Sure! The rolls I got were that he's a Pine Marten living on Heat Street, which is the closest area to the Tundratown climate wall. It's probably the hottest place in Zootopia. Pine Martens are not fucking adapted for those temperatures. So he's a weirdo. I got free pick for a job, so I made him a student on the other side of the city. He purposefully spends half his day commuting. Then when he gets home, he's either asleep or in VR.

I wanted to give a reason for him being like that other than lolrandom, so I came up with this.

He can walk five minutes and be in the snow, be close to the best Tundratown restaurants without paying the insane rent...

The other 40% is he just has a good sense of humor and likes weirding people out in a playful way. Which he why he lives in a fucking hole in the wall.
