Did I see decent 3.75" figures for Justice League?
Looks to be almost Super articulated?
>>6447962

fixed.
>>6447975
Wtf are you talking about. Even if you're not familiar with Figuarts, there's "6 inch" all over the article.
>>6447985
I'm not talking about the op.
http://www.mephitsu.co.uk/single-post/2017/07/25/SDCC-Mattel-DC-offerings-for-Justice-League
>>6447962
Looks a little off. But Black Widow looked loads better when she was released when compared to her promo shots. So I'm hopping it's the same for this.
>>6447990
Nah those are all 6" as well, even says so in that article. No thanks for getting my hopes up :(
>>6448019
Are they the cheaper 6" figures then?
They look like 3.75".
Why can't they just do a decent 3.75" line?
>>6448026
They are following the same format for BvS: a 6" articulated line similar to hasbro marvel legends and a shitty less articulated 6" line for the kids.
>Why can't they just do a decent 3.75" line?
A 4" figure uses about the same manpower as a 6" figure with similar articulation and paint apps. Labor costs has risen to the point that they make greater profits from 6" figures. Even Hasbro is struggling to put out 3.75" toys.
>>6448065
The Multiverse line is shit though. They don't even look good. I was tempted by some but they aren't even worth clearance prices.
Hasbro are perhaps struggling but it's no where near dead yet.
15 new SW figures next year plus a 3.75" scaled Hovertank.
>>6448007

>>6448725
I don't think we've seen Figuarts Supes until now.
I'm not impressed with the face sculpt
>>6448846
Why is it that both SHF and Mafex got the Supes HS wrong? Pics of Supes were available early on with the hair parted the opposite way and a more optimistic face, both brands are still sporting BVS faces.
And yeah doesn't look good from that small pic, in fact, looks pretty close the the Mafex one.
>>6448007
How can they fuck it up that bad?
>>6448846
That Aquaman though
>>6448725

>>6448886
Thing is the face is kinda spot on. With a little different paint apps it would be perfect. Like maybe make the eyebrows more prominent.

Bandai used to add a matte spray over their figures, but with the newer printed faces, it's not something we're seeing anymore. So the plastic is shining through.

I hate that they're the only ones who are in the bigger, most accessible stores. I'm seeing more DC Collectibles pop up here and there, but Mattel is still the only DC line that's in Walmart.
Who could take on the DC licenses and not only bring the figures to a more mainstream audience, but also do them justice?
>>6460305
Hasbro if they did SA 3.75" figures.
>>6460305
> but Mattel is still the only DC line that's in Walmart
You need to stop shopping at WalMart.
DCC's stuff is high quality enough that i don't need to worry about QC issues, so blind buys from online stores is best option.
And really, they're the only option (aside from Mezco), considering Mattel's crap is so budgetshit.
oh, and i guess Figuarts and Mafex if you're a movie-only casual.
>>6460469
>DCC high quality
Yeah, years of figures exploding because of shoddy plastic quality and clear plastic pegs breaking on top of them cancelling things all the time. Real high quality stuff!
>>6460948
>he's only read internet complaints and doesn't own the actual figures
Do you even know "anecdotal" is a real life word?
As someone who has been collecting the line for over a decade, I have tiny figures with tini-tiny joints made of clear plastic and have never had a problem with them since they came out.
I can understand how people can break them, but it's very easy to avoid. Just move the limbs carefully when they're new and you're pretty much done. I've actually forced the joints on figures to extend the range without any problem.
pic of small toys with tini-tiny joints i own, which aren't even the smallest DCC toys i own with even tinier clear plastic joints.
BTW, you know what isn't anecdotal?
The type of plastic they use, which is used by secruity companies for being shatter proof.
Here's a bunch of words that will be new to you and a chart: https://www.creativemechanisms.com/blog/everything-you-need-to-know-about-polycarbonate-pc
>>6461175
and i forgot to mention that they moved onto even more durable plastics for their joints since 2015.
So again, DCC makes a bunch of high quality toys that makes blind buys very safe to do.

