For those unfamiliar, "Plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model." If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.

New kit announcements in the last thread.
shiozuka hype
>>6324255
Jim's time is now.
>>6324284
I for one welcome our new Jim overlords.
U boys come here often?
>>6324284
Year of the Jim, anon. I was worried that I jumped the gun when I first made that claim, but Bandai just keeps on delivering.
Also I just realized with "GM's Counterattack," the GM is the first non-Gundam MS to get an anime named after it. There's no "A New Zaku", "The Dom Strikes Back", or "Return of the Gelgoog".
>>6324314
Zzzzzzzzz
As someone who thinks the Unicorn is meh in Unicorn mode and fucking ugly in Destroy mode, I'm horrified at the two new kits and inevitable glut of repaints and retools to come. Let this ugly motherfucker die already, shit.
>>6324284
Whats the head in the back?
>>6324364
same one as the one in the left in the bottom front of the pic, but in green instead of blue.
Looks clanche-ish but not exact.
>>6322415
Is this going to be a marked improvement over the last Blue Destiny kit based on the god-tier R-78-G frame, or am I justified in not giving two shits about it?
>>6324374
Just look at it. It's pretty clearly built on the Ground frame. Not to mention now is the prime time for Bandai to milk those molds.
>>6324374
Based on the HGUC GM Ground type from a couple of months ago.
>>6324388
So that's a "no," then.
>>6324388
Except it's clearly not. You can see the shoulders use Revive style construction
>>6324374
what the hell is an R-78-G?
>>6324374
its gonna use the GM Ground type mold which is a larger improvement over the ground type gundam mold. It's definitely worth your attention if you like it. Also likely we will see a revive of the ground type gundam later.
>>6324477
Think hes referring to the Ground type gundam.
>>6324388
Wanna borrow my glasses? That's the GM Ground type remold.
>>6324413
Pretty sure by ground frame he meant the GM, not the older gundam kit.
Unfinished and presented without comment.
>Purple efreet RE/100 is p-bandai
>Purple efreet HG is normal release
Huh.
I wonder how well these will display next to my RG Zaku 2... considering the Origin Zakus are based off the RG Zaku. Those new panel line details... I might as well get 2 of these to go along with my lone RG Zaku 2 if they end up cheaper than the RGs.
I think they should have just used the sword impulse photo stance for this. It's hard to see.
Anyway this will be available in the u.s. ignore the p bandai part, that doesn't matter. Yay barbatos 6th form you did it.
Working on advance gn-x and some thing else....
There were other things behind closed doors that they made us sign this silly waiver to not disclose. No its not a g self or marute or whatever that crap I saw a few days ago floating around [literally pulled out of ass tier for marute]. One of these is going to be announced in about a month and will be bandai's highest achievement in model kit form. Of course its not gunpla. But you'll be like oh that's where everything has been going.
>>6324714
An actual functioning mobile suit.
>>6324714
>One of these is going to be announced in about a month and will be bandai's highest achievement in model kit form.
1/144 Death Star let's go!
>>6324714
>One of these is going to be announced in about a month and will be bandai's highest achievement in model kit form
obviously it will be idol shit in plamo form
>>6324714
>bandai's highest achievement in model kit form
I JUST
>Of course its not gunpla
Oh. Whatever.
I bet we'll all go "Of course!" when it is actually announced I guess.
>>6324714
some insanely intricate starwars shit i bet
death star might be it
>>6324714
So i can get this from amazon then?
perhaps I overindulged
>>6324714
>Of course its not gunpla. But you'll be like oh that's where everything has been going.
Let me guess, Star destroyer? Really big star destroyer?
Dunno if this falls under here or the other group but I'm more familiar with here. Got a batwing as a present so I'm diving into it and adding some detail where I can.
>>6324839
Also the cockpit was kinda crap, so I'm nixing the steering wheel and adding a joystick and adding a few details to just kinda clutter it up a bit more. I'm adding a throttle control tonight and I'll have to mod the left hand to have it line up with it.
