Bandai's official RD page with images and release dates:
http://tamashii.jp/item_brand/robot_tamashii/
Excellent, comprehensive RD list:

Penelope arrived today. What a fucking monster!
>>6336587
It's the Tyrant 2000!
http://p-bandai.jp/item/item-1000112821
A web exclusive and while preorders close today, you'll probably still be able to get it at preorder prices through middleman sites like Nippon Yasan for a little while after.
>>6336589
Awesome collection and display, anon!
>>6336867
The RD Zaku I Sniper was a web-exclusive Ka Signature release, so keep an eye out for the distinctive white packaging when browsing.

>>6337500
Grats! Looking lovely in that pic. Any plans to get Xi?
got my VF-19 Advance yay
>>6337599
messed a bit with it
fighter mode looks fantastic, although some gaps are a little bit too noticeable for my liking, also, from the above, the legs look really too far apart from the body, as evidenced by another noticeable gap with the shield
>>6337603
transformaton is horrifically more complex than the VF-25. Got stuck at a step in the torso swing thing and one of the machine cannons fell off. After putting it back in place I decided to go back and try again later, more slowly
Gotta get a proper display shelf for those 1/60 VFs I have, but I think I will leave this one in battroid mode
>>6337501
>Any plans to get Xi?
I'm thinking about it. How is the normal Xi comparing to the marking plus version? I might pick up the normal version since it's dirt cheap.
>>6337624
Worse face and unpainted for the most part (or completely, I don't recall). And obviously you don't get the missile pod.
>>6337624
take a pic of it riding the dragon armor thing
>>6337747
I'm assuming you guys saw the decals that were added to the GM Cannons page, since it's in the OP and all. I wonder why they always show up a few weeks after pre-orders go up.
Welp.. the Real Type Zaku made it's debut on manda last night for 10,000 yen, sold almost immediately:
https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order/detailPage/item?itemCode=1065338585&ref=list
Remember the Osaka event hasn't happened yet, it will likely be cheaper and easier to find after that occurs.
>>6338124
Another interesting note about the GM Cannon decals: they included the markings for both the North American and North African campaign versions.
Not sure if that's a sign that we will or won't be getting recolors, but my guess is we won't.
>>6337479
Look at this list, especially web exclusives, RD has died down in some way. It is now all ANIME and Patlabor with Dunbine wrapping up.
Not too many web only lines like Dragonar and L Gaim. But they are focused on releases supplementing the two regular lines mentioned above.
So they must have thrown out all the one-off gundam characters out the window after the failure of IBO, Seed Destiny, Zeta and Freedom/Justice/Noir.
Of course, we all know that the ones that failed were easier to design whereas the ANIME and Patlabour line require more work.
Ok guys, you may resume sandboxing. It was a false alarm looks like... I hope. Someone using the method got their order refunded with a message saying "thanks for your order but as you can see from our site this figure is sold out" I also got word that the same figure (figuarts anakin) ran into stock issues or liscensing issues with the manufacturer so that most likely is what happened. Just do me a favor and stick to RD's if you can, and use it sparingly, only if you absutely have to.. I don't think the RD line is popular enough for there to be the same kind of stock issues.. and if theres a stock issue it may make them take notice that some of these orders theyre cancelling are coming in past deadline.
>>6338494
Good to know it's likely a once-off issue. Thanks for the heads up in any case.
>>6338494
Good to hear? Heh.
I really only plan to use this once on the Zaku Cannon.
>>6338466
IBO never stood a chance when the kits take a few hours to build are literally 1/5th the cost and have a cool inner frame gimmick and a shit ton of weapon and accessory packs that are $5 each.
>>6338618
Talkin bout playin with your rd's in a sandbox, duh.
There was a scare that the sand used in sandboxes may have had corrosive materials in it. Anon tested it and is letting everyone know its ok to take their figures back to the sanbox.
>>6338533
Seemed to work fine for me. Until further notice my Zaku Cannon order is in and paid for.
>>6337747
It's pretty damn cool.
>>6338632
What a shame. A RD Vidar would be fucking nice.
>>6338865

