Who's yours?
>>6296238
Don't have one. I never really played with toys when I was a kid outside of stuff like Mancala and bouncy balls. I only started buying toys when I was 18 or 19, so I don't have any fun toy memories from when I was a kid. Only loneliness.
>>6296242
need a hug dude?
>>6296245
Yes.
Back in the day? Cobra Snow Wolf.
Now? figma Windranger maybe
>>6296238
this guy has seen it all for about 20 years. he's gained new allies and lost some others. After the end of the Smash Bros war, he lost his old team. That is to say his old members have branched out into their own teams and now leads a new one
>>6296238
Sadly in storage across the country right now, missing his tail, one hand, and a bunch of paint from many a childhood adventure.
Masterpiece Cheetor currently fills the void, but there will never really be another toy as near and dear to my heart.
>>6296238
I brought him everywhere and I remember losing the scouter and being super sad that day.
>>6296647
Oops, forgot pic.
This guy maybe
Kenner Gorilla Alien was mine for over a decade, the first edition of it. It's packed away in my parent's basement right now.
Now? My Shinkis.
This little dude was throughout my Pokémon years. Still have him in a cupboard somewhere.
This guy. Was crazy scared of the dark as a kid so having a physical embodiment of my favorite X-man that could also produce a light source was a bonus. Went through a lot of batteries though.
>>6296440
Are you that guy who stole someone's panties as part of your play time?
>>6296829
Hey, same! My dad got it for me from the Pokemon Center in New York, I believe. Our family had just moved to Chicago, but he kept his job in NYC and flew back Friday night to stay until Sunday evening. So I didn't see him much. He would occasionally bring stuff like this back for me and my siblings. That Charizard was always my favorite.
>>6296829
My grandma ordered this from QVC for me when I was like 6. It was a set that came with him, Gyarados, Arbok, and maybe Mewtwo. Still have charizard in my room, the others are still somewhere
>>6296238
Probably this guy. Not because I played with him more, but because he was the first of a long collection spree.
I loved so many of my old toys it's hard to pick a favorite anyway.
I sometimes take my Woody with me so I can whip it out and take photos of it.
>>6296856
>your favorite figure is a Nazi spy
#notmyfigure #boycottmarvel
>>6296856
My nignog.
This guy has always been my favourite as long as I've had him, back in 2001. Always kept him around even when I got the figuarts version.
I didn't even know what the hell Galidor was, but my best friend's mom got me this set when I was in 2nd grade. Didn't do much with the monster, but the red guy's name is Gorm and he was my Mary Sue childhood protagonist for literally the entire span that I played with toys. I involved him in every scenario I played somehow. He's still proudly displayed in excellent shape, which truly shocks me because he has seen some shit.
Current woody is no lie probably the basic 5 inch movie red ranger simply because I fiddle with him at work so much. Desk pals are easy to bond with.
One of these guys, parents got him for me when I was in kindergarten or 1st grade, been near and dear to me ever since. He's missing his collar and has stitches in his arm but was always the one I'd take on adventures in the backyard or on trips with me. Currently sits on my nightstand.
Spidey. He sits upon this meager shelf and watches everything that goes on in my bed. He is probably traumatized.
>>6297025
I have that same Spider-Man. Did he come with a Strider figure?
>>6297025
I apologize for outing myself as a shitty phoneposter. Flipped.
>>6297030
No this one is the Web Catcher Spider-Man, but they did end up releasing the same mold in the Strider 2-pack.
I've always said as a kid optimus prime was my fav transformer and grew up with the g1 toy, and many others and variations.
Then the first of THESE guys shown up, specifically the first I ever saw was "acid storm" (green army camo variant) and somehow, everytime I look through my junk piles he always winds up back in my room for months at a time as my fiddle buddy.
Right now his mold mates (one of each of the usual crew, no my collection of them isn't near what my pic is at) are on a half arsed display, and he literally sleeps in a draw, but one day, instead of touching them in their hanging but fragile display I'll just whip him out, kick his arms and legs around before back to jet mode where he'll resume resting in my draw...