>>6324815
And that is exactly why I think it is more likely to be that huge ass AT-AT. Their highest achievement? Has to be something capable of articulation and heavy duty details. And being motorized will also be something that could be achievement worthy.
>>6324714
>Anyway this will be available in the u.s. ignore the p bandai part, that doesn't matter. Yay barbatos 6th form you did it.
>Working on advance gn-x and some thing else....
Derringer you hero. You did it.
Do MG dry transfer sheets come with additional unused decals? I can't find some of them in the manual
>>6324541
Underrated.
Tuinking of buying HG IBO kits, they any good?
>>6325042
They're all pretty solid, I doubt you'd be disappointed.
Whats the difficulty difference on the different gunpla grades? could a new person just jump in to a master grade?
>>6325224
Parts count. I'd only call RG more difficult than HG/MG because there's a lot of smaller pieces. The reason we don't typically recommend RG or MG for new people is the cost, but honestly, it's not going to kill you.
>>6325224
read the guide
it's answered on the FAQ
>>6325224
Its not a difficulty thing, its a "If you're new you're probably gonna fuck up, and its better to fuck up a 10 dollar HG than a 30-50 dollar MG" Thing
>>6325021
Thanks bruh. Still working on the nubs on the weapons.
>>6325265
That makes sense.Another question, how hard is it to mix and match parts from other gunpla sets?
>>6325333
Shiiiiit man. I've been building for years and hardly anything outside of the ibo and build fighters shit is plug n play, and even then. Build shit first and get a feel for it. Secondly get an airbrush, some rod stock and a pinvise cause you'll need it.
>>6324388
Oops, I should have spoken in complete fucking sentences. I meant the GM Ground. I realize now that's....really confusing and sounds like I'm talking about the RX-78-G.
>>6325344
Alright thanks. i'll probably start with some high grade zakus. ill probably be in these generals pretty often.
So, I've just picked up an airbrush and a spray booth and am ready to start irreparably fucking up.
Local supply near me, if I don't want to order online, are Vallejo model color, which are acrylic, and Testors enamel (I don't even think they're model masters).
I picked up some Vallejo complete with primer to start making a mess. Figure for learning at least I won't have to wear my mask. I've heard acrylic is pretty shitty to run through an airbrush, but if I want to do lacquer it looks like I'll need to be ordering online.
Is this stuff passable, or should I try picking up some Testors enamel? There's a larger selection of color in that line too, but it seems kind of suspect. I've read pretty mixed stuff about it on Gunpla online.
Sometimes on heavily customized kits I see these tiny little metal "dots" or studs that look really shiny and metallic. Can anyone tell me how people do this?
>>6325366
They're these little solder cup things. Should be in the guide in the thruster section, cut them with diagonal pliers, not your sprue cutters.
>>6325365
Vallejo runs fine through an airbrush. Be sure to look up proper cleaning guides for your specific airbrush, keeping it clean is essential.
>>6325378
Hmm, no, that's not what I'm talking about. Those are way tinier. Like little teeny tiny metal spheres embedded in the kit.
>>6325386
Thanks!
I've read that the pigmentation varies in their colors, but I got Model Color and not Model Air so I'll be thinning it myself.
>>6325388
Simulated rivets with metallic paint, or steel microbeads.
>>6325366
Probably really tiny ball bearings. Drill area with a pin vice and drop superglue and bead in.
Done painted my GM sniper a little. Gonna try to do the arms legs and weapons this weekend.
>>6325432
Fucked up by using matte paint, but i like it so far. I'll just not get to panel line it
>>6325433
Finished the soon-to-be deposed grenade king, definitely a challenging kit to work with to say the least.
>>6325462
Can I get some help for one of my class assignments? I'm making a site on Gunpla building and need pictures of the following:
- Runners
- Manual with clear view of a part letter and number
- Piece from the manual on the runner
- Piece removed
- Piece put together to another piece
I'd do it myself but I have no unbuilt kits at the moment.