Weirdly enough I had this conversation earlier this week.
My cousin has this in his collection and I just felt bad for Micheal Turner dude.
All i ever hear is massive amounts of shit talk against his style, and I never really got why. People treat him like Liefeld but in my opinion, some characters just look great in his style,
Superman, Supergirl, Batman especially. Then all of the work he did at Topcow like The Darkness, Witchblade, and Fathom looked amazing by him.
With the current day methods of figure making I would sincerely love to see a few characters done in his style, Supergirl especially

>>6478094

Just look at this shit.
It's no wonder i don't even remember Mattel's booth at Comic Con. Nothing but crap that wasn't worth stopping for or moving around people to get a better view.
If Mattel announced anything that's actually worth mentioning on /toy/, I'd like to see you post something.
Even DCC's Essential line is better than this shit, and the Essential's line is a huge disappointment after all the greatness they had been producing and promised.

>When you operate in hyperbole, and then claim that your opinion comes from some sort of innate knowledge of a product despite admitting ignorance on it... that's pretty much what anybody would consider infantile.
First off, that post you called infantile is some other guy's post.
Second, I don't think calling a toy that features the same articulation you'd find in a 90s toy, which is 4 steps back from what Mattel released in the 2000s with their DCUC line, which was 2 step behind what other lines in 2000 were producing as "univeral trash" a term of hyperbole.
Universal trash is pretty apt when it comes to Mattel's crap they're shitting out.
But are you the same guy who claimed that Mattel is making ML clones? Because i'm still waiting for proof on that claim.
>>6478511
No, this is all they've shown off for their 6" figures at SDCC, which is a good sign that Mattel isn't producing anything anymore and basically giving up.
Last year they had way more to show, which means that there is almost no support from retailers now.
We're closer to Ding Dong the Wicked Witch is Dead rejoicing.

So when you say things like
>First off, that post you called infantile is some other guy's post
and THEN you show the same absolute ignorance of what's going on in the line with comments like
>No, this is all they've shown off for their 6" figures at SDCC, which is a good sign that Mattel isn't producing anything anymore and basically giving up.
and
>Last year they had way more to show, which means that there is almost no support from retailers now.
and
>We're closer to Ding Dong the Wicked Witch is Dead rejoicing.
despite all evidence to the contrary, it becomes pretty clear that:
a.) you are indeed the same guy, which is sad
b.) you are pretty damned infantile, if not for the reasons listed in other threads then certainly for your assuredness and childish need in being correct on things you have absolutely no vested interest in following
and c.) that you just got blown the fuck out, but you'll probably come back with some smarmy comment to try and save face because your ego cannot handle the idea of being viewed as "wrong" in a public setting, despite the fact that this is an anonymous board and you can just slink away with no one the wiser.

Or are these their 4" figures, which would make them on par with Hasbro's middle-point in the MU line?
>despite all evidence to the contrary
They still showed off way more at Comic Con last year, that was actually on display. They had like 3 waves on display, PLUS whatever was shown at their panel.
So my point still stands.
>a.) you are indeed the same guy, which is sad
What comfort do you get from pretending i'm the other guy?
>you have absolutely no vested interest in following
You know what i do get a lot of comfort from? The fact that Mattel is showing so little, which shows how little retail support they have, and it's a step closer to Mattel losing the license.
I'm hugely invested in getting GOOD figures that are at least on PAR with what Hasbro is releasing. Since Mattel fails at this, I'm very glad they're not releasing much anymore and i hope they lose the license.
>that you just got blown the fuck out
lol, you know what blows the fuck out of the pictures you just posted?
2012 4" figures.
Sorry dude, but nothing you showed proves me wrong in anything. Well, i guess that whole four steps behind comment. I guess they're 3 steps behind what fucking mid-2000 figures were like. Even their own DCUC line had better qualities: bigger BAFs, more articulation for figures that weren't Superman cosplaying as different DC characters, etc.
Shame on you for defending Mattel's crap like it's actually worth buying.
>>6479322
>gets blown out

