Usually I don't have a problem with the point system in your cyoa's tok but Infected is really hard to get what I want (Specifically in regards of sex options to fighting ability). In comparison to something like deus vult.

TokHaar Here, well you can get drawbacks from the drawback section and you are able to assign the points you gain to whatever strain you want. Also if you have 75 points and spend 50 of the points you get basically double that in point value so then you have 100 points for the Progenitor strain and 25 for the other strain, which combined is more points then the Single Strain.

My autism don't allow me to ignore the rules of a cyoa. However, I think the costs are unbalanced.
Tail, Tentacles and Multiple Arms give very useful body parts and +1 to a Parameter, all for just 5 DNA points. For this three I woul pay 10 points without a doubt. (and it would be perfect if you include some idea of how many arms/tentacles/tails are allowed).
Natural Weapon and Retractible cost twice as much and aren't that impresive, also are intended to be purchased more than once. Maybe halve the price?
Enhanced Tongue/Orifices/Penis and Nightvision could benefit from the same discount for similar reasons.
Wings and Aquatic Adaptations provide very similar advantages, yet have different prices. A cost of 10 could help make build with multiple strains.
Super Seed, Final Form, Camouflage and Sexual Dimorphism are overpriced, specially the last two since already have limitations.
I assume shapeshifter is the most costly because it can mimic other mutations.
Titan gives very different benefits for the same price for his lack of a superior limit.

Lastly, the "Multiple Strains" option would function better if the points increase slightly with the number of strains: 3 Strains - 50 points each, 4 Strains - 40 points, 5 Strains - 34 points, 6 Strains - 30 points. More strains always means weaker strains.

These strains induce severe changes in the body, the changes determined by type. Thanks, I wanted to double-check on the strain splits because a Single strain gets 120 but a Dual strain gets 75/75 (total 150) and the even splits didn't start up again until 3s and 4s and then got weird again on 5s.

The trick to it is that even though each strain has less points to work with individually and you might have to by the same thing multiple times you can actually end up with more total points because the draw backs give points to each strain that take a that draw back.
