Anybody got any Metal Gear Play Arts stuff?

I have some and I'm noticing it's hit or miss where sometimes limbs get super loose very quickly after you pose them a couple times, especially with newer ones.

Is that normal or did they just start making them cheaper?

I've only got Raiden, Kaz, and Ghost Volgin because they have no toys otherwise. Also 2 of them were gifts so.

Those are sweet, I got Raiden but his arm feels like it's about to fall off after I took his head off and barely held the figure for support, I don't understand if I have bad luck or they're supposed to loosen up so much

God, I hate the way PAKs are painted. That airbrushy gradient look makes them look bad and cheap.

I have that snake. It's pretty much a statue and shit other than the gun accessory. The only decent articulated old snake is the RAH.

I got the regular camo one off ebay but the thing was so shitty I got a partial refund and am going to use the head and clothing to switch out

I got Peacewalker Kaz who, after unpacking him, lost his left arm.
I didn't even pose him, it was wobbly straight from the box and as soon as I moved the arm it came off.
Tried pushing it back on, but it doesn't stick and stays wobbly before it comes completely loose again.

Else just the Solid Nendo (still wish for Otacon, BB and Ocelot) and the 3A Rex from the first release.

Though if I'm to be quite honest I'm scared of what Cidney will turn out to be. From what I've seen PAKs can easily be a big hit or miss. The last thing I want is to pay $100~ for a piece of turd.

Really makes me wonder how a brand can get so far and popular with QC issues from time to time especially at such a high price they're asking.

Probably because they are mostly bought by people who just want a figure from their favourite game.
The piece will just end up in a cabinet, so to them it doesn't matter much if it poses well/has other quality issues.
It's not like they have much to compare anyway, since they probably don't buy any other toys.

At least that's how it seemed lke among friends who bought them in the past. They want a big figure of favourite FF character, PAK has it.

They're both half sizes.

A full size RAY has a wing span of nearly a metre. A half size RAY has a wing span of just under 45cm.

I do, he sucks. Looks cool but it's super top heavy and mine has loose hip joints not a good combo. The tenticles are a pain in the ass to pose in any way that looks decent, and he can't hold his guns worth a damn.

I'm so sick of my play arts figures getting loose and worn out after I barely move them around, I'm trying to find a different brand that has some decent figures