Even if they all have doublle jointed knees, that's still not even 00s standards and closer to MU figures from 2009
>>6479341
>only bizarro shows double jointed knees
Look harder, moron.
Are people seriously defending Mattel of all companies?
>>6479335
its not moving the goalpost, since theyre still showing a quarter of what they showed last year and its still not even as good as what mid00 toys had.
>>6479403
2017 is a weird year. Golden child Medicos is now panned as shit by its collectors, Hasbro is doing the face printing tech that subjectanon swore was the end of toys as we know it, Revoltech now has people that will defend Yamaguchi sculpts to the death because of Marvel, and Mattel finally decided to step up their game.
>>6479412
>Hasbro is doing the face printing tech that subjectanon swore was the end of toys as we know it,
This one is my favorite because I remember people saying that if a western company started doing it he'd suddenly think it was the best thing ever, and they did and he now does.
Between Mattel being frequently shit, Icons being constantly cancelled, and most other sources doing nothing but Batmen, I just wish DC stuff had a consistently decent, mainstream toyline.
>>6479286
I need this. Any release date given?
>>6479457
None that I know of.
>>6479412
>Revoltech now has people that will defend Yamaguchi sculpts to the death because of Marvel
Honestly, aside from his Spider-Man, which has all the regular problems Yamaguchi sculpts have and then some, the Marvel Revos so far have been pretty great.
>>6479426
>>6479412
That's cool how your guys' memories are shit and have obscured what I've actually said, but we have an archive over at nyafuu, so you can look up what i actually said.
There's a reason why I'm OK with what Hasbro and DCC does, because they do not rely solely on the printer to detail a face.
High quality sculpt + actual paint apps >>>>>> dot matrix printing.
>and Mattel finally decided to step up their game.
stepping their game up would be making ML equivalents, like how in the DCUC line for 2010 Blue Beetle had double jointed elbows or Robin in 2011.
This new shit is a step backwards from DCUC and not at all on par with Hasbro's modern MLs or even 2005 Toy Biz figures.
>>6479563
I feel like thus far they all show the same weakness in sculpt, just in different areas or they're highlighted more in some than in others.
At the end of the day though I think the most important thing to do is expand it away from Yamaguchi. There's no point in having such a toxic name associated with a line that has so much potential. Non-MCU Marvel imports are rare enough as-is. We have PAKs and the Bandai samurai stuff, and...? I'm really blanking here. But nothing that skirts this close to true-blue comic content.
>>6479579
I don't know what the worst scenario is: that you actually ARE the real subjectanon and you keep tabs on your posts via the archives, or you're someone LARPing as subjectanon and wasted plural minutes of your life looking for his autism in the archives
Either way, holy shit, this is going to get sad.
>>6479598
>spending a minute to do a search on the archive to prove people have shit memories and twisting what I've said is bad
I think it's sadder that you hold a grudge against me and have to create false beliefs to feel better about yourself.
>the same weakness in sculpt
I agree.
The engineering is weak too, because all the cuts are so sharp and angular, like a really lazy cutting away of a normal statue to put joints on them.
>>6477527
great pic anon, damn
>>6464622
The DC Films Superman is probably the best overall figure, but on a pure aesthetic level I love the NECA Superman from the Muhammad Ali 2-pack. The articulation isn't spectacular but he's as good looking a Superman figure as we've ever gotten.

