Where do you want to see the One:12 line go next?

I'm hoping they go different with it. I want to see some Twilight Zone, more Universal Monsters, more obscure horror stuff (Creepshow maybe?)
I just stuff that doesn't already get a bunch of different figures

>inb4 One:12 is shit
If you dont like the line, that's totally cool. Just ignore the thread.
>>
I mainly want more trek figures.

Bones is needed to complete the trinity but I would love Scotty, Uhura and Chekov also.
>>
Totally agree with the more universal monsters. A Creature from the Black Lagoon would be awesome

Ideally, I'd like to see Count Orlok from Nosferatu and Pennywise from "IT" (Tim Curry version)

In the way of comics, since Space Ghost sold so well, I'd like them to do Zorak and Moltar (at the very least, Zorak)

And I'd like Sinestro, and Scarecrow
>>
>>6418069
I would fucking kill for a Dracula or Wolfman to go with my Frankenstein
>>
Definitely more Universal Monsters.

And Hellboy.
>>
Jean-Luc Picard. That is all.
>>

I want niche horror. They're doing zombies from George Romeo zombie movies, so I'd love to see some more characters that would be considered obscure to the general public.
>Killer Klowns from Outer Space
>Creepshow (Father's Day Zombie)
>Twilight Zone monsters/aliens
>They Live aliens and Johnny Nada
>Tarman from return of the living dead
>Macready and The Thing
>Sam from Trick R' Treat
>Tim Curry's Pennywise (I know this one isnt really obscure, but we need one)
>>
>>6418184

How would that work though?

I'd love if they made a Gary Oldman's Dracula, my favorite is the old version, but i'd be happy with young Drac as well.

>more Universal Monsters
Any chance of Sofia Boutella's Mummy getting a figure?

Her as Princess Ahmanet and then the Mummy would be awesome
>>
>>6418184
I came here to post that they should do some of the crew from The Thing. Also, popular characters from non-horror movies like The Matrix and Mad Max that don't really have any good toys.
>>
>>6418114
>>6418162

man, if they redid Hellboy I'd be very unsure if I should get him another time or not since I already have the exclusive ver with the coat when it first came out. It's still a great looking toy, just with a fairly limited articulation despite the number of joints it's got. Pretty much the only US toy I've bought in decades...
>>
My number one pick is for Mezco to do more original takes and revisit classic literature like they did with their 20000 leagues under the sea toys. I would love an updated Mezco Captain Nemo and anything else. I was super pumped to hear they were doing stuff from Frazetta but now hear that license is in limbo. I would LOVE Frazetta 1/12 .. death dealer, John Carter, Tarzan vs a dinosaur or something crazy.

Basically I want to see stuff that moves away from non-stop superhero stuff.

But since we're getting non-stop superhero stuff, the original Scarlet Spider is a must have spiderman!
>>
>>6418092
>Ideally, I'd like to see Count Orlok from Nosferatu
This. First time I saw their Frankenstein's Monster, them making a Count Orlok was all I could think of.
>>
>>6418189

idunno, some tar covered cloths could be a thin plastic, or a vinly sorta material, or just sculpted. Im sure someone could figure out if they had too.
>>
>>6418251
Personally I really like the Mike Mignola style lile that. I wonder is there any other action figure with that kind of comic art style. I recently find the no shirt version one around 40. Should i get it?
>>
>>6418214
>That shoulder to waist ratio
>>
>>6418373
>>6418251
I'd buy a ONE:12 since I don't have any other Hellboy figures and I can't for the life of me pay what people are asking for their previous releases. Maybe they'll do one to coincide with the next movie.
>>
More Hanna-Barbera would be cool. There's a lot to work with in their archives, though I'm not sure how muddied up the various licenses have become over the decades. Jonny Quest, Birdman, Herculoids, etc. would really compliment Space Ghost on any shelf.

Or something really out of left field, like Speed Racer.
>>
Movie themed stuff would be great.

Robocop, Terminator, Alien etc. basically all the stuff Neca does, but less shitty.
>>
I'm gonna agree with more horror figures, too. A cryptkeeper from HBO's Tale from the crypt series would be fun. Universal monsters are needed, but I'd like to see them do a Christopher Lee's Dracula.