Guy painting the GM green/brown here.
I'm considering doing the sniper rifle without the scope for reasons. Would I just need to putty the open part where the scope goes on order to seal it off and paint over that after appropriately sanding and etc.?
Also, I'm torn between painting it dark green to match my GM, painting it some sort of spray camo pattern, or painting it brown including the top gray piece to give it a sort of SKS vibe.
>>6325589
Same as here.
>>6325594
Request sent.
So gonna buy an MG GM sniper II and another MG GM but which one? GM Ground type and give it's sniper to the Sniper II or buy GM sniper and have it pose together with the GM Sniper II?

This is amazing news, now I don't have to pay 100 bucks for what is essentially a 00 raiser with one new weapon.
So where can I buy it?
Best places for gunpla/plamo shopping in akiba?
>>6325761
If you're a gaijin then yodobashi & sofmap are the easest places because they usually have everything including supplies and you can show your passport for an 8% discount. Using a credit card can give you another 5% for a total of 13%. Just make sure the total is over 5000jpy.
Hello, paint shitter here. Do people normally stock up on primary colors to mix and get colors like brown? My country only has tamiya and they don't have the brown color I need.
>>6325796
I'd probably just add something to the brown the store has, rather than making my own, since it'd use less paint.
>>6325761
There's a big Yodobashi store there. They wont have anything special though, but they have a large selection of the normal stuff that's instock everywhere.
There's G-Shop right outside of the station. They some of the stores have some rarer items. And there's also a store called Parts Paradise owned by Yellow Submarine, it pretty cool sometimes they have weapons or interesting parts. But its mostly for 1/144 scale.
>>6325761
tamtam can also be good, they have specials sometimes. Amiami's physical store has a lot of 2nd hand kits (not assembled). Otherwise Mandarake is pretty much a given. Volks is worth going to as well.
Feels like forever since I built a kit.
The gloss, semi-gloss and 2 gold on the RG gold frame mina really makes it shine. Shame about one of the nub placements on the feet that was terrible and hard to reach with a knife.
>>6325804
I'll keep that in mind.
Thankfully I was able to find mr color brand here just now.
>>6325626
Here you go. Added a bit more. Quick and dirty mods as it's going to be a hanging model, but I'm happy with it.
Crap i ran out of room. And i still have the ozma lee custom and michael set to display somewhere.
>>6325828
one shop more specifically to optimize that discount, but it depends entirely on what stores are stocking and if their prices aren't shit, saving 8% isn't worth fretting if another store has a sale greater than that.
>Hobbywave order just arrived
>Airbrush stuff just arrived
>got paints
Time to give a horrible paintjob to some spare runners as I try to learn this thing
>>6325926
Decided to go ahead prime, fill, paint and decal this as I'm going out for the next week. Like I said, quick and dirty and still needs a bit of cleanup but I'm happy with it.

If I'm gonna spray my inner frame with a Gunmetal color, is there really any sense in priming it? I get why you prime for plates that you put a light color (or any color, really) on, but for the inner frame and join parts it seems like a metallic gray on top of the already pretty gray plastic would save a step
>>6326307
primer gives paint something to adhere to otherwise it's going to come off easily

wait, father-in-law? Yet they both are Tamiya? is there some cultural reasoning or was he just weird?
>>6326714
It might be just a coincident, or the son-in-law decides to take his wife's family name, it happens sometimes in East Asian societies. Just a possibility, I don't know if that's the case for Tamiya.
>>6326763
>or the son-in-law decides to take his wife's family name,
>East Asian societies
Here's how it goes:
It happens when the son-in-law marries "up" in society. Meaning when the family he marries into has more influence/power/money than he has.

Jesus, Bandai are super fucking hungry for a cut of that FAG money. Maybe if they stopped making awful kits like these and started making MS Girl kits, they'd give kotobukiya some competition.
>>6327196

And the stickers.
They can one up every plastic model kit maker if they try.
>>6327182

>>6327196
The chinagguy actually looks fine. And as the other anon said they just can't do faces. Any generic ms girl would have fucked up faces as well.
Done with my Bandai TIE Interceptor. As a quick review, it was a very easy build, like, I can't honestly think of something I've built that went together easier. But that's not a bad thing, it hides the nub marks well and looks great with just panel lining.
>>6327490
none of the round stickers around the cockpit window? gonna paint it later? some czech company does some nice precut masks for the bandai star wars stuff
>>6327490
Looks good, did you top coat the TIE?
I've got the T-65 X-Wing and Falcon sitting in my backlog waiting to be built. I may do the X-Wing after I finish my current project. The Falcon seems pretty daunting, not in the actual build, but the fact it has 113 decals. At least they were cool enough to give you the choice of water slides or stickers but it's still intimidating none the less.
>>6327519
Debating if I'm going to want to do that to my X-Wing and Falcon. I've decided I'm taking the water slide route and I'm probably going to need to topcoat to protect everything.
>>6327522
Honestly, whenever I get the 1/48 X-Wing I'll probably use waterslides, but there just wasn't that much to the Interceptor.
>>6327206
oh god you're right
SD doesn't have them, but maybe I can get a custom somewhere.

I finally got around trying out weathering. I've turned this Jesta into my sort of test kit for stuff. After I botched the battle damage, I decided I wouldn't try that again until I had some more experience.
I've actually ordered another Jesta MG to either just snap build and decal or maybe paint up to atone.
Anyone got tips for weathering? I'm using the tamiya master weathering kit with the silver, rust, and soot. I couldn't get the soot to show up, I guess because the Jesta is so dark.