And before i forget, this is what that one guy thought was made by Mattel, because these are actually clones of MLs.
Very disappointing compared to the Icons. Not only is the articulation lacking, but the style is ugly too.
Still better than Mattel's crap though.
>>6480852
They looked pretty ok in photos from SDCC
>>6480852
>Not only is the articulation lacking
They have more articulation than the Icons figures and look to be on par with Marvel Legends. What are you saying?
>>6480857
They're very disappointing.
All issues as seen from the stills are noticeable in the posed stuff they had in their booth.
I do wonder what their pegs will look like, since they have been getting good at hiding them.
I'm not sure if i took any photos this year of DCC's booth, because of how they really didn't have a lot of good stuff to show, unlike past years.
>>6480869
It's missing the ball-jointed waist and the pull down hips.
>>6480880
Are you assuming the pull down hips or gone or have you actually seen it? We now have ankle tilts and thigh swivels which I think are more vital than what we are losing.
>>6480852
>this is what that one guy thought was made by Mattel
It's not what I was talking about, moron. I'm that guy. I was talking about Mattel's reveals from the get-go. I know about the Essentials stuff, I was on various forums when they were revealed.
I actually know about DC products, while you demonstrably don't. You just had no clue and thought I was talking about something else. Why else would I right off the bat mention "revised and improved DC bodies" when Essentials is a completely different scale and toy from Icons? There's nothing "revised" about them, because they're brand new and utilizing a uniform parts system, unlike Icons unique sculpts.
How can one person go on and be wrong with every single post they make, and then come back for more punishment by being shown up again and again? Jesus. You came back here just to save face, in some pathetic attempt to make your online persona feel better. I cant wait for you to fumble another retarded reply trying to exonerate yourself of your stupidity, only to dig the whole further by claiming you know everything while obviously knowing nothing.
>>6480869
let's just wait on that, dc icons had great articulation on paper, but the ab crunch was garbage, and they had no vertical head movement
>>6480852
>Not only is the articulation lacking
They've got more range of motion than your typical Icons figure. Stop talking out of your ass.
http://www.ign.com/videos/2017/07/19/dc-essentials-new-action-figure-line-reveal
>>6480883
Well, Mattel's stuff certainly aren't clones and why i thought you meant DCC's Essentials, since they actually are on par with Hasbro's stuff.
>>6480882
>>6480892
I have seen them in person. I did not note any pulling downness.
>>6480885
only the first waves had that issue. Everything else was great, especially when they added the hips.
>>6480892
>http://www.ign.com/videos/2017/07/19/dc-essentials-new-action-figure-line-reveal
Looks good but to be honest a lot of those poses were terrible.
Fucking Freon figure when?
Series 3 when?
New Batman figure when?
>>6482228
looks pretty bad.

