i know that feel. sadly the most interesting ones would be the least likely to get figures. Lamia, centaur, arachnea, etc would be far too big for them to get anything out for a decent price. Harpies would be possible, but unfortunately if you want a harpy with a nice and proper large wingspan that may also be pricey if Odin Sphere's Gwendolyn is any indication. And she has far simpler wings then the wing arms of a harpy. There are plenty of other Monster Girls that could work, but sadlythe ones mentioned are really the most popular varities and if they don't get made I can't see others being made.

Also there is another monster girl anime coming this summer I believe. Centaur Worries, that one you might like if you never read the manga before. Not an ecchi at all, it is however a slice of life.

Y'know, this actually got me thinking. I want someone to make some DECENT Japanese toys that aren't stupid expensive. Like somewhere between the quality of Shodo and SHF, with a price to match.

I was thinking I would buy everyone in that photo cause I love that era of Capcom, but then I REALLY started thinking. Like would I pay $40-60 for Hayato? Probably not. But would be look great in a huge Capcom display? Shit yeah. I think I don't need my figures to be super premium quality, just decent enough. What I want more is the ability to get a big lineup, including obscure characters, without murdering my bank account.

Well, not really. Imagine this. Arms toyline where the bodies are normal poseable action figures, the fists are molded in plastic, and the springy parts are some lightweight pliable material, like soft PVC or silicone. This would allow for some actual Arms-like play, stretching out the fists to punch opponents. Each fist would come with its own clear stand and the coiled parts would stretch out between the body and fist like a telephone cord.

Or you could simply do the arms as bendies with wire inside. This would let you pose them freely. This would be quite heavy of course, requiring you to use stand support all the time, but I don't see this as a problem--these characters are basically Strength from BRS, and she required stand support constantly to be posed with her ogre arms. It's not a big deal, and it's a tradeoff I'm definitely willing to make.

NECA's Castlevania figures are good, but have kind of archaic articulation. Still, Belmont, Alucard, Dracula, and the Succubus are all great figures.

The other 3 are statues and Succubus had to be censored to please fat fuck soccer moms, conservatives and feminists who think a vagina will bring about the downfall of civilization.

The set is also expensive to buy now. They also did that stupid "cast in base color and paint it over" thing dumb companies always do, because I guess toy collectors like paint chips and scratches. Alucard's hair is brittle clear plastic.

But since Konami doesn't care, Neca's shit is the best we'll ever get for their games that aren't Yugioh.

Aludard and Dracula both had hinge/swivel joints for most of their extremities, though these were limited by sculpt. Still they provided more articulation than you're implying. The only one that's a statue is the Succubus and even then, it's just the legs.

Speaking of the Succubus, if you really care, just pop the bra off and there's plenty of nipples to be found. All it takes is a blowdryer to loosen the glue.

And painted plastic looks way better than that semi-transulcent shit that DCC has been doing. I've had no problems with scratches on mine. Nor with Alucard's hair, so not sure what you're getting on about there.

And, lastly, again, Castlevania has figures, which the entire point of this tread was properties that will never have figures, so that's pretty much that.

If you're a legit old that might explain it but for years now a popular successful series means no more figures than main two characters, maybe one side character (like nendo Mako). The only series that get deep dives into the cast are the mega print-bucks franchises like Fate, Kancolle and I guess Overwatch now.
