HG THREAD
HUNGER GAMES THREAD
THE GREATEST GREATEST GREATEST GREATEST GREATEST THREAD OF ALL TIME
RIGGINSMANIA NOT CONTINUES, BUT ENDS HERE.
But isn't ending it here still kinda means it continued in the end ?
I DUNNO, ALL I KNOW IS WHO'S THE WINNER FROM THIS SHIT.
AND
IT
IS....
>>10025485
Like being able to reach the top of the refrigerator?
>>10025490
He was so close. Congratulations to the winner. Thank you for the opportunity.
>>10025528
Why does Ram like burgers so much?
>>10025490
>>10025506
Is this the power of the time forgotten "side effect"? I should have bet money or something.
Congratulations!
>>10025528
>Massages feet
CONGRATFUCKINGLATIONS, RANMA SAOTAME.
YOU ARE THE 84TH RIGGINSMANIA CHAMPION.
GIVING UP RIGHT BEFORE THE END, RYOMA COULD NOT MUSTER ENOUGH WILL POWER TO DEFEAT RENMA'S TENACITY.
Meanwhile Inkling outed himself as the faux /fit/lad we had suspected him to be and his masquerade costed him right at the end, as it should be.
>>10025490
Looks like I didn't have what it takes. That girl was extremely strong. It was as if she were a guy.
>>10025523
That's hardly better than a roller coaster. Who puts things on top of a refrigerator in the first place? It sounds like it's purposely being put out of the way.
>>10025547
fuck off Bolin
>>10025550
I won? I WON! HAHAAAA! I KNEW I'D WIN! I didn't train my whole life for nothin' you know!
Ohooo man, victory tastes great! Thank you so much for giving the chance to prove myself!
>>10025565
Doesn't potato fucker show up later? Or did his times change? Side thought, could lodging a silver potato up his ass kill him?
>>10025550
Stats for dolts.
For a game card that Topaz thing is extremely dangerous.
Guess that's the power that comes from witnessing White Peak's true underwear.
Thanks for keeping the Devil's company.
>>10025555
How about being able to reach the top shelf at the grocery store?
>>10025550
"Congratulations! You did your absolute best, and it led you to becoming a champion! I do hope your day is exceptionally better as a result!"
>>10025595

I want to fuck these animes.