Hot
How bad are the JL basic figures? I'm debating picking up a Wonder Woman since they're only $10 and $20 hardly seems worth it for a subpar Multiverse figure
I got the superman v batman led luthor and he's pretty good desu senpai
>>6483259
100%
>>6462853
Any other details on this figure?
>>6483739
>DC Collectibles
Probably never
>>6483298
Fucking same.
>>6483739
It went out of stock on amazon but recently went back in stock. so, good sign it is really coming. It should be September.
>>6449325
Gal needs more muscle, but otherwise she did a fine job.
>>6484562
one of the images that helped me decided to preordered.
>>6484562
>bought Suicide Squad Harley because of her phat ass despite never seeing it
>bought Chun Li and preordered Cammy because of their phat asses despite never playing SF
>going to buy this and probably never watch Wonder Woman or Justice League
I can't keep buying figures because of their asses but I'm open to recommendations
>>6484819
>>6484819
loser
>>6484819
Uh. Yeah you can.
Heck, watching Suicide Squad might make you regret buying Harley actually. And Street Fighter's not what it used to be.
I've bought some figmas just because of the ass (although I'm familiar with their source) and I haven't regretted it one bit.
>>6484860
Gal portrayed WW so naturally. Maybe I'm in the minority but I think she looked best in her amazon outfit.
None of her toys come out looking good though which kills me as a WW fan. I like the DC Collectors figure, if someone can give me a heads up on it if it's shit or not that'd be appreciated.
>>6484819
don't worry anon, there's nothing bad on buy a figure just because it look good
>>6485056
This. My collection (of about 30 figures) is roughly 70% women for this reason
Anyone got images of the new animated batman figure?
forgot who's making it sorry.
So which Gal WW is best? I kind of want the Mafex.
Also same question on Harley.
>>6485042
>None of her toys come out looking good though which kills me as a WW fan.
I feel you on that one.
I grabbed her Multiverse figure because it looked better than the previous BvS version and it's inexpensive.
But I POed the figuarts cuz the sculpt looked ok, and I'm familiar with the line.
(Hoping they fix the paint issues upon release, but we'll see)
Her upcoming Mezco figure looks like it'll be pretty good too but I don't feel like shelling out 80+ bux for a figure of her.
I saw that some people had issues with her MAFEX, that turned me away from it as a possibility.
I was going to get her DC collectibles figure, but I'm not familiar with the line and I think they might be bigger than the average 1:12 figure? Either way I think I missed the boat on that one. No body even talks about that figure on here.
>>6485042
But yeah I'd love a good figure of her in her Amazon outfit. But looks like our only options are the Multivers figure or a doll.
But who knows, maybe Figuarts will make one .. with alternate face plates that are compatible with her upcoming figure?? One can dream.
>>6486217
Dc Collectibles Film line is about 6.75 inches tall, but they cancelled the line after Superman and Armored Batman (both of which are better than mafex imo)
>>6486372
It's a real shame that line got cancelled as well since they were the only people who were going to do Zod and Faora.
rip
>>6486372
Are they worth the $40+ price tag?
>>6486829
I got them on amazon for like $35 each. The price comes and goes quite a bit, but it depends how much you like the characters.
The mafex superman is pretty garbage, so this is your only choice for a decent superman figure
>>6484562
What WW booty is this?
>>6487857
I like WW but I only want to get one figure of hers since I prefer having a minimal collection. I was leaning towards the figuarts version but the face sculpt is horrendous. It's a toss up between the mafex & dc films figure- leaning towards mafex though
>>6486778
don't like the mattel version?
>>6488220
I don't think any of the companies got Gal's face sculpt right.
None look really bad, but none are quite right either. But the Figarts' sculpt (from what we've seen so far) doesn't look bad, I think.
>>6487859
figuarts
Randomly found this in the clearance section at walmart. Considering this figure is relatively new and the fact that the sticker is peeling I figured there was some shinanigans at foot. I went to the toy section and the usual shelfwarmers werent even on sale and neither was hawkman (the only other figure in this wave they had)
Price check didnt work but they honored the sticker anyway.
I saw one at target a week ago for 20 burgerbucks almost bought it.
Feels good man.
>>6488771
Huh I'll have to check my Walmart and see if any are marked down
>>6488237
I wanted something a little closer to import quality, looks better than most mattel stuff though
worth 20 bucks?
>>6489156
She's actually pretty alright, I found her buried at a Walmart as the MoS stuff was coming down. Articulation is pretty much exactly how it looks, but it's nice to have, especially at around 5-7 bucks.
>>6490738
Supporting Mattel is wrong.
Giving money for a mediocre figure featuring limited articulation when other companies give more is never worth it.
did anyone here get mafex whoreley quinn, I haven't seen much of anything event though she's supposed to be out
