I feel like part of why they aren't discussed much here is because they don't technically fit in with the TFG (not Transformers IP) or 3PG (made by Takara) threads.

It's also modular as all fuck. And it uses this really unique method of seamless partsforming, where two vehicles plug together and the robot arms pass through from one to the other on a connected track.

The figures are expensive as fuck, but I can't think of any other line where, dollar for dollar, you get your value back in quality and playability.

Daibadi Polynians. Yeah, it's got a general, but they're very nice for what they are. I really love the designs and hope they flourish with time.

Also, Berserk. The one series that never fails to get shit, overpriced toys that never live up to anything and has retardedly expensive exclusives. Figma was a terrible choice for them, too, a manga like Berserk really needs a Revo line for all of those grand sword swinging poses.

I'm just fucking mad that the Cosmo Battles 02 unit in the colors of Diabattles V2 was a limited fucking release that is already sold out everywhere.

It's the only piece that's newly engineered/molded out of the whole toy and having it in the colors of the original would have been all I needed.

Part swapping figures with that minimal level of detaching bits o the main body are so unsatisfying. It doesn't feel like a wholly new figure, just Iron Man with a white arm or something.

I managed to get a damaged diabattles v2 for the price of a regular transformers mp car price all because the shoulder assembly wasn't flush so I bashed it with a hammer and cut away until its arms can fit.

My complaints are the same as everyone else's, its too expensive for what it is, its tiny, worst part is while its from one of the foundations of the iconic transformers brand almost no one would have much nostalgia for it, and with no proper supporting media...who's going to give a shit, its almost an artist piece, but the arm is more in the engineering.

I like the figure but I glad I paid so little, even the god damn add on components are over priced to fuck.

I quietly hope the line dies so takara can put more budget/releases into mp's or least make these online exclusives, until then I wish those who appreciate the line all the best, meanwhile mine shall remain in box in a back cupboard somewhere, because no one is gonna buy mine when it looks like a dog mauled it.

...I have no arguments with diaclone based repaints though~

You know those tiny lightsaber hilts that have removable blade and a led light? It's one of those inside, without the blade, instead of the pilots.

Cosmo Maneuver came yesterday, it's amazing but just a tiny bit less perfect QC-wise than my Moonbase version. Ankles need to be tightened up a tiny bit and the head gimmick sometimes triggers on its own when other parts snap together with force.