I really want more artist/comic based figures, but Mezco has said that they're aim is for more of a "realistic" look with the comic characters, which isn't my favorite choice.

I really want a whole Batfamily, as played out as that may be. More of a pre-new52 centered version, but with some things before and after. A classic style batman with a yellow oval, blue cowl, long ears, and a capsule belt, like Neal adams drew, would be great. But so would a Jim Lee Hush style one. A classic Babs Batgirl, but also Steph and Cass versions. Nightwing is another must, and I heard there's some talk about it already. Unfortunately, they vetoed Robin since they don't think it fits the "real world" idea, which is a shame. I wanted a damian, or a classic Dick Grayson.

And more independent comic stuff too. I'd love a Big Head/The Mask, based off his comic look from the first mini, with the leather jacket. Grendel, Madman, Nexus, etc, but I fear how those would sell.

Eventually, I'd like to see video game figures, but not necessarily taking priority over the comics stuff. Mainly things like Castlevania or Metal Gear(but I doubt Konami would play ball). And maybe musician based figures. I think it'd be cool to see some artists' stage outfits done in the line, though I'm not sure how many people would be interested. But think of a david Bowie as Ziggy stardust figure, or Prince in his 80's Purple rain outfit, The Beatles in their classicsuits, or a Michael Jackson figure from Thriller than comes with alternate zombie and werecats heads.

Y'know if they do some video game figures i'd actually really like to see them have a go at Halo 1 Master Chief.

It probably wouldn't be too different from >>6418771 though maybe with enough articulation to hold a gun. They could probably also do a pretty good Gordon Freeman too.

>>6418069

I'd like to see licenses picked up specifically because they would have the potential for fantastic soft goods mixed media figures. Licenses based soley on the strength of designs vs "hur dur teh latest superhero film!"

Imagine a Wes Anderson license?! With A Steve Zissou in his wetsuit with a couple of the cool little stop motion creatures. Some Fantastic Mr Fox guys. Etc.

Or grab Fantastic Beasts and Where to find them. I'm not a potter fan but I sat in the theater for that saying, man, these costumes are great... and then it won the Oscar for best costumes. Any character from that film would look gorgeous with a higher end Mezco 1/12.

Tron Legacy, although this would be the hardest to pull off well.

Hotline Miami would be a great license for them, too.
>>
I'd die for a really expressive Jack Burton.

Defective Shazam guy here.
Mezco customer service notified me yesterday that they've got a Shazam set aside to send me, and that I'd receive shipping details today. While I haven't received that shipping notice yet, I did receive a shipping notice for a regular Space Ghost that I was waitlisted on.
>>
There's no chance of this, but I want figures from Metalocalypse- the guys from Dethklok (duh) and their manager, and maybe a few of the lesser characters like Dr. Rockso and the producer dude with the bionic eyes.
>>
>>6418092
Man I never thought about how much sense a One:12 Scarecrow makes.
>>
I have Space Ghost amd DoJ Batman being delivered. What am I in for? They are my first ever collectible action figures.
>>
>>6418211
This and Count Orlok, yes
>>
>>6423741
You're in for a couple of the best figures I own, assuming you mean regular Space Ghost. Glow in the Dark Space Ghost is still good, just missing some of the stuff that makes regular SG so good.
>>
>>6418373
If you're ok with fairly limited articulation, go for it. The sculpt is gorgeous and very much Mignola art brought into figure form. I still have it, re-pose it from time to time and it hasn't broken on me. It hasn't gotten too loose either, so durability is good.

Mine is the trenchcoat ver but it's the same body/sculpt as the regular comic Hellboy releases.
>>
>>6419326
Those sound like hilarious shelfwarmers, I'm sure glad you aren't running this line.
>>
>>6423862
Yes regular space ghost
>>
So I heard that Spiderman Homecoming is getting a ONE:12.

