The Fisher Price Adventure People octopus. I loved that thing when I was a kid.

Papo's is pretty good, looks more natural than most of the other hard rubber animal figures.

That was pretty awesome, but I had to put it in the toy box at night or I couldn't sleep
>>
>>6282146
The Lego octopi are pretty cool looking. I think they come in both black and this nice burgundy color.

Would there be a market for making an articulated 3D printable octopus and putting it on shapeways? The bumpy texture of a 3D print might actually look good on it.
>>
>>6282542
Ooh what are those? I think I wasn't them.
>>
>>6282146
one of those korean action figures lines had a Deep sea explorer sets with crabs and octopuses and other creatuires back in 2013/2014

>>
>>6282643
Original Effect Momo, I think.
>>
>>6282643
>>6282717

Yep. I thought I remembered hearing that OE is dead, so I don't know what's going to happen to the MoMo's now... If true, I know we're never going to get any of the cool ones as complete figures, though since the original sculptor strted the line as resin kits, those might be as well in the picture.
>>
>>6282642
I'd buy one if it had a good system, like if you were able to pose them individually. I don't think it's possible though
>>
>>6282827
3Dprint fag reporting.

Ball-sockets for making the tentacles would be the best way to get full range of motion like the real thing, though even with double-ball joints it still won't be the same as a real cephalopod range of motion (but that's a high standard to top). Other option would be a 3D printed soft material like Shapeways' Elastoplastic printed thin and hollow to add a decently-stiff bendy wire.

I like the coloring and detail on that guy. The smiling one here is marked Pweza and Kid Galaxy. The purple one is just marked China; he can suction on to stuff and squirt water.

Mega Bloks Pyrates line had a few
>>
>>6296369
Thanks. I didn't even think of doing that. I am not the brightest person
>>
>>6298385
I didn't even think of doing it either until you asked. I also wanted to know the answer but was just waiting for someone to answer you, but then realised maybe I could find it.

Check the rest of that shop, there is also an octopus version (the one posted here is a squid).
If you order one let us know how it is and the quality. I'm interested too but not in America so the shipping might put me off

Hopefully the link posts this time.

Usually buildtime is about 2-3 weeks but right now with finals and moving it's back to 4-5. If you want beans in place of wires just leave a note in your order.

It did not, shame. I'm at www.etsy.com/shop/poofybirddesign

Sure. The cuddlepus pattern is my smallest regular style, palm-sized. Flamboyants are the same length but proportionally have larger bodies so they're much rounder.