Funny enough my masterpiece version of him hangs around and gets transformed in and out more than other toys apart from the original which even from the original release I still mess with him, guess I'm still a little edgling after all these years, army camo green jets...how absurd.
>>6296238
I think for a while it was Lego Spider-Man from the first movie. He's so worn out from just constant play, I feel guilty for not taking better care of him
>>6297046
One of the best TF molds out there desu. Picked up my Acid Storm the other day for the first time in years and was amazed at how much fun he still is.
>>6296572
This was my favorite too. Still have him on display but sadly I too am missing his tail...
>>6296829
Is that the one with the velcro flap on the butthole?
>>6297230
Nah, you're thinking of the one that holds candy. This guy is a little bigger.
This guy.
Finding good villain toys was hard as a kid until I got this big bastard.
Lost his cane a while ago.
Got him from a zoo back in either first or second grade. While I did eventually get myself both the large and smaller Imperial Godzilla figures, this guy was the lead of my toyverse. Even had some storylines as I got older with all sorts of new villains and allies.
Makes me sad you can't find cheap random vinyl kaiju/"dinosaurs" anymore. I often lamented not having actual Godzilla monsters until Trendmasters, but fuck it was still awesom having all these generics and that line of Ultramonster K.O.s
>>6297308
Spider-man TAS line had lots of good villian toys. I had the Venom and Carnage figures with rubber masks, a Chameleon with interchangable heads, and a Hobgoblin, who had a pumpkin bomb throwing action feature, but after losing his bombs, it became a Karate-chop action feature. Those are all the good ones I remember ATM.
>>6296938
mine is superior
>>6297308
saw that at a local shop. should get it.
>>6296238
Wind Warrior Leonardo. he was basically my supersaiyan expy figure. Fought everything, biggest bad guy i had at the time was the dragon from Mighty Ducks.
Even today this is a fucking great design.
>>6297740
It even transformed and came with a near-perfect stand-in for the Master Sword.
>>6296238 (OP) #
/myguy/
Brought it everywhere with me as a kid.
>>6296238
As a kid it was G1 Soundwave and Optimus Prime. Took those guys everywhere.
Way too many from over the years.
>>6297854
I had this grappling gun for well over 10 years.
>>6296440
A lego minfigure for me as well. This figure, who I call "the capain" has been with me for a god twenty something years. Sadly lost the hook and had his fair share of legs/hands switched due to "battle damage" but I love him.
>>6297854
>Have a Batman toy line
>Only ever release one Batman in regular black and gray
They didn't even release him in those colors with like, a vehicle or jet pack accessory or something.
>>6298226
I have some figures from a bigger Batman line from back then and they were actually all absurd. I have an Egyptian themed batman, one that's shirtless and comes with lime green armor, and one that's blue and orange with big ass scythes/swords that attached to his arms and spun around
Damn I loved the 90s
one of my biggest regrets in life is losing track of the box he was in after I got my degree and moved
I slept with this motherfucker like he was a teddy bear
>>6297035
I had both. The MvC one that came with Strider had a slightly different sculpt for his head. That being said I actually can't in this thread to say this Spidey. Aside from no articulation in his arms he's perfect.
>>6298773
How often were you awoken by the sound of "THERE IS NO LIGHT IN THE VOID"?
>>6296238
I guess my old Power of the Force Darth Vader. Or maybe an old Godzilla I used to have. Or maybe my old teddy bear Chester. Either way they're all gone. ;_;
>>6298844
In the movie I mean.
These bad boys.
I used to build small robots out of them, then I started building the same ones over and over, inventing stories for them and picking up (non magnet toy) allies/villains along the way.
15 years later I still have the same ones. Every now and then I have to replace a broken stem or a chipped ball bearing but they're mostly original.
I could fill a book with their adventures.
