypothetical cartoon would be to keep continuity for characters' weights. Say the camp has everyone write their weight on a board near their bunk as a means of motivation/shame. As episodes go on, both the way the characters are drawn and their written weights change in a way that makes sense. Of course for the MC, her number only ever goes up, and she's drawn slightly fatter each episode. With enough seasons, she'll eventually become by far the fattest camper.

Do you remember that one catdog episode were they ate a whole buffet, but didn't have enough money to pay for the food, so they had to fight the owner to pay off the debt in a sumo fight. after watching that episode as a kid, I started to fantasize a ben 10 episode with a similar situation. It's where Ben and Gwen are taken to a big all you can eat buffet, and they scarf down every single ounce of food until they're enormously fat, but they don't know it's all a setup and the owner reveals himself as an alien, and take ben and gwen to his home planet. They are greeted to a very obese race of aliens who are known as the celluloids, and they challenge Ben and Gwen to a sumo fight, winner gets to live, but the losers get eaten by the celluloids. Ben and Gwen must fight their way with their ginormous bulk and beat the others to a pulp. man, if that episode was ever made, that will be a huge turn on for me IMO.

Two different sketch ideas for the stoner cook.
I like the one on the right better...

So far the character we have are:

Main character, who is a hellraiser who is too lazy to raise much hell
Main character's best friends, who are a timid, sedentary nerd and a sweet sporty girl
Snobby aristocratic girl with her submissive best friend
Snooty food critic camper who somehow smuggles lobster and caviar into the camp
Southern boy next door love interest
Pretentious musician love interest
Crazy obsessed counsellor who'd be a main antagonist
Pushover counsellor who wants the campers to lose weight but is easily tempted
Stoner cook with the munchies

Did i leave anything out?

I suggest a skinny camper character who got sent to the camp because there were no more spaces open at the camp of his or her choice. He or she is often roped into schemes by the other campers or even counselors because their slender physique gives them advantages in stealth and infiltration. They would frequently be the butt of misfortune and would bemoan that "stuff like this never happens at Space Camp." They could be called Ferret or something because they are skinny and fit into narrow spaces. That is my character idea.

Among the various camps that camp camp covers one of the ones listed in the trailer was a "Skinny Camp" or the opposite of a fat camp, a camp for kids to put on weight.
Considering all the campers are forced to participated in each camp type activity to appear like a legitimate camp then odds are all the kids have to have at least one activity/meal following the skinny camp guidelines every few days or so.

Sorry I have been away for some time long. I have been very busy. You have all been making busy work too, I am proud. see you have begun to work on your own ideas for a show on a camp while I have been away. If it was a real cartoon I will wonder if the weight on the characters would mean more edits would be created on a work for the show, or if there would be less for a redundant cause of the characters already being fat!

In a time when I was away I watched all of the Loud House, and I find the show a good time. Ronnie Anne and Lincoln are very cute together. The style as a bonus I found is very easy to make an edit with. I think if there are more pictures of them together I would take it to work an edits on.

I think this picture was a very cute result. I wonder if there is a good story behind it. It is always a wish that my edits inspire a greentext story or other writings when I come here, because there is a love of creativity that makes these threads continue on.

Her story has her being controlled by a bell, you'd think someone would have gone the pavlov's dog route with it, where she hears a bell and wants to eat. It's like I've said, once her metabolism/activity level drops down, particularly after marriage or childbirth, Jackie's going to be a total whale. Well the game proper is not out yet, but she's in the 2 cutscenes we get.

First time (where that pic is from), she accompanies her mother, Irene Engel - who's a top nazi, and one who meets all the good "aryan" criteria.
Sigrun, being obese, does not - her mother mentions her cheating on her diet, berates her for not doing excercise and humiliates her in front of everyone. Irene threatens to have her shipped off to work that fat off at a health facility.
She tries to stop her mother executing a resistance leader, only to be roped into the execution - along with a lot more being berated and her mother saying she read "sick things" in her diary.

In the other mission cutscene we then later see her having joined the Resistance in the nazified US, which was kind of unsurprising. At least a few of the others think she's a spy.
There's not much else of note there, except a nazi officer in the diner in the mission - he mentions really liking american milkshakes, which kind of made me think that even if you ignore the game canon to keep her with ze sexy nazi uniforms you can have her "going native" in the US... and getting fatter, naturally
