What kills me is that this is a neat concept and I know I would have loved this kind of shit as a kid. Batman mashed up with all his most famous villains? Yes motherfuckin please!!

It's really offset by PAK's offputting sculpts, the weird scale, and the ridiculously high prices though. The sculpts are REALLY detailed, which is cool, but I always hate their bodily proportions and sometimes there's just too much detail. It's so packed with folds and creases and texture that it becomes white noise, and ultimately boring. One of the most basic principles of art is giving the viewer areas of both complexity and simplicity--you need room to breathe. The PAK sculptor musta been absent the day they taught that.

Thor could be posed better. Rotate his hips downwards and his torso upwards, so his body is more stretched out, as you would expect when holding something heavy into the air.

Otherwise it's a cool collection. Especially the female characters look really good.

Yeah...it wasn't too long ago that these PAK figures were SOMEWHAT fairly priced.

Now though? Can't fathom how they aren't just bleeding money. They cost almost as much as a fucking Hot Toys doll, and they don't even come close to the level of detail, and are smaller.

I will say though. If they do a Rogues version of a Batman Impostor Scarecrow, I may HAVE to bite the bullet and get that one
Also, jesus, that pic. I hope that's just for a photo and not how those figures are displayed on the regular. Because if so, why the fuck even own them? You can't even get a good look at about HALF of those
