I estimate between 150 and 250$. The potential Lego set that I hoped and set aside money the last decade for would have probably been twice as expensive so this is th better alternative actually. And I find there is no sense in the 1/48 Snowspeeder and AT-ST if they don't release one.

I want it to sit next to me like a dog, samn the price or if it even fits in a shelf.

1/144 is nice but seeing how Revell re-released their 1/53 one (which sadly is based on the AT-AT being 15 meters tall, not the canonical 22,5 meters) and the 1/72 desk organizer that looks to work perfectly as a toy model it's unbelievable how many film-accurate options with moving legs there are now after years of basically nothing.

Want the Rebel Fleet Trooper to army build but at £14 each it's just too expensive.

I found some Yuuzhan Vong Nom Anor's for £12 each, and there were 12 available but I didn't really want to spend that much. After deciding for a few days only 5 were left and so ordered them.
I will probably do some pictures for here versus Deathtroopers and Shoretroopers when they arrive. (They are being shipped from Germany).

Those faces are only barely past looking like generic doll faces for me, but it's generally easier to get a closer likeness with a proportionally larger head and simplified machine printed/stamped faces like that. Black Series comes off looking strange so often because they're going for a semi-real look in a much smaller size.

Sculpt-wise, Bandai model kit trumps them all, the glossy white finish in particular is gorgeous.
Articulation-wise, Figuarts Rogue One is the best, joints are buttery smooth and you can pull off virtually any pose you want with ease.

Black Series 6inch are larger, more detailed, better painted and way more articulated than the old Kenner 5poa figures. They are releasing BS versions of the original lineup from Kenner. The just-released Vader comes with a cardboard backdrop with the figures printed on it. If you're new to collecting and love SW, it's hard to not recommend BS. You get a lot for $20 a pop.

Fans were unhappy with the first Leia, so they immediately improved it. The Ben Kenobi is (relatively) phenomenal.
Don't even get me started on the new Vader. They knew the old one was shit so they gave us an entirely new sculpt, great paint apps, and sweet new lightsaber that's thicker and crimson red.
Yeah, Mafex and Figuarts are almost always better but Hasbro in undeniably better than they were a year ago.
