Technically the best one is Figures but it's expensive and doesn't have weathering. for a lack of weathering you're better off getting the Bandai kit. Black Series is good but you'll probably end up paying scalper prices.

black series if you want the thing ready to display, model kit if you want to add details yourself, or the FIguarts if you don't bother the price

I dislike the Black Series one because it is kind of droopy, needs some parts straightened out if you are unlucky.

The Figuarts bike does have weathering, it's just far more subtle and scale model-esque than the slathered-on paint on Hasbro's version.