>lung cancer in 2017
So I'm in this weird Reconguista appreciation mode right now, building some leftover kits, doing some reading, probably rewatch the anime, probably hate myself afterwards...
What happened? So many interesting MS got ignored and as far as I can tell the anime was intended to be 26 episodes so it wasn't like cancelled and some kits never got the chance to be made.
I don't want every single one of course, but a couple of them seemed important enough for an HG kit. Simple result of too many in short amount of time? Sales was bad they didn't bother making more?
I also learned reading some wiki they just announced some new project related to Reconguista.
Any chance we could see some new HG kits?
Are they even wanted?
>>6328291
>tfw love wing suits but hate ew and wzc
Some of the MGs i've built have these semi generic hands with articulated fingers, see the image.
Is there an option kit or something i can buy which is just those hands? They're great, i want some to replace the hands of my titus.
If not those exact hands something else similar?
>>6328481
Bandai had low expectations for the series, and thus didn't expect that many Gunpla to sell. That's apparently the reason why some early-appearing MS didn't get kits until later on in the show's lifetime.
The new project is a movie, with sequel movies hinging on the success of the first one. If it does well enough Bandai might make more kits.
>>6328481
Look at that TV headed Jim!! Amazing!
>>6328489
Ahh, that sounds reasonable. It's pretty funny even Bandai was like that beforehand. If the movie is retelling the story like Turn A they could fill in the gap with HG kits, but noway a movie like that could do well. Other way around would mean brand new MS getting kits. Either way not so good personally.
>>6328489
Would be nice if the kits were a bit better. The designs can be nice but the kits are pretty shit.
>>6328095
fix the fingers dude. put the hand over a table edge and push the fingers down so they loosen slightly.
that way you can get more movement out of them without them popping out of the knuckle sockets
>>6328394

>>6328515
Ooh those look great. 3 joints in each finger is fantastic. Shame the fingers don't have ball joints like the one i posted but that looks great. Any others? Definitely buying those but more is always good.
>>6328235
I've bought a ton of p-bandai stuff from them. It's slow but otherwise really good. I do live in Australia so i don't know if that's causing the delay, but the service is good and so are the prices.
>>6328481
I honestly didn't care for the story at all but hot damn, I do want even more HG kits of G-reco. That ground-type Space Jahannam and bottom left are my most wanted out of unmade G-Reco HG kits.
>>6328533
the thumb has a balljoint and the other fingers have double joint in the knuckle area, so they can swivel from side to side in addition to the obvious up-down
>>6328481
But they're all so ugly
I can see why kits weren't made
>>6328596
No, they're pretty.

Did I fuck up or is Vual just prone to falling apart all the time? Whenever I move its arms they just pop off, especially the right one.
Also the hammer is too heavy to hold up, and the stand on its arm is absolutely useless.
Also his headpiece is wobbly. I'm so mad.
>>6328765
RG. Much better overall quality, and IMO better proportions and engineering.
MG-wise, Setsuna's suits are a mish-mash:
- MG Exia pushed the limits of articulation for its time, but that came at the cost of compromising its poise; the poor thing has a tough time balancing properly unless you glue its ankle joints in place. Also whoever came up with the attachment for the GN Sword should be shot, even the fucking HG attached better.
- MG 00Q came out before MG 00R, and was basically its prototype. It's a step up from the MG Exia, but really suffers from its shield. Other than the classic Nu Gundam problem of it screwing up the weight distribution, a lot of people have reported the arms connecting the shield to the sword bits snapping. I've also had personal issues trying to get the sword to attach to the arm properly in gun mode, but that could just be me.
-MG 00 (either Raiser or Seven Swords) is by far the best of the lot, and is a legitimately amazing kit. I would heavily recommend it, its only flaw is that its decals are horribly boring. Try to pick up the Designer Color waterslides, they really help.
- A general problem all of the MG 00 kits share is that they lean really hard on the LED gimmick. Which would be cool if Bandai's LEDs weren't complete trash.
>>6328876
I'd also like to emphasize how much better articulated the RGs are. MG Exia only wishes it could pull this pose off.
>>6328311
MG AGE-1 Titus and Spallow were so disappointing after the Normal.
Something that seemed completely buried in gunpla news from Shizuoka was the "new" FMP stuff from Aoshima in 1/48. a M9 Gernsback "1.5" and the ARX-7 and ARX-8 reprints (I assume) in September. So I assume the new anime will come along soon after that.
Hey guys, recommend me a MG to build. Not really asking for starter options, just some kit that you enjoyed building. Already have Zaku 2.0, Double X, GM Sniper II and RX-78-2 3.0