I really REALLY hope Vulture gets one. He deserves more than just a Marvel Legends BAF (his other toys are fucking terrible)

I wouldn't even mind paying a bit more for it because they would have to charge more to make his wings accurate
>>
>>6418069
I'm getting passer's remorse over not getting BvS Batman. I guess I can wait for the inevitable Justice League version, but thats gonna take fucking ages at this rate. I didn't love the movie, I just want a decent modern Batman to go with the other DC guys.
>>
>>6424001
I'm in the same boat over Knightmare Batman. I only had to commit the fucking $20. Jesus. Gonna have to go ahead and preorder Strange now so I don't regret that one.
>>
>>6424001
I just got him for $95 on ebay I think you could still find him for reasonable prices just gotta look
>>
>>6423994
Considering the deluxe Punisher's extra guns drove the price up $50 with regard to a normal one:12, a Vulture figure would be $300 at least. It would be great, though.
>>
>>6424187
Maybe. But Vulture wouldn't really need any accessories. I mean, unless they wanted to give him the gun he used for like one scene

The judge Dredd that came with a motorcycle ran around $250 and that was a PX Previews exclusive.

So hopefully, we could get him at around that price, if nothing else. Still, if the wings were articulated even HALF as good as they are in the movie, he would be well worth that price tag
>>
btw if you guys want Regular Space Ghost BBTS has him in stock,

but being the assholes they are, they saw how much he was going for and bumped him up to $120 bucks.

Still, if you're looking for him there you have it
>>
>>6424220
I saw earlier today (and it's still the case) that Amazon has him for $101 shipped. It's not great but it's lower than the $120 price tag you'll find on eBay and BBTS at least.
>>
Also, BBTS has the sparkly light-blue Judge Dredd for only $50.
>>
I might... I might pay the scalper prices to get the One:12 classic punisher....
All I've ever wanted was a classic white boot and gloved classic frank and all the Marvel legends of him are ass.

Why the fuck would Mezco make him THAT limited? Jesus Christ.
>>
>>6424244
This and their 3A Soy Dolphin price have me tempted for figures I neither want nor need.
>>
>>6424287
I'm "seeing another one on eBay for $300 and not $340" away from biting the bullet on that myself.
>>
>>6424321
So just get it if you know you want it. The prices are honestly just going to go up and Mezco has no plans to rerelease any of these

(not saying they never will, but why gamble?)

You can see here that the Shazam on the right is the original, and the replacement is on the left. The emblem is the problem on both figures. On the original, the emblem came with a lot of frayed edges and was peeling off to the point that I can get the end of my finger fairly far under the top left corner. Mezco offered to replace the figure for free (I didn't see a return label, so I've asked what the next course of action will be). The replacement figure has a different problem in that when it was applied, the fabric might not have been even, so the top right corner of the emblem is warped and the fabric under it is slightly bunched. This might be fixable with a little head to loosen the glue, but I'm not sure.

Overall, the replacement Shazam has better construction on the suit and cape. Even the body has a better feel to the joints. The paint apps on the smiling head are even better than my old one, though the standard head has some slight black smudging on the chin. I'm pretty happy with the replacement, but I've packed it back into its box until I hear back from Mezco Customer Service.

unnnnnf

Everything they've shown off looks so perfect, but i dont even like the designs for the characters.

Batman Beyond is great. The texture is a litttle weird for the design, but using rubber would be shit and it may not be that rough looking in person.

Just 6 more hours until i cna see it with my own eyes.
>>
>>6428546
It's difficult to tell. Catwoman appears to be using the same type of knit as Space Ghost, but Batman Beyond is using something with a much more defined weave to it. Still a knit, but thicker? From arm's length, these fabrics do have a clearly visible texture, but I'd bet having the clear lines on Batman's outfit would give it more of a techy look in-hand.
>>
Definitely getting Terry Bats, and considering it's their own take on the Beyond suit, I think he'd look great next to the "Ascending Knight" Batman that they announced before.
>>
>>6428571
Forgot to mention, I'm just glad that they actually used a slim body for Terry.

I like the technoy varnish parts throughout the costume, but the fabric lines are probably smaller on Batman Beyond.
Catwoman seems to use that texture from the Judge Dredd blue costume.

