Not much to advertise about Wendy's toys anymore. It's all unlicensed stuff with random themes. Like, last October had some "monster" theme, where you could make a monster mask, and a cheap kazoo for making monster noises or some shit. I think the nicest thing was a diy snowglobe we gave out in December

IDK about Sonic, but for at least several months already all kids meal promos I've seen at Wendy's have all been arts and crafts style toys that are mostly made of paper or cardboard. The most recent "toy" I've seen is little cardboard standees and a fold-out backdrop to arrange them in to make a scene, the promo before that was a literally cardboard boxes with a crayon, stickers and some parts inside that you used to turn the box into something like a car, a robot or a puppet.

Taco Bell's toys are the strangest of all when they even have them available. The quality shifts drastically with each wave. I remember at one point they were even giving out blindbox vinyl toys with surprisingly good quality.

So out of curiosity I just went to BK for lunch and didn't even see kids meals on the menu, I asked if they still had them
