I'm looking for a modular dollshouse.
Does anyone have one and if so what can you tell me about it? The one in the picture looks really cool but they look like they're no longer in business.
There's a Swedish brand called Lundby Smaland, their dollhouses can be stacked and connected, with tiny electrical outlets to power their tiny lights. I never got into them though since their prices are quite high.

Thanks! I'm in australia so I'm used to things being overpriced. I had a look, the dolls house itself is reasonable but the furniture, yikes!
I'm looking for something more modular than this though. But I'll keep it in the back of my mind as plan B.

If you want maximum modularity and low prices, consider a chinese lego friends knockoff. Some of them follow the dollhouse theme but are 1:48 instead of 1:12 like a traditional dollhouse.

Thank you for that idea. That's probably a bit too modular but I'll look into it.
My goal would be to find one that has different rooms you can move around.
I found this one by Plan Toys that looks good but I can only find one review of it and it says it is bad. Would love to find more reviews on it or hear personal experience if anyone has it.

Those look boring.
Find something with printed furniture and decorations on the background walls like this:

But that's not modular at all.