So it's basically Punisher vs Judge Dredd.
Sooooooo, they'll both look like super high grit sandpaper, because their black colors will hide the texture.
>>
>>6428579
And i should point out that Catwoman's cloth is probably going to be glossy, like blue Judge Dredd's costume.
Batman Beyond is likely matte like Punisher's, so the varnish lines will stand out against the matte.

ONLY SIX MORE HOURS.
Pictures won't do these figures justice, if what I'm guessing is how it'll be, but i will post what i can later tonight.

...I was really hoping for Orlok or Tim Curry Pennywise (considering Mezco is doing a living dead doll of pennywise, I thought maybe...JUST MAYBE)

Mike Myers isn't my favorite horror slasher, but I do love me some John Carpenter. It would be great if they also had an Agent Loomis to go with it. Tell me you wouldn't buy a Donald Pleasance Mezco

>they made it tacticool

Aw fuck. Honestly, it isn't terrible, though, it's subtle enough. I've seen much worse. When it comes down to it, though, 1)I feel like a lot of BB redesigns miss the point; it's sleek and featureless, because its so high tech no seems are visible and it doesn't look technological, and 2) its meant to look like a he's always in the shadows; like depictions of Batman where you only see his eyes and his chest emblem. At least its subtle.

Tat said, on point 2, it does make me want to play around with this figure and lighting and see how he'd look. I just wish they went for a matte head, because I don't want the head to shine while the rest doesn't.
>>
>>6428931
I'm sure they will eventually.
Theyre already doing Ash and Michael. In the past theyve made a buncha Freddys Leatherfaces and Jasons so it's a safe bet.

Hopefully Mezco picks up where NECA is slacking. I need a quality part V Roy, and Uber Jason, a Part VIIII Jason, etc etc.
I know NECA is working on a new Ultimate Jason now, but holy shit they take so long, and yet here Mezco is release 3 daredevils at once
>>
>>6428782
Its pretty basic, really, its just Joker without his coat. This is probably one of their most vanilla redesigns. Fingerless gloves are the only weird part to me. I do feel like piecing together this with the existing Joker would make the best combo.

True, I just don't want them with cloth uniforms.

>Mezco announces a Thor and a Hulk
>it's this shit
Oh well, maybe someday we'll get some comic designs of these two
>>
>>6428998
The problem with their comic versions is that Mezco takes artistic liberties with it.

Atleast the movie ones are accurate to their source material.
>>
>>6429001
Yeah, that seems strange now that you mention it. I imagine that's something in the licensing agreement.
>>
>>6429013
I think that's just always how they've been and prefer it. Watching interviews with the guy that Pierre, the guy who seems to be in charge of the One:12 line talks about "Mez" is a big fan of batman, thats why were getting to many batmen, and how he was arguing with Mez to make the classic iron man One:12 to be more comic accurate (Without the random sculpted tech lines) but Mez likes to stylize it

So I assume a lot of the creative decisions are by this Mez, presumably the head of Mezco cus the name.
But even way before this line, all of their figures have a certain Cartoon aesthetic to it.
So I think it's just this artist who runs Mezco who's just stubborn and likes to add his own personal creative flare to anything he can.
Atleast that's what I assume from what little knowledge I have.
>>
>>6428951
He isn't tacticool in the slightest, he just has some detailing to his outfit
>>
>>6428998
What's wrong with their Thor and Hulk?
>>
>>6429085
I think his problem is that he wants "comic designs of these two".
>>
>>6429082
Yeah except the gauntlets and combat boots and tacticool stripes
>>
>>6429085
I don't think that even really looks like Thor (the movie likeness is great, just the design doesn't seem remotely close to Thor to me) and I've always hated the Planet Hulk gladiator thing. I think both figures look really good, I would just have preferred purple pants Hulk and some comic-related design for Thor even if it wasn't an exact representation of one of his costumes.
>>
>>6429013
According to them, it's meant to make them look as if they are "real"(within the limits of what they can do without making it look too different. For example, they decided they couldn't change flash's costume too much without it looking too different). It also depends on character to character. For example, Wolverine's longer trunks were due to them not feeling Wolverine would wear the regular costume "in reality"