Acguy ANIME due in October.
So we only have Zaku I, Zock, Gelgoog, Gyan, Zeong left, and maybe Rick Dom.
Obviously, there will still be MSVs like GM Sniper Custom, GM Light Armor, High Mobility Zaku Aces, Gelgoog Aces/Cannon etc.
Probably more items teased at this Saturday's Tamashii Nations Osaka.
Will need 4 of these guys.
>>6339412
Ill be going to tamashii osaka this weekend, ill see if they allow photos
>>6339417
Yeah, I agree.
I like the idea oh having a whole aquatic squad. ! Goog, 3 Z'Goks(1 Char and two regulars) and 4 of these.
>>6339420
Oh shit, thats right, TN is this weekend.
And they're in Japan, so hopefully the lineup will be better than NY.
Sirbine to be reissued in October. Wow, it has been a year already.
>>6339468
I mean...it looks good, but I desire even more surface texture on my Zwauth. Give me that full-on spiky king crab texture.
I know they're going by anime appearance and all, but the Dunbine RDs are a little disappointing to me because of how textureless they are, and this is gonna sound weird, but the toe sculpts. Something about the way they do the toes and claws just looks so dull and boring to me. Look at the feet on the old HG Zwarth and compare them to the RD, I much prefer the HG's.
>>6339501
I have Dunbine RDs as well as the Megahouse statues and the SIC figures.
The RDs are more clean looking and less artistic. But overall, much like the ANIME line, they look very smooth and 2D like.
hey lads, found this steal in Jungle Umeda, its yours for the taking cos I have two already
>>6339468
Is that price what I think it is?
>>6339579
dont know why it just doesnt just say 19980 yen
Please tell me there are new info on the Huckebein!!!
>>6339616
nope
it vanished
>>6339681
Funny. Let's wait for the leak of the KaSignature page for this month. Then I'll start to lose my hopes...
>>6339417
It's great that they're doing the Acguy, but I'm strangely underwhelmed by it. Bring on the Zeong and Gelgoog already.
>>6339417
I like this, but I've grown to love the Thunderbolt version way more than the original.
>>6339417
Fuck yesssssss.
Also why do they keep revealing shit in magazines? It's not the 90's anymore.
>>6339804
Supposed to be budget RDs.
>>6339826
Well, I as m expecting TRI to be smaller scale and have less design consideration. They are most likely going to put all current temporary fads in this, thus keeping the main RD ANIME and Patlabor as a premium product.
So no more crappy things going to the bargain bin.
>>6339826
>aw cool new robots

HA. Just don't do Agguguy. No one wants that.
So I don't remember the MSM 03 and 04 in the Anime of mobile Suit, so the wiki on both say they were mass produced suits but in their introduction in the anime/manga were their several within the story plot or were they like kinda one off models that had just brief showcases for their asses to get handed to them.. because I do own multiples for some of the mass produced Zaku and RX cannons but didn't know if you would consider these models needing multiple representation like say the Z Gok which had several with Char Z Gok..
blue yabby is still a good pickup, having two zgoks aint bad, especially since it has sweet effect parts
>>6339945
Anyone bought multiple MP Zgoks riding motorcycles with their beam mohawks?
>>6339933
>HA. Just don't do Agguguy. No one wants that.
>don't do Agguguy. No one wants that.
...
Agguguy is the one I want the most.
Just look at how the noble spirit of his mech-father looks on as he wreaks sweetest revenge on Feddie Jims.
>>6339968
>Just look at how the noble spirit of his mech-father looks on...
HA! Okay, I take it back. Personally, I'd skip an Agguguy, but I'd gladly pick up a Zogok or Juaggu.
>>6339781
Fuck, no Huckies...
>>6339882
>>6339894
I completely agree that RD needs to start some sort of subline for modern things if they wish to escape their pricing death spiral, but I have no idea why they'd put out some light novel shit that's obviously going to bomb. Remember stuff like the Buddy Complex or Comet Lucifer variable action figures? Those didn't even end up coming out because of how the badly the shows performed.
You'd think that putting out stuff from actually popular modern shows with established fanbases would be a better idea. Like Eva, Geass, and Fafner. You know, all lines that they canned.
>>6339417
It's been a while since I've watched MSG, whats that thing on his head in the top left pic? Instrument panel?
>>6340058