>>6329167
Do not go with the GN-X imo. Mine got really loose just like the F91 and the Crossbones. The MG kits from this era with ABS-on-ABS joints all seem to suffer from the joints wearing or permanently stretching over time.
>>6329241
>f91 loose joints
>my oob has been holding the same pose without sagging for the last 5 years
okay jane
>>6329241
I haven't had any issues with mine but I do rarely re pose them.
I wish gunpla wasn't so expensive. You know shit is overprice when Lego sets are cheaper
>>6329265
Lego goes way faster to put together + you can't exactly paint it.

>lego sets are cheaper
what kind of lego utopia do you live in anon

So this is what true degeneracy feels like...
Do you guys have a twitter or insta?
I wanna follow and see some good gunpla builds and stuff.
>>6329318
If I had good builds I'd post them here.
>>6329350
post them here and in IG.

No.

Yeah bleach, that's what I always use to strip paint. No idea what's going on in this case though.

It hurts, guys... How do I make the hurt stop?

Bruh really? Windex or Simple Green should do it (only needs up to an hour or so).

I'm slowly making it.
Vallejo stuff is so thick, and I really don't want to thin it with water, but I end up using a ton of their thinner.

Huh. Reading up on G Reco backstory and found out there used to be government sanctioned cannibalism when shit was real bad. Pretty crazy concept that was not apparent at all.

I'm like 10 episodes in, and there have been mentions of Kuntala being lower class citizens that were eaten when times were bad way back when. I believe it was Mask talking to some slut on a flight deck.
Pay more attention I guess.
delet this
>>6329981
I am saving this image
>>6329963
In Japanese it sounded more metaphorical than literal. At least I took it as meaning like taken advantage of, being worthless, not actually be eaten lol.
They made it vague on purpose apparently though. I think that one line was the only clue. Like it was so long ago no one really knows the cause of the prejudice.
I think that's cool and all along with the world building, just the main plot wasn't as interesting as the rest.
And not enough HG kits.
>>6330032
Good choice
>>6328826
2/3 online gunpla reviewers I watch also stated the same issue with joints being loose. It sounds like it's the one HG IBO kit with build quality issues. It sucks because I really like that design.
>>6330032
Turn X is one of those designs that doesn't really need decals to begin with.
>>6330055
sshhhh, Turn X is sleeping.
>>6330235
I agree, it's just that I want to mess with some waterslides

you can choose a site from one link below
Thank you derringer.
>>6329399
Welp, I tried this for about two hours. It worked pretty well on the shield but again it had no effect on the head. The paint chipping is from me trying to scrape it off with my knife.
>>6330451
just 2h??? i let it there for at last 2 days and i still have to work alot to remove the paint later
>>6330451
what the heck kind of paint are you using?
>>6330478
Alcohol isn't acetone. You could soak your parts in iso alcohol for a month and still not damage them.
>>6330451
Jesus Christ, man.
Ignore what everyone else in this thread has told you. Go out and buy yourself a bottle of CASTROL SUPER CLEAN. Comes in big purple jugs or smaller spray bottles. Completely immerse the parts you want to strip in a cup of that shit and leave it overnight. Scrub with a stiff brush under warm running water.
The paint will literally come off in sheets, man. You might have to get into any corners or holes with a toothpick, but it'll all come out. I was able to get 10 year old stained plastic sparkling white with this shit by repeating the soak/scrub process for a few days.
Just for the love of god, wear gloves. CSC is safe to use with any plastic but it will eat your fucking skin.
>>6330478
I have used alcohol all the time with paints and it works. Will admit cured tamiya is a little more resistant to the stuff then other acrylics but alcohol has never negatively affected my models. Have you also tried using the tamiya thinner on it?
But the biggest thing is also give some time soaking.
I'm bitting the bullet and buying the XN Raiser. What's the best p-bandai storefront to preorder from?
$49.95 at Barnes and Noble, and I just got $50 selling back some old games. Do I bite t