Its an aim I find a bit silly. Just do the movie costumes for people who want "realistic", do the comic stuff for hardcore fans.
>>
>>6429097
Exaggeration much?
Is this the kind of figure you'd prefer him to be?
>>
>>6429131
Since when was a futuristic Batman with an all black exo suit needed to have cloth over him. Did you see Terry Mcguiness fighting crime in a black sweater?
He should be made out of plastic his wings could be made out of cloth, but he truly isn't a batman in need of a cloth. Mezco does their style which is fine by me, but they sure missed the point of bb

I hope they do something about how wide their torsos/shoulder are in the line. It's the only persistent issue with their body proportion since the start, and they've already adjusted it on some bodies, but it needs to disappear entirely..
>>
The new One:12 figures all look incredible. Especially Hulk and Catwoman, Hulk sculpt and paint is just super impressive, and Catwoman is like EXACTLY the kind of Catwoman design I wanted them to do.

But frankly, how good the new reveals look has made how shit Superman and especially Harley Quinn look and how little they've improved seem even more glaring lol

But I'm glad with how much better newer pictures of their Wonder Woman look than when we first saw her, and with how fucking perfect Catwoman looks that Harley Quinn seems like a one-off thing, cause at first I just thought this line was going to be garbage for female characters and that really disappointed me considering how it's now kind of my go to line for superhero figures and how it mixes kind of poorly with other lines.
>>
>>6430274
Superman is so bad they had to photoshot promo shots to make him look good.

images.jpg
6KB, 219x230px
>>6430676
I can't figure out the fwoosh user's shitty photobucket, but if you directly compare most Mezco bodies to SHF Body-Kun, the articulation is mostly similar.
Two torso ball/socket joints
A couple of shoulder joints on each side
Bicep cut
Double elbows
Hinge ball-shape joint for wrists
Two neck joints (exceptions occur)
Ball-shape joints for hips
Cut thigh
Double knees
And then a ball/socket style ankle on most.
The ankles and feet are the biggest difference and letdown.
Also, any figure with bare arms or legs tends to get a Hasbro-style elbow (fixed hinge with a peg). Look to Joker, Ragnarok Hulk, Wolverine, and Harley Quinn for examples.

So I took a year or so off collecting toys due to financial shenanigans. I am finally about to be able to afford collecting in a month. How are Mezco 1/12? I usually like to get 1/6 if it is supposed to be a quality figure, but some of these only cost as much as a figuarts or other import figure.

I guess what I am asking is, do I get my moneys worth on these figures? Are there any I should steer clear from? I collect just about anything comic book based, and Space Ghost.
>>
>>6431741

Those proportions aren't accurate, but they sort of look cool in their own right? Reminds me of the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. I wouldn't mind them trying to fix it but I also like it as is.
>>
>>6432146
Their Space Ghost is amazing.
>>
>>6432241

>>6432146
I've spammed this thread with enough of the only two I own, Space Ghost and Shazam. They're both extremely good figures, and SG comes with a whole extra figure in Blip (who is surprisingly awesome in-hand). I've got Commander Rogers coming on Sunday as well.

At full original sale price, these things are very satisfying in-hand. At a discounted price, they're even better. But I still don't know if I could break the $100 barrier I've set for myself (except for Ragnarok Hulk if he runs that much).

Yeah, something just looked off about it to me to. Really, with that design, you have to tread lightly because it either ends up overdesigned, or, in this case, too generic if you alter it too much. I'm not the biggest fan of it myself, but Darwyn Cooke designed it very tightly and every little aspect has a purpose. The two biggest issues, I'd say, beyond the tightness of the suit, is the ring on her zipper was removed, when its mean to look like a cat's collar, its on her belt now, when she's meant to have a big belt buckle. Also, her cowl is now too open, instead of connecting with the goggles to look like a modern version of her classic cowl. Overalls he just looks like a regular woman in a catsuit, not entirely "Catwoman". I get that its nitpicking, but thats just how I feel. I felt the same about the Dark Knight Rises costume.