>>6340116
They have major ongoing projects. I am assuming that the forth Eva film will actually come out sometime in the next few years.

This will depend on the sales of the Acguy.
I think they will drag it out this year with web exclusives of GMs, then the Acguy MSVs, then regular Gelgoog followed by the ace Gelgoogs.
>>6340164
Clamshell
>>6340141
That's hilarious. I'm surprised they took the time to make that a thing.
>>6340168
Fuck. That would be glorious.
If not that, I'd settle for Lupus or Lupus Rex at least.
>>6340197
>Lupus Rex for that tail.
>Full City for those scissors and extra arms.
>>6340174
>I'm surprised they took the time to make that a thing.
It was a thing with the MG Acguy too, surprisingly!
Not RD, but I'm really looking forward to my ZA Liger Zero coming in. He'll pair nicely with many a mobile suit. http://www.zoids-fan.net/zoikino/review/za_zero.html
>>6339774
I don't know what the hell these are but they are everything I want.
>>6339894
Who gives a shit about the source material? Cool robots are cool robots.
>>6339781
I hope the Zeta Plus is still coming out. Also a red/blue/yellow Ex-S but I doubt it.
>>6340452
Some of us don't have infinite money or infinite space, so just sticking to stuff with good stories or nostalgia bombs can be helpful.
>>6340168
If this was 00 we would have like seven Graze and Rodi figures by now. Life isn't fair.
>>6339774
I am getting a bit of Broken Blade, some Code Geass, and a dash of NG Knight Ramune vibe to these.
>>6340590
I'm getting a "generic mecha" vibe from them. I think these are some of the most insipidly uninspired main robot designs in recent years. They are exactly what I'd image a Light Novel illustrator would come up with if they were told nothing other than "design some robots".
>>6340679
>I'm getting a "generic mecha" vibe from them.
But that's the best part.
>>They are exactly what I'd image a Light Novel illustrator would come up with if they were told nothing other than "design some robots".
You're thinking of the Buddy Complex robots.

