If you take only mana/time into equation then yes, but you also have to *do* the ritual (as ritualist) or fucking (as summoner+).
Summoner or mage recovers mana per hour, but they don't have to do anything in that time - they can sleep or do other fun stuff to pass the time.
Plus, I imagine, after doing the ritual a thousandth time you'd be bored out of your mind.
That "time stop, regen, cast, regen, end time stop" doesn't sound all that nice if you notice that it involves 2 long, boring and complicated rituals in a row or 10 hours of non-stop sex, does it?
I mean, in purely mana/time scenario it's great, but it adds tons of hassle. Personally, I wouldn't go for it.

Then the point still stands - sure you get mana fast, but fucking for hours is still a hassle and it requires work.

2. Regen is reality-time based
Pocket dimension time runs slower, so you can fuck for a couple minutes and after you leave pocket dimension 10 hours have passed and you're stacked on mana.
If that's the case - it's a clear fucking winner. Only issue is you're missing 10 hours of reality, but that's easily remedied with time stop, alter world or immortality (for the most part at least).
