I think they're rated what they deserve, the keens where ugly and the quality awful.

I always vaguely wanted these, but the price, my financial situation at the time, the lack of Demon Sisters, all kinda turned me away. It's a catch-22 of 'I don't care about these characters, but if I don't buy them, the ones I want absolutely won't come out.

I really regret not getting them when they were shelfwarming. Rio:bone makes shit figures but if I had known this was all we were ever going to get I would've bought 10 of each.

As far as I can tell they're finally hinting at a second season, so don't lose all hope

When I see the word underrated, I want to throw in a revoltech, so lets go with this one.

Vulcanlog Black Magician, although I'm not sure how he was rated, I feel like most avoided him due to not being the desired design.

But besides that, it is well sculpted, highly articulated, and a ton of fun to mess around with. I think it is even underrated among fans of Yamaguchi's figures.

I like it but yeah, people wanted the purple one. A lot of them also seem to think this one is some sort of random color/design they came up with for the figure.

GI Joes, because they do not get enough love despite still having a big following.

Still one of the high tier lines, even though there are quite a few collector lines that can do certain things better.

great sculpts
High amount of accessories.
Decent to great paint all throughout the life of the line, even when Hasbro was dropping the ball on other lines.
Great articulation.
Huge selection, when it was still being made.

Pulled out my Panty today to mess with it after seeing this thread. Been meaning to for a while.

It's a good figure. Not great, but good. Snapping the legs back on when switching out butt pieces is kind of annoying. I don't care for the placement of the peg hole, though I understand the necessity. Other than that, I wouldn't say there are any major drawbacks to this figure. I god damn sure wouldn't pay what it goes for now, but I'd say it was worth what I paid back then (though I honestly don't remember what I paid).

I'm a little confused though, because as I was just now looking at the Amazon listing for her, I noticed that the one in the image had eyes that look straight ahead. Obviously, mine's are angled to the right. Not sure what's going on there.

No... I have the panty and it's prretty retarded. The knees are absolute garbage and the paint from her dress constantly rubs off onto her legs when posing. Maybe Stocking has better balance, but they made Panty's hair SOLID plastic all the way through, so it's the heaviest part of the figure and means she always needs a stand.

The definition of underrated. Beautiful sculpt. Amazing articulation. Waaaaay better than the figma horse and had a cheaper initial price yet I'm the only one I've ever seen talk about it. Heck all of the user photos on MFC are mine.

They do have thigh swivels, in the form of those figuart type joints where the thighs pull down, adding a swivel there.

I admit, it's not a very good swivel, but all the Figuart fanboys swore by it being the bestest back then, so it must be the bestest.

I'm really tempted to just pick up Stocking now and hope that Panty pops up somewhere for a reasonable price. Hopefully what >>6404819 and >>6408543 say actually leads to a second season and more chances for new figures to be made.

As for my underrated figure, it's the Four Horsemen Eagulus. He's got decent articulation, even keeping the leg articulation accurate to that of an actual eagle, and a great paintjob for how detailed it gets. He's even better when you buy the large brown eagle wings and stick them on him, really sells the look of an All-American eagle warrior. He's pretty big compared to my other figures as well. The novelty of having this guy perched above my shelf always screaming really makes him one of my favorite figures.