>>6491147
Check the Mafex tag on instagram. Also, no nips, just a blank breast and a weirdly shaped torso
>>6490916
Interesting. So then, logically, because the TOA Synth costs as much as a figma or SHF or SAS, but has twice the level of articulation, then... nobody should buy from Bandai, Medicos, or GSC?
>>6491147
Is this the Multiverse figure? Jesus that looks terrible
>>6491147
There's a LOT that can be said of the figure, but I think the oddest sculpted aspect is the knees. You have blobby as fuck areas above and below the knee joint, that look like they were sculpted to accommodate and seat a joint that is like twice as big. She just ends up looking like one of those people that lost a shit ton of weight and now they're saddled with huge deposits of loose dangling skin that bunch up in weird places.
>>6491200
The funny man
>>6491238
I legit don't know sorry if it sounded really stupid
>>6491147
I have her, and the sculpt really doesn't lend towards posability, which is a shame cuz she has a ton of it surprisingly. Her range of motion is good stuff, and the dress doesn't really get in the way at all.
Going to the sculpt issues, her bicep swivel doesn't work well, her knees can't straighten out completely due to the knee-cap, and the ankles are so plump that the feet just pop off the joint at the slightest provocation.
Overall just an average figure, but the extra harley head for the first harley quinn is nice.
>>6491268
That is a shamefully awful looking figure.
Now that they're diving into the Rebirth designs, any chance of seeing her?
>>6491268
I could tolerate the joints and wide torso but that break beneath her tits looks so fucking terrible. She better go down to $20.
>>6491193
What a dishonest analogy.
That Flash is the same as these figures.
Way underpar compared to what Hasbro was doing at the time (and even know with all the cutbacks), but because they're the only Flash figures in 1:18 scale, you must defend it like you're trying to defend that cheaply done DKR Flash.
Don't support lazy cheap figures, especially when they're underpar compared to what other companies are making.
It's up to you on how low oyu want your standards to be.
>>6491298
You haven't seen the Multiverse one, have you?
>>6491454
I'd rather pay $7 for that piece of shit than $54 for another piece of shit
>>6491268
She looks fat
>>6490754
No she was awful. Especially that man chin. I just ended up getting the Stupid PAK when that came out.
>>6491454
At least it doesn't look like she's wearing a mumu.
>>6491555
People always forget that Mattel has beautifully painted prototypes and their actual product is always worse looking, especially when you're reminded of how much it costs and the basic articulation they offer.
Mattel seriously needs to lose the license already.
I saw the new Justice League figures today and i was confused on why they had two budget lines for it, until i remembered that that's just how Mattel rolls.
>>6491572
Every figure of her was a let down. My joints for this figure were already falling apart out of the box
>>6491147
Why did they make fat harley? Shes never looked like this. Her torso is a tree trunk
>>6490738
i would buy it just for the bruce head
>>6491579
The Lego version is the best.
>>6491268
does she actually not have an ass/waist piece? are the legs just attached to the joint because it's covered by the dress?
>>6491268
show tiddies
>>6491454
Does it matter? We know what we're getting from Mattel, and the fact that that shit is destined for $5 clearance. Mafex is WORSE in this situation because of the end product they put out and the premium it was supposed to entail.
>>6484819
Juggernaut series Rogue cause she has fat tiddies and a fat ass.
DCUC (or the New52 DCC) Power Girl also because tiddies and ass.
>>6492039
Harley in her dress is already $5-$7 on Amazon at any given moment. They're both bad but you get more relative bang with the cheaper figure than the MAFEX
New to DC figures.
I saw a few of the Batman Animated Series figures for cheap yesterday so I picked them up (Catwoman, Mad Hatter and Riddler)
Is there a visual checklist of the line? Is it still going or has it been cancelled?
>>6491268
Can the dress come off?
>>6494888
>Is it still going or has it been cancelled
It's on life support. Supposedly the woman who has been sculpting the figures in the line has not been contacted in months for new content, so take from that what you will.
They've been relegated to pushing a lot of content through pricier multipacks and playsets due to the sheer stupidity and ineptitude of the management. You can buy a fucking Roxy Rocket figure on its own but you need to pay over $100 to get the iconic Mr Freeze, all because they dicked around and had no direction until it was too late.
>>6495013
They fucked up big time. The articulation fucking sucked, the prices were too high and the ONLY releases I have any interest in are those pricier packs with tons of face sculpts in them.
That's what the line should have been from the start. Accessory heavy and face sculpt heavy releases.
>>6495013
>It's on life support. Supposedly the woman who has been sculpting the figures in the line has not been contacted in months for new content, so take from that what you will.
