Those are from the Mega Bloks Dragons series. Pretty sure they came in eggs, I want to say maybe they were called Plasma Dragons?
I know it was towards the end of the series, hope that helps.

Their wings and tails actually folded up into an egg. It was pretty cool. I miss Dragons. I wish Megabloks would give it a go again now that their plastic is a little sturdier and they have the new minifigure designs.