>>6340706
Freakin adorable.
I haven't watched mecha shows in years.
I want to get back into it.
What is the best gundam series?
(I am too intimidated to go to /m/)
>>6340753
First Gundam is great.
Aldnoah Zero defies conventions.
IBO s1 is poor but s2 redeems it by defying conventions.
Gundam Build Fighters is a good crossover anime. Build fighter TRY is poor because it follows shounen plot devices.
That is my two cents.
>>6340787
Alright, thanks!
Dang, so many awesome looking releases coming up!
>>6337624
>>6337742 covered the main differences nicely. The normal Xi is indeed mostly unpainted (but it does have the matte coat overall) and that's probably what's going to stand out most when it's next to your Penelope. But if you just need a good stand-in and you aren't a huge Xi fan, I think a cheap normal XI will do a great job. Especially if you apply all the waterslide decals it comes with.
The Marking Plus Ver. is quite the looker, though!
>>6339420
Looking forward to your report, anon!
>>6339577
Wow, that is a fantastic deal.
And this was a pleasant surprise, had completely forgotten about this shipment, haha. Lovely box art.
>>6340174
Dang, that is such a sweet set of effect parts. Can the missiles plug into anything else, like a Zaku's bazooka? I see the pegs are angled to conform to the Z'Gok's head, so I suspect they can't, but would be cool if they did.
Same question for the beam effects!
>>6340438
Very cool. Reminds me of an old Liger toy I've got somewhere that came with three sets of diecast armor you could swap around.
>>6340753
Have you not watched any Gundam? If so, the OVAs Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket, 08th Team, and 0083 Stardust Memory are definitely worth checking out. 0080 in particular has a very satisfying overall arc in a relatively short package with just 6 episodes.
>>6340703
I have a feeling it won't come with an extending/extended arm.
>>6340955
Will it even have a leg pistol holster?
that Acguy is weird.
The right claw is meant to be a mega particle cannon as even the magazine states, but it fires a missile with the effect part.
>>6340955
The text description mentioned extendable hand but no mention of the holster.
>>6340931
>old Liger toy... three sets of diecast armor
Yup, I know that one, in fact there was a large-size and mini-size version, or maybe it was only the smaller that could actually be swapped.
Truth is, it'll only be my 2nd mech-related figure after the AK DOM, since RD O Gundam FA will be releasing later. Man they sure made a good choice of protagonist mech for Zoids.
--
Looking at those VF-1J there reminds me I'm still waiting to see what becomes of the VF-1EX variants from Delta, as I rather like the reduced amounts of blue and red. Although I'm sure I'll be all over the J once I actually see the series they're from.
>>6340971
I don't think it's supposed to have one. Same for the gun.
>tfw Bandai probably mixed up Zero with Peacemaker

Fantastic, now make sure to take a pic of it using the Gundam Hammer or a chain while riding a bike.

>>6341301
>What I don't get is why/how they still reissue old figures like the Turn A Gundam and GM Sniper for $20. They never markup from the original price.
>Then they come out with new Patlabor figures that are 70-80 bucks.
What don't you get? The old prices are locked in under old rates that were negotiated back then. Since Bandai is a bigger company with more clout they had more iron clad contracts that prevented future price increases. Smaller companies like Medicos basically have zero protections and that's why their re-releases rose up in prices like crazy. Meanwhile Max Factory had some protections in place and were able to keep the re-releases at a lower price point that was only slightly higher than the original.
>>6341300
It's a Ka Signature Robot Damashii.
>>6341320
Thanks. But I'm starting to get worried. No news since the end of March. Damn...
>>6339412
>Acguy ANIME due in October.
Regular release?
>>6341311
>What don't you get? The old prices are locked in under old rates that were negotiated back then.
Honestly I never thought of it in terms of factory contracts. Just prices in general going up. But it sounds like reissues must me a major pain in the ass for factories, then, since they lose money on them. I guess they accept those contracts to keep getting future work.

>>6341405
Jesus christ right after the High Resolution Model?
How about doing an action figure of literally any other Endless Waltz robot, Bandai.

No lie, some of them, mostly the ones on the far right.. are in weird poses because a bird got into my house and jumped all over them.. knocking a bunch over before resting on that tri-stand with the rx-78 on it right before it flew out the window. >>6341734
More like somebody loves retools. They should just change the name to Super Mazinger Chogokin and be done with it. I can't wait for the Eva 01 colors Mazinger or Gundam color one. That line is even worse off than Monster Arts.
>>6342180
Uh, none of the Mazingers that aren't variants are retools of each other.
>>6341541
Yeaaaaa me too! Been a few things now that popped up that weren't on that display.. give me that figure!
>>6342195
This one is specifically adding new parts to regular Mazinkaizer, correct? I know the Hello Kitty one added new parts to an existing mold. Stuff like the Jeeg one are redecos though. At least, that's my understanding of the terms.
I'm mainly complaining about the brand reduction to just Mazinger though. I remember at inception the line was intended to spotlight relatively newer Super Robots. Didn't last that long with that direction. I guess nobody could figure out what to do with the line.
>>6342276
Great Mazinkaiser is a completely different robot with a different design. If anything it might use similar engineering to Mazin Emperor G, but that still wouldn't make it a retool.
>>6342303
Looks to be reusing the shoulders, legs, and chest from regular SRC Mazinkaiser. The arms, thighs, chest plate, crotch, head, and scrander are new.
Don't know what it looks like in the manga so I can't say if that's accurate to it.
>>6342372
Better SRC Great Mazinkaiser pic for comparison. On second look the shoulders might be a little different.
>>6342377
Oh wow I take that back, those cheap fuckers.
>>6342377
Shins, feet, chest, hands, and biceps are reused. Rest seems new or at least retooled.
>>6342081
Yeah.
>>6342425
I ike the white one more, but overall they look a bit dopey looking which fits the kiddy and lighthearted setting. It resembles more of those primary school kid oriented robot shows from the early to mid 90s like Wataru and Ryuu Knight.

