What do you /toy/ soldiers think of laser cut metal kits?

They look like novelty items
they're ok.
An anon mentioned a while back that they're awful to put together with sharp edges and tiny tabs that need bending.
Seems cool but actually isn't

The biggest meme before Fidget Spinners.
It pisses me off that this is the closest we are to a Droideka model kit/statue aside from a Lego technic set despite the thing being 17 years old.
Super expensive for what they are and look super tacky
I dislike how even if you build they correctly, they kind of rattle around since most connection points have a lot of extra space. When i finish building plamo or a lego kit it's nice when you pick it up and feel how it all came together as one solid piece. I don't feel like you get that satisfaction with these.
Fun to build and experience for the first time, but they don't really look nice enough to take up shelf space as display pieces so they end up packed away or thrown out.
They are a lot like a modern version of those old wooden dinosaur skeleton kits really.
There are a few kits that are amazing, but they are very expensive
