My uncle worked on that game! Glad to see it's still remembered. As far as I know, they aren't working with Nintendo, so the Excite series is probably just dead at this point.

That's from the original Time Bokan series. Probably the CM Corporation ES Gokin releases.

It's a fun little light and sound box with limited articulation, so if you like the design that's good. But it's pretty much a box built around quoting japanese at you.