I would rather wait for some Galient RDs, that would be the holy grail.

because disney

>>6342732
I've read it's a model kit. How do you know its a chogokin ?
>>6342741
There was a big Chogokin logo on the reveal. Too lazy to track it down but trust me, it's confirmed. To be fair, they never actually said it would be model kits--we just assumed it would because this is technically a continuation of the Mega Armor model kit line.
And honestly, I called this shit from day one. Bandai just can't do anything nice and simple anymore outside of like, their candy toy division. Everything has to be overblown and super expensive and overly fancy even when it doesn't fit the concept. Mega Armor was a cheap, fun line of kits that let you assemble an army of different characters. The concept here has almost nothing in common with it anymore aside from maybe swappable armor. It's an expensive, high-end line of preassembled figures that will release at a slow rate and be difficult to assemble an army of unless you're very rich.
Yeah, I'm salty. Bandai is fucking up everything lately. I won't ever forgive them for bringing Ganso back as P-Bandai only.
>>6342755
After Chinese labor rose in cost, their toys division just can't produce cheap and good stuff anymore, especially when the Candy Toys/Gashaphon/Hobby departments are doing that more effectively. It's just inevitable that they are all banking on premium products now
http://p-bandai.jp/item/item-1000114846/
>>6343052
Fuck, I hope they're saving the Huckie for some later revealing
>>6342760

>>6343998
Wow, only 1pcs per person for any item for US distribution.
I think they don't want retailers to resell them, unlike those in Japan.
>>6344180
That's because it's just their Asia branch exporting a small number of pieces out to the US. It's not actually a North American P-Bandai as some might lead you to believe.
>>6343903
Grungust basically would need to be a Soul of Chogokin to be done any justice. The transformation is simply too implausible to work on a smaller scale. I don't think theres any real chance of that ever happening though, especially with how they consistently manage to miss the windows they have for sales when it comes to SRW shit. The Huckebein figure should have come out when SRW V did, if they had any idea what they were doing.

>>6344207
For me the ideal situation would be for the supers to belong to the SRC line, and the reals to the RS line. What a dream...

Bandai, if you wankers fucking make this an exclusive...