Still, I hope they do their take on a purple suit variant. Something like the 90's suit,t hough I'm not sure how they'd do the hair(although, towards the end of her first series, she cut her hair short). Cooke runs circles around Jim Balent as an artist, but I'll always think of the purple Balent boobsock costume as catwoman first(well, maybe a close second to Pfeiffer's catwoman.

Green Arrow had Arsenal/Red Arrow.

I'm not sure what the hold up on them is, but these variants were planned right with the original figures.

Batman Beyond could get a circuit/battle damage deco, but who knows or when they could get them, if anything is announced.

Ok, that's the best Space Ghost episode ever

How do you like original costume Daredevil?
>>

Superman's is red son superman.

Why would I spend Mezco money on a plain black suit? I can just ebay a black spandex suit at that point or have someone make one for me for cheaper.

I think at this point it's safe to say that if you're looking for accurate from Mezco than you need to be prepared for a 3/4ths chance that you won't be getting that.
>>
>>6462941
He has the best articulation out of all of them. Honestly, behind PX Punisher he's my favorite lol.. But it's getting really hard to pick between them.
>>
>>6463078
Does the neck fabric on Daredevil look turtleneck-y in hand like it does in the promo shots? Did you pick up Deadpool on Mezcos shop? I have the Miles one preordered and was wondering when it's gonna ship

Decide for yourself.. Personally, I think it's great. And I had to get my Deadpool off ebay. Kinda sucked cause I had to drop $130 on him and he's a bit lacking in accessories but for what it's worth, I think he was worth it.
>>
>>6462016
Neat! Details on that Grifter?

He's a DCUC figure with the full Mezco soft goods treatment. I made him myself and based him off of a combo of his comic book appearance and his BvS appearance.
>>
>>6463737
Nice. Did you make that coat yourself?
>>
>>6463843
No, haha I wish I could take credit for the coat. It actually came from a ToyBiz Gambit. But I did make the shirt, pants, and scarf... Although I'm going to redo the scarf because it's way to bulky. It's a bit had to achieve realism in the 6in scale.

It's funny how many people shit on One:12 but will pay $200+ for faggy ass Hot Toy dollies like a man pleb they are

Does anyone know how the cowl is anchored to the figure? I'm gonna need to take it off to fix the crookedness.

Is it only glued on? Connected via plastic pegs? If I can fix this, maybe I'd consider buying another Mezco again.
>>
>>6464822
The best Hot Toys blow any One 12 out of the water, but One 12 are getting better. I prefer comic based stuff to boring movie designs when it comes to superheroes for the most part so something like MEzco captain Marvel or Space ghost are cooler than just about any Hot toys movie figure. but I've yet to see a One 12 figure that can match something like HT robocop or the DX13 Terminator yet.
>>
Will Mezco ever do One:12 monsters maybe? Like, not humanoid monsters, but monsters like Godzilla. I was just wondering because theyre starting to branch out with Hulk. Yeah he's still humanoid, but he's still got special Hulk proportions and he's almost fully sculpted.

Personally I'd want them to atleast do a 1933 King Kong, since he is technically a classic Universal Monster. I guess he wouldn't exactly be 1/12 scale though.
>>
>>6467049
They explained that lot of the parts were going to be cloth or leather that was just a prototype
>>
>>6467094
Still, theyre doing fully sculpted figure with iron man

Someone explain to me why Mezco don't get a tremendous amount of shit for making a line called "The One:12 collective" that isn't in 1/12 scale.

My mezco Kirk is in scale with my NECA terminator, not any of my 1/12 figures

probably because when DCC did an actual 1:12 scale line, everyone shit on it because it wasn't to scale with Hasbro's 1:13 scale line that creeped from 1:12 over the years.

by the by, you sure your whispy mustached Freddy is 1:12 scale?

She Hulk is supposed to be about 6'7" and this matches up with kirk
>>
>>6468320

Freddy is just a little under 6 inch tall, and if my math is correct (it may well not be) a 6ft character in 1/12 scale should be 6 inches.

So Freddy is just about 1/12 scale, he was 5.10 in real life.

Kirk is like 6.5 inches.

that scale is all borked.