Anyone got experience fitting guns from something other than gunpla to a gundam kit? I was digging around at my parents and found my Halo Reach statue. I was wondering if it'd be feasible to try to fit these to a 1/100 or 1/144 kit.
I've got a project I could try the machine gun on or save it for a Spartan themed Powered GM.
>>6331013
those guns will fit better scale wise on 144 but unless they are RG the hands will have trouble fitting.
>>6331021
Well, I'd thought I could mess with them some to get the handles to fit the hands. Some pla plate or just replace the existing handles with some from another kit.
>>6331043
3mm rods fit in the hands of HGs , this is convenient because 3mm is the diameter of most runners in Bandai kits.
>>6331055
That is convenient. Could I just get a 3mm pin vice, drill a hole where I needed, and cement the runner in there?
>>6327203
I don't think the face looks too bad but they have to do something about that long ass neck.
>>6331151
that neck looks fine
any shorter and it'll look like she's shrugging
>>6331151
With that lightning the face really looks fine.
>>6331164
It really depends on the angle.
Thought about painting my generic kimaris kitbash up but I also just kinda like it in the current colors.
What do
>>6331288
paint it faget
>>6331288
Well no matter what you do it'll look bad because it's a Kimaris, but you might as well since you already did it.
>>6331288
That color scheme you planned is kind of horrible IMO. And it looks pretty nice as is, in warm grey and a few different purple tones. I say leave it be.
>>6331291
You take that back
>>6331295
I just based it on a french coat of arms since I just subconsciously associate the kimaris with baguettes for some odd reason
>>6331301
Back to the drawing board man. That particular shades and values you chose, as well as how they're distributed, are pretty awful. I googled the French coat of arms and I can see many better ways to implement the colors therein.
>>6331288
You can't just have two primary colors like that. The reason why the original Kimaris Vidar works is because its blue falls slightly towards purple and even then the hues are actually desaturated so it's inoffensive and not fruity. The rest is shades of gray which is completely neutral and goes with anything so it generally works in terms of color.
Try something more purple, which will complement the yellow
>>6329241
depends desu. There's the plastic used in the F91 which is relatively hard but somewhat brittle. Mine's been holding a pose for six months or so.
However the newer crossbone kits definitely use a softer plastic so they do feel somewhat looser to me.
>>6329981
Found a place that still has one of these in stock, I'm indecisive between it or the Soul of Chogoukin Yamato. SoC has LEDs, plays sounds and even music from the series, but this one has far more detail and apparently there's expansion kits for adding LEDs to it.
What do you think?
>>6329241
Plastic joints inherently wear out faster than polycap ones. They tend to be more interesting builds, and are fine if you don't repose the kit much, but everything had a tradeoff.
If you want to fix them, gloss coat isn't going to cut it. Wrap masking tape around the connecting joints.
>>6331430
With the SoC you can also charge the Wave Motion Gun before firing, I don't think you can recreate that with just the LED set. It also has more gimmicks, like the dial to rotate all the turrets, the sliding missiles and the hangar.
The music seals the deal to me, even more so when they included this one in the 2199 version:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3JjG6db-vo
I purchased the 2199 SoC a month ago but I still have to take it out of the box.
>>6331443
I found heavy duty electrical tape works better. But you have to be careful since Bandai uses hollowed out pegs that might snag the tape and tear it.
>>6331475
Well the dial is what's putting me off a little. From the vid reviews I see, the turrets can't be made to aim in different directions.
That and finding it these days for an acceptable price.
>>6331496
>From the vid reviews I see, the turrets can't be made to aim in different directions.
You can, you just need to move them manually.
I tried to post a pic but isn't working right now, so here's a link: http://i.imgur.com/9kMnSsX.jpg
>>6331519
Well damn, I think I'll get that one then.
Shame the 1/350 model is no longer in production, hopefully one will be made of the 2199 version.
>>6331288
kimaris are best mechs in ibo
So question, anyone got the MG Ground type sniper or the Regular Ground type? I need to know if theres compatibility with the beam sniper or not for the MG Sniper II.
>>6331672
I kinda doubt the Sniper II's default hands can hold it, the old beam sniper is real thicc. I believe this is why the White Dingo Sniper II (which does come with the old rifle) has MG 3.0 hands so it can grip that thing properly.
Workflow order question. I picked up the Revive Hyaku-Shiki, so do I put the kanji sticker on before or after topcoating?
>>6331855
Before, it helps protect the sticker and seals it in. Plus it can help with making sure the stickers outlines are less visible.
>>6331856
Lovely, thanks a bunch. Just to make sure my info is correct, I should put metallic ones like camera stickers on -after- topcoating to keep the shine, right?