bigger pic
Wrong label
Dunno what these are. Could be from one of those made-for-tv ewok movies. Man, that fast little furball was a hoot.
Bigger pic of frogger.
Let's wait for other reveals during the next days
>>6344580
No. No waiting. I'm using my time machine. So long, sucker.
oh fuck, reveals already, im hyped. cant wait to visit tomorrow
>>6344570
Fucking ID-0 RDs, holy fuck am I dreaming? This is the best news!
>>6344353
Because the young generation only like SEED, whose MBs coincidentally also have the most effort put into them.
>>6344565
>Wrong label
What?
>>6344548
Whoa, what the hell is this? I'm in love!
>>6344630
Sniper Jim
>>6344632
It looks like there's something next to it in the photo, I was going to say prototype dom but that thing in the photo looks all gray.
Perhaps the gelgoog?
>>6344630
>>6344638
That's the dom prototype, trick of the light plus the gelgoog doesn't have external verniers on the leg, they are under the leg skirts.
>>6344634
Eh?! I see nothing all grey in that pic.
>>6344638
Ah. Maybe. Foot looks Gelgoogish, but ... other stuff seems off...
>>6344652
This is no Gelgoog, boy. No Gelgoog.
>>6344570
I know I've said I wanted figures of the ID-0 characters, but now I'm not so sure. They're all really skinny and flimsy looking and I'm getting Masurao flashbacks.
>>6344565
>Slightly different colours
>Deployed patlamps
Eh, who am I kidding. I'm so gay for Patlabor I'll buy this even if it's a HK lottery exclusive.
>>6344704
Get on my level: I was hoping for it.
>>6344716
I actually prefer the TV colours, but the Patlabor RDs have been so good and the series has comparatively little merchandise so I'm happy to keep supporting the line.
>>6344652
What MS has a blue bazooka and a grey unlit beam saber going through it's backpack? I'm guessing another Dom variant.
>>6344720
I think the line is selling well, so we could expect a Griffon soon. I would definitely buy that.
>>6344768
I hope they'll make at least all the mechs released in the Revoltech line to replace mine.
>>6344548
Of course it's going to be an exclusive. Just pray Bandai Asia doesn't fuck us and puts it up on their American P-Bandai shop
>>6344778
I'm happy I did not buy any, and very satisfied with my RS Ingram 1
>>6344802
The RDs are definitely better but the Revos still have the better line up for now.
>>6344814
Yes. For now yes.
If Bandai releases 2 or 3 figures in their SRC and RS line (Big O, Ideon, OG stuff) I will probably be satisfied for good
>>6344847
>but they better change that shields colors at least...
Nope. GM Sniper custom has no dedicated shield, so if it has one, it borrowed it from Feddie surplus. That shit is bright red yo.
>>6344897
Doesn't it use a modified small shield, the ground gundam type.
>>6344935
Naw. That kind of shield hadn't even been drawn yet when Okawara came up with the original MSV.
>>6344570
This is a much more promising start to the TRI line than those stupid Isekai robots. These are actually from a pretty good show and have unique designs. I'm feeling much more positive about TRI now. They seem to be the same size as regular RDs, right? I wonder if the strategy on these is going to be lower profit margins to try to bring new people into the brand.
>>6344768
I think they'll hold out on Griffon as long as possible. They usually try to space out the release of popular robots in between several less popular ones. I'd expect a few things like Phantom to come out first.
>>6344572
TOMAHAWK GOD YES
>>6344572
I guess the 'canon' color is lavender? I liked the matching tan one Yamato did.
>>6344897
I thought the sniper custom had that small ar.shield thing? I forgot the proper terminology..
>>6345090
This one...?
FUCKING FINALLY! CODE GEASS RDS ARE BACK!
AND THEY'RE GIVING ME THE LANCELOT THAT THEY SKIPPED!
so I found this just a few minutes ago not sure if anyone's interested
The Codal usually costs a fuckton due to latetax
>>6344652
I would be funny to see Zeta TV coloring of these MSVs. Some were even used by Zeon POWs like the Zaku Cannon pilots ended up on GM Cannons on Jaburo.
>>6344570
Where are their eyes?
Seriously though guys, you have no idea how happy I am to see the return of Geass RDs
You guys know how every event I say I hope to see them there. So seeing them return makes me so happy.
If we can get the Lancelot Conquista, Vincent Ward, Gareth, and Lancelot Frontier, I would be so happy. Burai, Sutherland and Gloucester would be cool too, but they're not as necessary since we at least have the In Action! Offshoots.
