This doesn't include the alternate heads(that delphina comes with ) as it was written before it reached that goal i think.

For the most part you miss out on some generic swords and spears on most of the stretch goal weapons.

I'm really excited for the new line. I have a Templar Knight or whatever, I just bought it for the Deus Vult, but I'm gonna pre-order the Iron Knight and maybe Delphina. Should I?

The 4HM store has pretty terrible service unless you're from the US or Canada, which sort of soured me on trying to order from them. The shipping rates are insane which makes the figures more expensive than a high-end Japanese figure.

I only pledged for the legion builders & skellies 4pack, as they're pretty cheap and pretty risk free since there's not that many paint to peel off and I can easily flip them on ebay for decent margin compared to named characters. The only exception I pledged is the deluxe knight builder.

I added Xylona and Morgolyth to the preorder because they're pretty unique I guess as an impulse buy.

I was like you, i tested the water with one figure, immediately fell in love with it, and now i've preordered a ton this time around.

As for quality, other than some variance in the pant app from figure to figure, or some minor paint chipping near the shoulder joint in 1.0 figures, they are top notch. The shortest i could put it, is that they don't feel cheap.

1,0 did not have the best articulation, you could get creative, but the more armor you added on, the more bulky the figure got, plus most of them were knights anyways, you weren't going to get anything to dynamic.

2.0 has the new slim bodies, and articulation looks like it might be improving, but not telling yet until they get here.

The colors are a little off of their initial paint mockup, be warned. The trim is more orangey than straight gold, and the cloth is a slightly teal-er blue. I never bothered with Atlus, and I completely understand the mold fatigue with the line as I chose to cherry pick certain figures to try and stave that feeling off. Having different builds and characters with unique heads helps somewhat. And the Not-He-Man hits both of those marks for me, having a head I don't have in my collection while having a build combo that I haven't seen before.

Also, these aren't even the first MotU homages they've made, last time they made the Orc version of Man-At-Arms. He works just fine as both a member of the Orcish horde while still being a very blatant homage, so these two were more or less inevitable.

The whole talk about "canon" is silly anyway. Most major characters just have repainted generic heads, even supposedly important characters like Gorgo, Blood Knight, and Black Vampire Knight.

In reality it is absolutely silly to think that Gorgo would have the same head as generic Sentinel Guardian who also happen to share the same head as blood Knight.

A lot of 2nd tier characters like Owain, Galeron, Godfrey etc are also just solid helmet face and repaints. I doubt the 4H gonna continue to make the IP into legitimate story, it's gonna be toy first and foremost where you just fill in the blanks with the lore

Top of my wish-list, new Orc Legion Builder. Packed with both heads (with unique white paint markings), bare torso, spiked and leather faulds, scale loin and dark brownish/black armor. Give him Orc sword, axe and a banner with the emblem from Urzokk at the $22 pricepoint.

Other figures I would love to see:

Northern Hero - Bearded half-helm, cloth torso with a checkered pattern, similar to a brigandine, with black armor with gold trim and highlights.

Leodyssian Sentinel - Vitus' head on the tabard body/loin armor, large collar, small pauldrons, round faulds with full plate limbs. Torso and loin bits would be red, along with the helmet fringe and the armor/helmet would be gold with red accents.

Arethyr Knight - Legion Builder with dark purple armor, bucket helm, dragon topper, spiked pauldrons and squared faulds, basic armor, long loin armor and bone neck piece (similar to Gorgo). More soldiers for the Legion, former knights who gave their souls to Arethyr for power.

Dwarven Brute - Full Dwarf Helm, short horns, large pauldrons, bare arms, leather belt with short loin armor. Armor would be a dark cobalt blue with copper tints, gloves/pauldrons would be full copper.

These are the best ideas off the top of my head for new figures without new parts.

your order the item, they sort all the orders out, that takes a week.
Then they print out all the labels and organize all the stock for shipping
Then you get your order shipped depending on what # your order was received.

They can only ship out 50 or so packages a day i read on there facebook last time they had a store sale.

I forgot where it was mentioned, but they said the looseness came from the decision to not add the soft detentes found in other joints to the hip disc thinking they wouldn't need them. At first the joints will start off tight, but over time they will loosen, some much worse then others. While it can be fixed with pledge, it's a bit of a pain because the worst joint is the disc itself which is inserted into the top of the thigh and isn't something you can really remove easily. Thus it's hard to get the pledge where it needs to be.

They claimed that with the 2.0 molds, they won't make the same mistake and will give them the same soft clickiness found in the elbows and shoulder joints.

The first reveal was at sdcc 2015. They first went up during the 1.5 sale in Feb/March 2016 and they started to first ship in December 2016 through February/March 2017.