Whispie mustache Freddy shouldn't be this short even if he was 5'8"
>>
>>6468668

Ewan McGregor is also 5.10 and Harrison ford is 6.1, so imo they look good together.

The Marvel Legends and DC figures in that pic are clearly in a bigger scale.
>>
>>6468281
it's one of my main grips as well. I'd be much more into them if they were just a little smaller.
>>
>>6469155
Cyclops is supposed to be 6'3", so he fits as well.

Freddy is the same height as Obi Wan, so his toy is undersized.

It's heaven

>been cleaning house on Offer Up
>very few Mezcos though
>find a joker
>get the seller to come down in price $10 to msrp
>get a message one hour later that the figure has sold

I'm jelly
>>
And it seems bootlegs of BvS Batman and standard Captain America are popping up on eBay. Actually, I'm not sure if they're bootlegs or overruns. Only the Batman listings show something that appears to be actual product images, but with three listings from three different sellers, having the same images is a red flag. Don't know if I want to get into them even at sub-$50 prices.
>>
Could someone, anyone, please tell me, what is a "Bat Brick"?
>>
>>6473681
Nevermind
>Heavy Assault Batarang
Jesus, I guess that's why it has "brick" in the name.
>>
I was watching adult swim reruns while really high and ordered gitd space ghost. Is there anything I need to worry about?
>>
>>6474493
I like how the idea is that its all gadgets he's testing out that he eventually dropped for whatever reason. He probably killed somebody with the thing.
>>
>>6475685
Not really. There are a lot of pics here http://thefwoosh.com/index.php/2017/06/entertainment-earth-one12-collective-glow-in-the-dark-space-ghost/

I was on the verge of ordering the GiTD version when I got a notice that my payment was being processed for the regular one. The glow version has a coarser material for the suit, and the accessories are all semi-transparent and coated or have the plastic mixed up with green phosphorescence. They really could have molded some of the pieces in other colors or done the glows in multiple colors and it would have been a lot better.

Regardless, he's a cool figure.

Yes, yes I do
>>
>>6476900
I would seriously consider buying that
>>
>>6475685
Just that he doesn't have the alt head, his accessories aren't painted, Blip isn't painted, and that his suits material is thicker and his cape is really stiff compared to the regular version. He's still rad, but imo the best things about both releases are the awesomely painted accessories on the regular version. His glow is nice but I don't know how to get my camera to pick it up well.
>>
>>6476951
In my opinion both make a really nice set but regular SG got expensive fast.
>>
This guys better release an Alex now that Mafex got into that move
>>
>>6471498
If the seller is from china, taiwan, hong kong, etc its a bootleg. Or if it just says us for location.
>>
>>6478313
Non-superhero Mezcos are a dead end
>>
>>6478332
There's Frankenstein's monster
The guy from the horror movie that the name escapes me right now.
Zombie guy
They have plenty of horror and classic stuff rights I'm sure they could do some considerable bank with those licenses
>>
>>6478352
Frankie is bombing hard and I doubt we'll see more beyond what they've shown.
>>
>>6478353
I think it's doing better than let's say commander Roger's and reverse Flash or as good as Reverse Flash
I'm probably grabbing a Frankenstein in September.
They should release the damn Ash already
>>
>>6478354
The thing is, Captain Rogers and Zoom are just reuses to make the most of a sculpt. Frankenstein is a whole lot of resources dedicated to a shelf warming figure. The fact that you'll be able to buy him in September is not good when it comes to this line.
>>
>>6478365
Yeah I guess that's true
I doubt medicos wasn't prepared for something like this though
They sure as hell weren't expecting the Frankenstein(I'll just call him like that, anons in the thread please don't get autistic) to sell as good as Batman or whatever cape stuff
>>
>>6478368
>(I'll just call him like that, anons in the thread please don't get autistic)
Would have been easier to just type 's monster.
>>
>>6478424
I did it because in my post before that one I wrote Frankenstein
>>
>>6428222
>>6434095
Amazing how a little thing like the goggles being thicker and connecting with the cowl makes it work so much better.
>>
>>6475685 here
I just got SG, and holy shit he's 11/10. I normally don't use effect parts, but these ones are actually good and not heavy droopy garbage.
