As someone who owns one of these, they tend to use a different fur type and build their eyes in a different way to be closer to anime style
I can assure you though, they are only pleasing looks wise. Wearing one of these is not easy and they are not really made for endurance or constant wear, especially due to the small mouths. Mine also has extra padding which they love to do and so it just gets too hot too quickly

Japanese suits are more for photography than wear. Western suits are superior when it comes to making suits you can actually run around and do stuff in

partly given advice and partly because we have a couple of new babies in the family (now both about a year and a half old) and I don't trust babies around my stuff in general and I've had issues with my family in the past where they get super mad if any of their stuff gets touched but show no respect for other family member's

It hasn't happened since I caught one them grabbing a bunch of my plushies (a lot of which are commissioned one of a kind, or rare/discontinued, etc) from my room as I was coming back from work
like I don't mind the babies now they're a bit older and I'll probably give them a few of my plushies but it's certainly not okay for someone to go through my stuff with the intent of giving it to infants who stick everything in their mouths and throw up at random

A full fursuit can reach up to 100 degrees, especially in the head. If the suit is not lined or you are not wearing the appropriate attire under it, it is very uncomfortable. The inside is very rough. Constant friction is going to hurt. Even if you succeed, cleaning up the suit afterwards is very difficult.
Fursuit sex is not comfy and is not worth it. that's why it isn't as common as you'd think.
Most fursuit makers don't make suits for sex and have Warrenties that become void if you alter or use your suit for sexual reasons.

Here's a washed sheb. Notice that even without the fur being fluffy, the face maintains that rounded shape and thick cheeks. Most shebs have a very narrow muzzle though, almost fox like in appearance.

OK SO-

I really wouldn't recommend any sexual activity in a kemosuit. When I say they aren't made for endurance, I'm talking a lot of things.
My suit had a small hole in her due to the body's weight the day I got her and when I wore her at Anthro this year, several more little tears happened. Easy fixes, but I didn't do a lot of moving. Plus with the mouth size, you aint gonna be doing a lot with just a head.

You also have to keep into consideration that if anything happens to the suit, you'll have to look locally (by which I mean to your country) because international shipping is expensive.
I do not know of any Japanese makers who willingly make suits for sexual purposes, and if you modify it for that reason a lot of makers won't repair it for you.

In general though, commissioning from a Japanese maker isn't easy. They don't really do WIPs, the time zone can be an issue, and not a lot of them do international commissions. You'll have to do some scouting.
It's easier to just find a maker who can at least somewhat emulate the kemosuit style.

Yes! We just got back from the fursuit walk! We went to a park nearby to the bar we have the meets at.
It was warm but not overly hot and nice and shady. I didn't get any photos yet myself because I've been in suit but plenty of people have been taking them so I'll post some whenever people upload them

I do actually have a shirt and a bunch of lil' props. I usually carry around strawberry calpico (a japanese non-carbonated soda) or strawberry pocky. I have a lollipop shaped necklace fan too. People tend to get padding to give the suit a more animal look (aka digitigrade padding), to make them more like the animal (ex: a corgi with a big lower bottom), or to bring out an aspect of the character, whether that's gender or weight or something else
