Sadly I haven't saved any pictures but there was a dude on Ebay Austria in 2008 that sold Custom Lego Star Wars Figures. The figures were simply the regular Lego figures that everybody had but with the heads of Hasbros 3 inch actionfigures, sold for 50$ per figure.
I wonder what he would have done with the Lego heads and actionfigure bodies if he ever sold one.
