I've never played that game in particular, But I have GM'd several different games, and I disagree entirely. Whenever I make a setting I give various NPC's little extra feats that influence how they react to various abominations.

It got pretty cool once, Umm, So we were playing a friend's Hero system homebrew, He wanted someone else to GM so he could balance some kinks out from a player perspective. His character got inflicted with some status ailment that made him look like a zombie, And his system has advancing symptoms for afflictions. Like, If you're paralyzed for over 24 hours you'll get progressively worse and long-lasting stiffness and even nerve damage if you're not moved around a little. He got a disease called "The Rots" and he couldn't get out of a dungeon to cure himself. His character turned into a literal zombie and his transformation rolls cost him his jawbone, Fell right off.

Thing is I'd moderately tweaked his npc's with my little touches, And the healer at the local temple had rabid necrophilia. I wound up having her refuse to heal him before she got a nice nice lay out of such a "fresh, warm, specimen" The system includes the ability to fail at intercourse through rolls, If he got a 1 on any of his dice I was going to have his dick come off inside.

On the subject of games, I always liked how in Kung-fu werewolves were recurring enemies in some games by Square and Konami.
In Symphony of the night they even knew hadoukens. Also, they had nice butts.

Historically that's a common trait you can use to tell werewolves apart from regular wolves. In this particular case though, as >>10709267 points out this particular one is a Worgen from WoW. The ears and hairstyle is typical for Worgen.