>>10025550
>>10025579
>Ryoma crawls his way out of the wreckage and claps for the girl
Congratulations. You really stuck it to me at the end. It was nice knowing you have what it takes to kill a known assassin.
>>10025595
It was a pleasure, Mr. Rollins. Always is, except for the time you made me kill the dog. I look forward to your future games.
>>10025598
That's what the stock people are there to do. I don't get what you're trying to do here. I know I'm short, and I'm comfortable with it. You're barking up the wrong tree if you think you'll get a yelling match out of me.
>>10025595
>thanks for hosting
>>10025661
That only makes it better.
>>10025674
Kebabs are better
>>10025534
There are multiple reasons as to why I have a fondness for the burger. The most principle being it symbolizes a time I was actually being treated like a person, not a tool.
>>10025547
>She gently kicks away from it.
I will admit it does feel nice, but I am preparing for rest.
>>10025715
>distant accordion
>>10025677
What are you doing here anyhow? You enjoy getting punted like a football? honestly I was thinking of kicking you when you were grabbing my ankles but then I'd probably get some heat for doing that against something that's not even close to a threat. Didn't you say you were a convict?
HG is great!!
>>10025677
Offfff course! I'm a master martial artist after all. I've got gallons upon gallons of skill.
>>10025700
Yeah that's wh--Wait what? Ew, Ew, EWWWWWW! Stay away from me!
>>10025670
"Ooo, this sounds fun! I'd love to post them and rate them! Just tell me what to do!"
>"He means us, Heart. We're the avas. And we're going to be rated."
"Is that a good thing, Soul?"
>"It's not a bad thing."
"Excellent!"
>>10025745
Do you really think so?
Like everything else there are some times when it's not so great too, you know.
>>10025670
Leave your criticism so that I may improve.
>>10025808
Too cute.
>>10025752
Pretty good, Asgore.
>>10025800
Well..I haven't actually..entered these games yet..um..
>>10025670
Well...I guess a little criticism would help me iron out some kinks. Shouldn't hurt too bad, right?
>>10025740
I doubt you would get into trouble for hitting me. I was breaking your ankles after all. The problem is, a simple punt won't keep me down.
>Ryoma nods when asked if he's a convict. Usually, he's a bit ashamed of the fact, but this time around he's indifferent about Ash knowing. It wouldn't have an impact on him in any way whatsoever.
That's right. What of it?
>>10025745
It's as great as any other board game. You don't even need to be strong to succeed.
>>10025750
You don't say? I could have guessed it, but you seemed a bit panicked during our match. I take it you're a bit rusty when it comes to fighting someone that's an actual threat, huh?
>>10025842
There will probably be another game soon, I'm sure you'll do a good job! Beginner's luck right?
Unless you don't do good, which could happen too. Hmmm. I guess if you don't enter a game at all then you can't lose. Maybe you should just do that instead?
>>10025745
"It really is! There's so much happiness going around, and everyone's all friends in the end despite what happens in the games! You even get the chance to be a champion, like Soul and I were, and it makes my heart burst with joy!"
>>10025826
"I'm Heart, but thank you! I'll tell Soul right away! He might turn that frown upside-down finally!"
>>10025670
State what's on your mind if you deem it so. Curiosity has gotten me...well curious.
>>10025872
I'm just wondering how many days it took before they turned you inside out. What did you do?
>>10025872
Well I guess? It's been a while since I've fought someone that could actually put up a fight. And It's not like I was underestimating you either; sure you're tiny, but you pack one hell of a wallop, If I didn't put my all into that, I would've been good as dead!
>>10025940
I'm not around the other inmates. You see, when you're on death row they keep you segregated. I was let out of my cell for one hour a day. That's it.
I could tell you what I did, but it won't matter to you. I'm sure if you search "Killer Tennis" you have your answer solved. It was all over the news where I was from. It was as if the police had caught the Boogieman himself.
>>10025957
You people keep talking about my height as if it means anything. That's like someone going easy on you all because you're a girl. Size and gender have nothing to do with how strong someone is. You have some weak tall men out there that could be killed with a little punch.
>>10025872
>>10025893
>>10025908

They do if they know me, but I wouldn't' expect anyone here to. You see, I've had my fair share of fights, most of them in the game of tennis. Nobody expects a person my size to play tennis. It rarely happens, and it's even rarer that they'd be good.
I guess this is a loaded question, but what bring you around these parts?

Tennis? You know what? I can swallow that, I've seen weirder things.
I thought it was kinda obvious: To train, I gotta improve one way or anything, martial artists don't just get better over night you know? And frankly? This kind of place is perfect for testing my limits and how far I can push them
>>10026144
>Really? I-I love you too anon...I'm totally not just saying this cause you got dubs either.

DAY ONE
Ranma demonstrates the power of a certain Baji Quan technique, "Speeding Bullet, Flying Vulture"
Shot through the ass and you're to blame, you give robbery a bad name.
>>10026128
The only exchange I can make is now in. So I will stay for now.
>>10026134
>Story's only good if you like the Mishimas. It is missing a few modes from Tag 2 as well but that is apparently getting fixed with DLC. The actual fighting is great, better than Tag since you don't have to learn two characters. It is also one of the most balanced Tekkens yet. If you don;t mind the lack of everything else and have a good internet connection, I would get it.
>>10026166
>Ramlethal descends down upon the town, looking all over her surroundings before walking.
This place again. Was not expecting to see it this soon.