And would love it if somehow, they decided to finish off the Akito ones. At least reuse the fantstic Alexander mold and give us the Valiants, RedOgre and Liberte(And Florence) and make the Ahuramazda and Vercingeterix.
I can barely contain my excitement that RDs are briging back Code Geass stuff. I really hope they sell well. Theres plenty to do, from the main series, the side stories like Akito and Oz, and of course, the upcoming sequel.
Metal composite WIng Zero.
>>6344548
I think I've seen a Sniper with a Shield somewhere before, it could have been in a card game or video game not due to player customisation.
Even GM Cannon carrying a shield was a new thing introduced in video games.
>>6344548
Exclusive for sure.
Full Armor Gundam didn't sell well as a regular since not enough people were attached to the character.
Niche market = lower numbers and higher price.
They now have more reason to do so as the TRI covers random mecha stuff with minimalistic engineering and accessories.
>>6344563
What is on its right hip?
I would like to buy one instead of a squad and hoping that they will do the Interceptor and Guard Custom from MSV-R.
MSV initially established the sniper as a one-off custom for Francis Backmeyer, but then others copied his loadout as well.
>>6345249
is that 1/144 or 1/100?
>>6345279
Metal composite are MG sized, so 1/100.
>>6345249
Some of the detailing looks more like a Metal Build. So many Tamashii products have similar build qualities I don't know why they still maintain so many sublines. Just call it a Metal Build or a Metal Robot Damashii Ka Signature like the Ex-S.
>>6345258
Did it? I've seen many things from the ANIME line linger on in sites, but I have no idea how well it's selling in Japan.
Any word of when the sirbine reissue is coming out?
>>6345318
It'll probably go up for preorder next week
>>6345263
I'm guessing thats the folding bean pistol.
(Noticed the typo but decided to leave it in anyway because its funny)
>>6345107
The red one does. This one was always cheap.
>>6344565
Wait, are those...grey joint covers? At last??? Fuuuuck, I want this. Knowing my luck it'll be an exclusive though.
>>6345354
>It's not nearly stylized enough to qualify for the MB line
but by that metric it's way too stylized to be in the GFF line
>>6345399
>>6345354
>>6345300
Reminder it was initially teased to be a mix of the two.
>>6345385
isn't it either sold out on pretty much everywhere?
Are those cutaway versions in the background showing off some kind of semi-frame construction? I hope someone gets a better pic of those, they're neat.
>>6344704
>>Deployed patlamps
What's the difference? The sirens look the same to me.
Hooboy
>>6345839
>>6345839
"Ah-ah-ah-ah Stayin' alive, Stayin' alive!"
>>6345839
>>6345852
You blind or something? It's in the 2nd post you quoted.
>>6345840
>>6345841
Well that's a bit misleading...
Was hoping for 2 arm extensions, and then to see a promo pic showing 2 clawed-hands when the accessories pic only shows one is a bit disappointing.
Not too sure about it right now. It looks good, but the extended-arm looks unarticulated, which is a shame considering the MSiA had 2 articulated extensions included. The cockpit elevator and characters cutouts are nice, but feel a little too gimmicky to me. At the very least you can get some more muzzle flashes out of this, but I'm not sure if they have angled pegs, or if the Acguy's head has angled holes...
>>6345862
But the other post shows two claws.
>>6345890
I really want to see how those built-in extending black elbow joints work, since they aren't swappable parts.
>>6345942
Yeah I'm not sure what's goin on there. The accessories pic shows one claw but the disco pose pic shows 2.. one with 3 claws and one with 6.. it's confusing.
good news my friends, this is regular release
behind shot of pbandai aqua zaku
>>6345999
The card says "display only," with no release date or price on it. Thus it could still very well (and most likely will) be an exclusive. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't assume it's a regular release when the card says "display only."
>>6346074
>>6345790
Not the sirens, on the top of the torso. There's two additional lamps that deploy from inside the square flaps either side of the head.
Now we know why Bandai didn't include them as option parts with the TV release.
>>6345399
It's Katoki design with Metal joints.
