A good starting point would be the scale, once you have the scale you can look at the options, I would say that's 1/144. If you want them premade look for diecast or you can get model kits.

Look for 1/87 or 1/100 tanks for scale railroads. These should come pre-assembled and painted.

If you want to build/paint them yourself, check wargaming supplies. Flames of War vehicles are around that size.

Gonna second that this looks like 1:144 scale. Check Japanese hobby sites like AmiAmi and HLJ for more of this type of thing.

Its about 1/100 scale..in this pic the Sherman is 1/72 scale while the type-10 is 1/44 scale..A 1/144 Sherman would be tiny