>>10026206
I had a joke for this. Just wait, let me gather my thoughts.
>Rubick scratches the back of his head.
Hmmm...no, I've lost it.
>>10026193
Of course you're not weak like that. Anything is possible when there's no fear of it actually happening. You can brave any storm when it's in your head.
>ryoma takes the "cigarette" out of his mouth and flicks it off to the side
I'm not sure how I got here. I imagine the prison sent me here. It's their way of "executing" me, so to speak.
>>10026195
You can't be serious right now. This place is horrible for training. It's not simply one on one with no weapons. You'll get nowhere in a place like this. You can never adapt to any of the many situations that happen here. It's just not possible. Ordinary people don't have the resources we are given in this place.
>>10026206
You're letting this happen, aren't you?

I'm pretty good at that, yeah.
But I think they want you alive.
>>10026277

>>10026277
>Ryoma coughs up some blood as he's hit with her counter attack
Yo-you don't cease to amaze me. I honestly can't pull one over you...
>>10026271
>Ash bows mockingly and sarcastically
Ooo~ such wise words master! Truly you are a scholar! Ahem no but really, that's kinda dumb of them, who sends a murderer to place where they are encouraged to murder more?
>>10026277
Would you like to trade? Some men fancy the bigger guns but I just find them harder to conceal.
>>10026277
DAY TWO
added seth
>>10026271
For a normal martial artist sure, but I use the "Anything-Goes" style of martial arts. I'm kinda all about being a Jack Of All Trades Master of None, and this place is perfect for that. I get the chance to be armed to teeth, AND bare bones as all hell. And as stupid as this sounds, my old man always says "Anything can be training if you put your mind to it."
>>10026277
>Ranma swiftly out maneuvers Ryoma, quickly closing in for the kill for snapping his neck. She actually winces as the crack resounds though the arena

Like nothing's alive, how horrible
>>10026370
DAY THREE
Only two traps remain, and they're out to kill each other like nobody's business.
>>10026325
I agree. Why would people make an area to put criminals that make them angry and even more bitter, so they take it out on the people that surround them? Really makes you think what they're trying to do, huh?
But really, it's a smart move. Send someone like that to a place they'll never leave. The people around here choose to murder. No innocent people are getting hurt, so in their eyes it's fine. Plus, I'll be dying a lot. More than just one time. I'm basically getting the death penalty over and over again.
>>10026340
Your father isn't wrong. It takes a real warrior to make use of what's around him.
>Ryoma stares at Ranma, not saying anything, but taking in everything she just said to him. It repeats in his head until he finally points out a specific problem

Well, that's a new one. Most of the time all I hear is ''Please Cirno stop hurting me I'm scared'' but I can get used to this.
Anyway, since you're coming with me, you can show me the way as well. I kinda forgot.

>She pauses afterwards...oh sweet lord how is she gonna explain this. Ranma taps her chin in thought...before snapping her fingers. She came to the conclusion that it's better lie about it...It's not like he'd believe her anyway.
Uhh; yeah that sounds about right, I grew up around a lotta guys. They just kinda rubbed off on me, y'knooow?
>>10026411
>>10026428
Yup! This is getting repetitive! Just me being me, should be more then enough of a reason for you to back down. I'll set the point straight again.

I've thought about it plenty of times. Who doesn't when they're stuck in a cell for 23 hours a day? The problem is, I have nobody to go back to. It would be a worthless attempt on my behalf. Might as well simmer down and accept whatever happens.

What are we waiting for? This place is pretty ugly
>>10026370
I'm not much of a storyteller, but I suppose I can give it a go.
>Rubick tilts up his mask to take a swig from the bottle.
Before time, before everything else had yet to be born there existed a singular presence: a primordial mind, infinite, awesome and set to inscrutable purpose. As the universe thundered into being the mind fractured and scattered into an untold amount of fragments. Two of these greater fragments would come to be known as the Raidant and the Dire.
>Rubick takes another swig from the bottle.
To speed things along some stuff happened, there was a war and I became a Grand Magus. I told you I wasn't a good storyteller.
>>10026411
Ah, I don't think I've been killed in an area such as this before. Although the method of killing remains the same, the location does not. A breath of fresh air.

