In keeping with the "uglification of women" theme that's the whole point of this thread, I'd either just make it a pig transformation virus that slowly sweeps the world, giving women plenty of time to freak out when it's discovered that no woman is gonna go unscathed by this horrific, slow-moving disease, or, yeah, altering all food so the more women eat in a single setting, the more they're transformed into a pig.

If a woman eats more than some kind of arbitrary maximum amount that's set for women for individual meals, she'll become slightly piggified in both body and mind until she's done digesting that meal.....the big problem being that when a woman is piggified, her will is broken somewhat, making it easier for her to give in and eat more than the maximum again the next time food is presented to her, which could cause her to transform even more and lose even MORE of her humanity and willpower....
