It doesn't look terrible, but part of the problem with mass market companies like Hasbro producing toys to be released in conjunction with the movies is that they work with pre-production models. They have to start a toyline more than a year before the movie starts and that means they rarely ever work with the final design.
So the costume is pretty different than what appears in the movie.

It's hard to tell from the shitty lighting, but the other head has more defined fur texture judging by the shadows.

I'm also more partial to how Hasbro is using the printer effect. They're using lines instead of just frosted spreckles to make it look more like hair. It has that cool fanning brush effect.
Shame that the spray mask for the eyes are cockeyed, though i guess it just means you have to look through hte pegs for one that doesn't have it walleyed.
