Why the fuck would they kill him off

I think it's stupid as fuck that they gave him the same head as the big bad from TF3. It's so blatantly obvious they cheaped out that it really ruined any way or me to care about this guy.

It doesn't help that they also reused this head in the previous move. But at least they tried to make it distinct with having it be a two headed TF.

The most obvious change (thanks to sixshot) is a helmet change and tampo prints over stickers so if the helmet is a both wait for takara, can't say if a second head will come for breast attack shenanigans though.

They colors could also be darker on takara's, mostly a dark blue I suspect, I'm waiting, not making the same mistake I did with sixshot.

After watching/reading a few reviews, is TLK Hound actually any good? He seems just kinda okay, and I'm feeling a bit bummed that I misted the AoE figure as that one might be superior.

Yeah I would say he's the Evasion prime of TLK. It looks far closer to the stout proportions of the show model and manages his kibble far better than the AOE one, which has a lot of car panels just hanging off the arms, on the fists, on the feet, etc. The AOE's vehicle mode is also in a weird scale, like DOTM megs scale.

The only point against the TLK is that it could use better paint. Unfortunately, Takara's not doing their takara-paintjobs for TLK so there's no fancy blinged-up version for it yet.

This is why I cherry pick the deco I like most, sometimes buying the same figure multiple times (I have both versions of astrotrain for example) and have a screw driver, polish, paint and a whole lot of patience

I suspect it's actually because there are very few people who purchase the Japanese releases here, and as such, we see less complaints because of the smaller sample size, meaning possible defects are less likely to get seen unless it's a line-wide defect like Weirdwolf's breaking hinges.

Which deluxe-sized Scourge should I get to go alongside my Henkei versions of Galvatron and Cyclonus? The Titans Return version looks incredibly bland and poorly deco'd, should I search for the 2011 version instead? Also, is the 2006 Titanium Series any good or is it shite like almost everything released in that subline?
