Should be Tokyo Toy show like last time. We knew they'd have a Black Convoy there, so it made sense it was him. Shame he's not keeping his RTS face, that would have made him stand out more.

This week was the Beijing International Film Festival and Paramount Pictures was present at the event,they showed to us an China exclusive trailer,it was like 2:26 minutes long.Now I will describe the all new footage:

The trailer opens with Optimus landing on what it looks like to be Cybertron then we have the Paramount logo,the next shot is narrated by Anthony Hopkins:"It started as a legend,one of the greatest of all" and we see silver knight Optimus Prime and old movie version Megatron ,Optimus has a sword and a shield(the shield looks more like human shield) with the Decepticon logo in "V" and Megatron has a sword and an Decepticon flag,the logo is in "V",they look at each other,then we move on and we see a lot of cybertronian knights,the background looks like Cybertron with green?
Pretty weird,then we get some sort of ship floating in space,it has in his interior the allspark that looks very different,we get some shots of the WW2 and there are transformers too,more knight shots,we see a lot of ships going to Earth,the planet thing that looks like it's uniting? Transforming?
We get a glimpse of what looks like to be The Fallen,we see Barricade at the Junkyard with other Decepticons,an shot of Hot Rod where he saves Vivian and the trailer ends with Optimus vs Megatron scene from the last trailer but longer.
It was cool,it might be the best one yet.Feel free to ask me any questions.

My honour code dictates zero instructions and zero reference vids, so I'm taking my sweet time. Almost there. I also slid in the gun accessories and didn't get any scuffs, but I didn't put the silencer on the entire distance just to be safe(r). The silencer still stays in place firmly as pictured. Sweet as fuck. Hand for reference. Hiding my fingertips cuz I need to trim dem transformer-friendly fingernails. Gross.

Nvm. I didn't notice cuz the lights are low but I did get some scuffs to the tip of the barrel. Bummer, but not the end of the world. Also got a hard to notice scuff on the hand where the stock attaches.
Obviously these things shouldn't happen but if you avoid picking up this figure because of minor paint wear issues, you'll really be missing out. Hopefully Takara resolves this for future releases if this mold. As for me, I'll just touch up those spots with replacement paint someday if I ever feel bothered.

A flawless figure has never been released by any company anyway so who cares in the end. Also, the photo makes the scratches look much worse than they appear in-hand. Food for thought if u don't own this yet.

No. It's more so how low-quality the paint is. People have paint that chips/scratches on one or two figures, and they start this retarded crusade against paint, as though it were the fucking devil. Yet MP figures like the Datsuns, Ironhide, Bee, Prime/Nemesis and even Tracks have paint that doesn't fucking chip at all because it's higher quality and applied/sealed better.

The issue isn't paint. The issue is the quality of the paint. This is why people complain about Ratchet ruining his paint, but not Ironhide. Exact same figure and transformation, but only one chips itself to bits. Think about it.

Not saying you're wrong, but there has never been an MP of "this quality" before. The design and materials used are top notch, just the paint tolerances could've used a little more thought. On the end though, I prefer paint to grey plastic. No matter how good that plastic might be, it can never compare to a painted surface. Glossy unpainted plastic always has a hint of transparency to its surface--I believe that's why they cast mp-10 in more of a matte red plastic. They could've cast megs on matte grey, but matte doesn't suite his appearance.

After the umming and aahhhing of keeping the leader seeker trio boxed or not I come to the conclusion this cheap shit isn't worth jack until I'm ancient and I doubt I'd live long enough to make $10 profit.

Found something odd about this trio though, if I recall the release order was thundercracker, starscream then skywarp.

Hasbro quality control is something else. Sort of related, the face is fucking dark blue plastic painted over, while the fans are white plastic painted over.
