I got shin last week and he's pretty good, but one of his feet and most of the joints in his tail are super loose. What's the best way to tighten something like that? I went straight to superglue because they're all load-bearing so pledge probably wouldn't cut it, but the glue doesn't seem to want to stick to the rubbery plastic.

I just picked up the re released Aliens Queen. I have heard some people say, NECA is making a new version of the Queen, is this true? or is the updated re release the version people are referring too. I'm rather confused.

I did but he eventually fell down. It depends on how you want him to stand if you want him to be stubby and short you may pull it off, however the clear plastic they use makes the joints looser than usual.
I use a stand but not a neca stand because I wanted mine to stand tall, I find him very impressive that way.

I'm really excited AND really afraid. The AvP trade was so important to me as a kid, I read it hundreds of times (plus the supplemental novels). I have wanted a good Machiko for so long but every single physical interpretation of her so far has been terrible (like Hot Toys' here >>6361921). I just want a Machiko that actually looks Asian like in the comic, and has a reasonable outfit.

My dream outfit would be a mesh of her human outfit from the original comic with some Pred parts integrated. I hope they don't do that hideous purple outfit from the later comics, and I hope they don't go super slutty/revealing either.

The Loader is sick. I got it at a convention while my Queen was in the mail, cuz I realized I needed a big counterpart to the queen, and I love it. Getting Ripley comfortably in it is tricky, I sometimes pose her outside it just because I needed more good guys on my alien shelf.

I bought a Queen not to long ago, and I have been hunting for them for a few days now. They were basically impossible to find, since the new glow in the dark eggs came out. Is it because of the Queen re release? I got lucky and found a carton at a mom and pop toy store for MSRP.

I get not wanting a bunch of the same character, but I feel like if their varied enough they are worth it. I have Jungle Patrol but I want Extraction, Jungle Disguise and as odd as it is I actually really want the SDCC Briefing figure. most of this stems from my love Arnold. Thats why I'm hoping they either aren't going to use the shiny plastic with the reissues or at the very least give them a better paint job.

Eh it's actually my preferred "default" look for him. It's literally the first time he faces off against the Predator just after they set up the trap for it right up to the waterfall segment. I don't see how that's remotely being lazy when it saw a lot more action compared to Jungle Patrol which is basically the glorified promo/poster look.

I think its lazy they released what is basically the same figure in the same wave. I know they are different but the vest covers most of the tank top so its almost a completely pointless distinction. I guess the only reason i singled out Encounter is because I only have Patrol so its just my go to Dutch figure. if they gave one of the two something more different to distinguish them better I wouldn't have as much of an issue with them. Extraction and Disguise are the best ones by far though.

Also doesn't change how it was still a particular look that was shown off a lot in the film and how it was his main outfit when he first confronts the Predator (hence "Encounter"). It's not as if you have to collect them all, especially when it's up to your preferences as to which design to get. Hell the fact that we're even getting all his main outfits in the movie is pretty neat.

It's what made the whole Jungle Briefing Dutch such a meme concept in the first place, since it was practically the last outfit that didn't get a figure until now.

I don't get why they didn't use the Nathan Drake or even Jason Voorhees legs. I watched the movie earlier today and he isn't wearing tang cargo pants with combat boots. he looks like he's wearing slacks with cowboy boots or something.
