I love Descendants and their Hasbro dolls are probably my favorite american doll line right now, but even I know that would be a stupid idea. Descendants is popular but not THAT popular (like MCU for example) therefore they won't make a huge profit from it. Big part of Descendants' audience are little kids from 5 to 12 years old, so they parents won't buy an expensive japanese action figure for them to break it. Then all those "tumblr young adults" can't even support Barbie's fat fashionistas as they love to defend them but still won't buy them and let them sit on shelves.
I'm really happy with the dolls, they fit them better.