That's pretty pathetic little man, you're just gonna sit there and quit? At least go back to what you were doing. Being a vigilante that is, also Killer Tennis? That's so lame. Where's the cool nicknames like the pint-sized killer?
>>10026549
For sure. Now hurry up and get wired before I go out and buy one to send it to you.

WAIT! WHA! WH--

You'd probably be a lot more girly. Letting your hair down, wearing dresses, and doing things girls usually do. You're obviously from a different time than me, so I wouldn't know what's popular for you guys...I mean girls. Excuse the hiccup.
>>10026558
I'm not the one that came up with it. I expected you to know the rule with nicknames, but I guess you never earned one yourself.
>he sighs, knowing Ash is right, but has no way of defeating the depression that dwells within his tiny body
It's not as easy as it sounds. bouncing back from having everyone close to you killed is nearly impossible. Even if I escaped and became a vigilante I still wouldn't be happy.

DAY FIVE
Here we can see Cirno using her time tested and world renown strategy of absorbing all the danmaku with her face before it can hit her body.
>>10026614
Yeah probably...I'd be a walkin' talkin' stereotyp--wait a minute...you don't think I'm some sorta weirdo cross dresser, do you?! Cause I'm not and I can so prove it!

>>10026612
So I have been told. The advantages of having an already ridiculous name. I am not that creative unfortunately. Baki however is still a unique name.
>>10026583
>Will when I get more money. Just spent most of it on a birthday present.
>>10026593
I would assume so. I am sorry. But I thought you would have know before coming to find me. I avoid anything that looks like authority. This is not the first time I was wanted.
>>10026597
You made one fatal mistake. Eating that in front of me.
>Setting her gun down, she bites into the steak.
>>10026614
I actually do have a nickname, but...It's kinda embarrassing, my opponents named it mind you.
Ooo~ This is a good one, how about the Pint-Sized Basher? Has a nice ring to it non? Or Chucky, you know that one old slasher flick? Anywho how old are you? Cause there's plenty of other people to meet and befriend. I don't even know why I'm even trying to cheer you up, I guess I have my good moments....
>>10026654
That's it, I'm going to Best Buy and sending you one.
>>10026633
4 tributes remain.
NIGHT FIVE
A certain tribute realizes the path to victory is only found through a pile of corpses, and so they must swallow thier conscious and begin to murder the remaining opponents, one by one.
>>10026633
>Looking down at the piece in her hands, she swings it down very hard.
Hmm. I do not care for it's value. It may be effective.
>>10026667
I trust you know how to wield a sword, or shall Astolfo assist you?
>>10026667
>With a finger snap, Two giant swords accompany Ram. Herself not moving at all as she raises a hand towards him.
Stop standing there and show me what you got.
>>10026664
>No don't do that, really. I will feel too awful when I can't pay you back.

Everything comes to an end next slide, say your prayers and make your bets now if you've any.
>>10026633
Gotch-
>>10026654
I mean, they didn't give me their name or anything! Well, not that I can remember, but it's not my fault they didn't put the effort into it, right?
Why do people want you anyway? Did you beat them up or something?
>>10026696
You require my services? That is not very wise.
>>10026689
You can repay me by keep being awesome ya big goof.
>>10026654
Thats A-okay; not everyone is in the realm league of creativity as each other. And youre right! Baki is a unique name. Who in the right mind would name there son after a sound effect? I know my ole man would.
>>10026696
It's over.
>>10026696
>Astolfo begins to cry

Would it be faux pas to admit I wanted to see Ramlethal win more? Thank you all so much for playing!
Happy trails.
>>10026643
I'm not implying anything of the sort, but you would be very convincing if you were. Why is that the first thing that came to your mind? Are you trying to hide something from me?
>>10026661
And my opponents came up with mine too. That's how it usually goes.
My age doesn't really matter. It's nothing more than a number, right? It shouldn't be the deciding factor in anything. That's what experience is for.
Oh, and I don't need you to cheer me up. Save it for someone else. Talking to others is all I need to feel good.