I like it way more than the Hi resoulution.
>>6346074
I suppose we will just have to wait and see
>>6345090
>>6345094
Like >>6344965 said, that Ground Type Gundam shield wasn't even a thing yet when the GM Sniper Custom was designed for MSV. Considering that this is an ANIME release based on the original Okawara lineart, I don't think they would include an accessory that was a later addition to the design.
EXPLODING KNEES
beautiful
>>6346276
Oh god I want one so badly. Please someone in Japan sell one to Mandarake already.
>>6346137
>>6346227
Yeah, I was talking specifically about the GM Sniper Custom's info card. Both the Zaku Mariner and GM Cannon cards you posted have release dates, prices, and Tamashii web-shop logos on them, indicating they're exclusive.
GM Sniper Custom's card has none of that info (yet), meaning it's all up in the air.
In fact, most of the time "display only" on an info card has meant it isn't even getting produced. Not that I think they'll do that with this figure, but you can ask anyone here what figures they've shown at past events that they never released.
>>6346212
Huh, the little silver inlays really look like what they did to the new MK-V and Ex-S. I wish the whole thing was matte like the wings. I'm kind of over the whole two-tone red and blue thing, too.
All "display only " means is that it doesn't have a set release date yet. It could still be canceled but that has nothing to do with the sign.
wwwWhennnnnnnnnnnnnnn??
these finally these arrived
>>6346526
Those look like some big toys
>>6341836
Sneaky Dougram.
>>6346526
Big in price for just acessories.
The exhibits are very few this year, maybe more will open up tomorrow.
>>6341836
How's the do dai ys? It's the only ANIME figure I don't have.
>>6346702
Fucking excellent, a must buy. Details are impeccable and there's hardly any nubs at all, the one's that are there are well hidden. It could use some panel lining but that's about it. It makes the Gouf or other MS's look even more. Badass when they're riding on it, and the extra gouf parts + rocket effects are the icing on the cake. I really want Bandai to make some more vehicles now. It wouldn't be to scale of course but I'd strangle a man for an ANIME White Base as long as it's dodai quality
>>6346693
Is there any no photo displays this year?
>>6344616
>Because the young generation only like SEED, whose MBs coincidentally also have the most effort put into them.
desu the F91 movie was pretty shit
>>6345249
Wing suits are 16m in story, is it going to be tiny like the F91 MB?
>>6344616
>SEED, whose MBs coincidentally also have the most effort put into them.
I feel like it's all been downhill since Exia to be honest
>>6347250
Exia has more weapons, Seeds got backpacks the size of toasters, depends on what you prefer really
engineering wise Exia being older design it's not as good as Seed
value wise Bandai's jew level's is ever going up so Seed suits are getting stupidly expensive DLCs
>>6347269
Yeah but I just mean in terms of appearance. It has a nice matte finish, is completely painted, looks like the original design and doesn't have any weird PAK "stylized" angles all over it...
>>6344353
>I heard it kind of shelf warmed in Asia
I do not know who told you that, I just know that It went completely sold-out on Mandrake. And before the sold-out the price ranged to 23,000 to 27,000 yen.
>I feel like it's all been downhill since Exia to be honest.
And this is a bullshit.
>>6347447
27000 yen is 245 dollars, seeing a new one on amazon is only 225 like the other post said I'd say Mandy's not a good source of what prices should be.
>>6344548
>>6344563
>>6345999
Oh god I need this so fucking bad
>>6347493
Compared to other MB, with the F91 the prices are extremely variable. I paid mine 170 euro, but other European stores have made 180 or 240. There is generally a recommended price, however shopkeepers do what they want.
>>6347496
I know, right? Goddamn.
Feels good having two explosion effects without needing a second char
>>6347493
are you comparing US release to Japan release? because it doesn't work that way. the demand in japan for the F91 is still high. The demand for the F91 is lower in the USA because it's older , only has 1 movie , etc.
Preorder in japan for the f91 was around 19000 yen, the market there is now around 25000 yen. that's not shelf warming. when the price goes back to preorder pricing and below that's shelf warming.
New thread!
