Mysterious toys, forgotten franchises, undocumented products, I'm talking about those toy you saw maybe once or twice but just couldn't find anything on.
Pic related, the series looks like it's based off this Dreamcast game E.G.G but literally no one has anything written about these guys.

Castle Keeps Gargoyles.
There's an article on Ghost of the Doll and not much else.
mid-1980's
probably E.T. movie inspired
each were about 4" tall, single piece vinyl in various colors, not painted, with stuffed-toy style eyes
elves and Grays with long limbs crouched, crossed and wrapped to smooth the sculpt
dog and horse head aliens
frog and reptilian aliens
some aquatic looking creatures
brown, tan, butterscotch, blue, pale blue, orange, red, yellow, etc
My little brother made it his childhood career to destroy ALL of my toys. What I have now I purchased as an adult.
anyone here remember those greenish-gray, sofubi style bootleg dinosaurs made out of hollow hard plastic that were everywhere back in the day?
i have a bunch of them from when i was a kid but i have no idea which company made them, beyond almost certainly being made either in china or mexico i have no clue.
Apparently they are downsized bootlegs from toys from a company called Dor Mei, which ironically also made Godzilla bootlegs so they are bootlegs of bootlegs.
Pic is not mine, but i own all of them except the one with the blue painted fin and also a triceratops, an apatosaurus and a pterodactyl all made with the same material.
Dino Riders, never found the toys.

even though I loved the Gargoyles cartoon, I was so disappointed with the lack of articulation on these I couldn't bring myself to spend hard-earned allowance on them

I saw them a lot but my parents bought me better dinosaur toys so I never cared for them. Bootleg thing is interesting though.
A mention of these showing up in IDW comics made me remember these guys. I think they were out towards the last few years of Children's Palace.
No idea if this is the place to ask for this.
I remember having two of these figures that looked like Metal Hero characters.
One was red and looked like a more bulky and industrial version of Juspion. Another was blue, still similar but the face rather than using a mouthplate had something similar to a beak and had a huge silver crest on top of the head, kind of like the Gelgoog head but with more natural proportions. There was a green one I couldn't get that was similar in design but feminine, sadly I can't remember any more details of the design too clearly.
All had lights and sound but they didn't interfere with the articulation.
I have no idea what they were called, though, and I'm currently looking for them.

Actually, the game you're talking about is Elemental Gimmick Gear and it has nothing to do with Cyclonians. They're just a rebranding of a random 90s toy series from Japan.
found this in anime jungle's bargain bin 2 years ago. its from this line of transforming sushi guys, and from what i could gather, i got the best one in the entire line

Hey I had two of these they were pretty cool

That was the game I said dummy, E.G.G. Elemental Gimmick Gear, and since the toys also said E.G.G. Warriors with almost an identical art style, I figured they would be connected

I know that was the game you said, that's why I said you were wrong. They aren't connected at all.