That doesn't sound good.
>sheer stupidity and ineptitude of the management.
Like I said, I'm new to DC but from what I've heard this seems to be a common theme with DC toy lines? Haven't they just cancelled a line and announced a new, differently scaled one?
>>6495044
>That's what the line should have been from the start. Accessory heavy and face sculpt heavy releases.
Says you.
I'm fine with the standard releases and don't want to pay the extra money for accessories that'll never leave their boxes just because some idiot online wants to play RAPEWOODY XD with all his toys.
>>6464634
Is the whole wave out? Do we know what the bat robot figure is like? I was disappointed by the DCC one
Hey guys, thinking of getting a movie accurate 1/12 Batman figure from TDK trilogy and can't decide between SH Figuarts Dark Knight (just released) or wait for June 2018 Medicom Mafex Batman 3.0. I can get the Figuarts for $67 CAD shipped and the mafex for $87 CAD. Help me decide!
>>6496118
mafex is hit or miss, if you need one right now figuarts is the safe choice, or you can wait to see how the mafex is and then decide.i don't think that the price of the figuarts will go up, its been at 4500 yen on manda since the release
>>6496118
get the figuarts.
>>6491823
> can't even wear a hairpiece without dropping the chest armor
>Mafex JL Batman doesn't come out until April
>Figuarts JL Batman comes out six months earlier but doesn't come with as much stuff and doesn't look as good
>Mezco JL Batman probably three years away
i just want a decent toy
>>6496608
The design is so mediocre though, compared to the BvS
>>6496632
I like the BvS design more but I think the Justice League design has better figures. I probably would have bought the Mafex BvS suit if it was a little bulkier and had an alternate head.
>>6496644
Mezco's BvS batman is still pretty good; its gonna age hard, I'm sure, but Its a solid figure even if its got some rough edges as Mezco evens out their whole engineering and design.
>>6496608
>doesn't look as good
wait for the figure to come out, mafex's promo pictures usually make the figure look way better than what actually looks
>>6488771
TDKR Joker is being marked down. My area marked them down to 15 when I got one and I think the remaining ones went down to 12 for a bit before being shuffled out.
>>6496273
yeah. this is pretty much why I won't ever buy a mafex.
Welp I'm getting this Flash because Bandai sure as hell won't give us a unmasked head and I'm super gay for Ezra
The definitive DCEU Superman? Probably if Mafex continues in the form they are right now
This looks pretty dope.
Sorry for shitty quality, I got them from Instagram because I don't where people get the news
Is that some kind of butterfly movement that my eyes are seeing? Hopefully
>>6496811
It fucking is! What a time to be alive
>>6447962
Picked up the basic JL movie parademon, love the design and he figures is pretty decent for $8.
>no one posts about Scarecrow
As a Nolan Batfag, I'm actually happy that Medicom seem to be putting so much in their lineup especially compared to Bandai. Yeah yeah, prototype vs final product usually varies, but I'm just happy we're getting a Cillian Murphy head sculpt for ol' Crane.
>>6496997
You know medicom is releasing a lot of face headsculpts with their figures, I think they are pretty confident of their work so I'm going ahead and give them my money
>>6496997
They finally got their shit together with the facia likeness.
Now they just got to address the constant QC issues.
>>6496808
I will fucking buy this if they don't fuck him up again. Supes deserves a good figure, come the fuck on Japan.
>>6497093
I'm pretty sure the figuarts butterfly is going to be better I mean it looks that way
Cute.
>>6495013
That's such a shame. Her work was really good. DCD/DCC just has too many fuckups in their management hierarchy. They had a slam dunk with Batman Animated but fucked it up at every turn.
The box set with Ivy and Freeze in it was the last straw for me. I was collecting them carded (doubles, calm down rippers) so being stuck with a box really pissed me off. So they used the box as an excuse to jack up the price and stuff Montoya in there. When it wasn't selling, suddenly Commissioner Gordon was included too...except it's the same fucking toy I bought a few waves before. Why would I want another? Just release them as singles you assholes.
>>6496997
I ordered the Figuarts Batman because it is the best 1/12 TDK trilogy batman as of now. Mafex looks promising too, even comes with an extra head (3 in total) and the EMP gun used in TDK rises. Just hoping the final product won't be shit.
>>6497656
I currently preordered the entire Nolanman Mafex line except Catwoman and Batman Begins Suit.
These look so great and uniform. I dislike how Banes naked arms look, Scarecrow could have used an option of having the suit closed or open (as in just leave the layer in the front open) and Harveys unburnt trousers are weird but the rest is so spot on, I really hope I won't regret it due to QC.
Where can i get the sh figuarts batpod for retail? ebay is $200+
What's the best 6-8" figure of Black Man out there? Preferably this design.
