Normal is just way too easy but the prologue mode is savage on hard/very hard because there are no checkpoints till the end of the prologue.

Had a birthday haul on 2/24/2017. I'm dirt poor so hauls are far and inbetween so it was a real treat.

Found Bam Bam Bigelow at Walmart for $20, really like his inring work and I heard he's kinda hard to find for some reason so I thought I'd pick it up. There was a Rusev elite and a Curt Hennig basic I wanted but I didn't have the money. Bam Bam's arms aren't too good but I'm still satisfied with it.

Then I went to Toys R Us and found a Steve Austin/Bret Hart battle pack on clearance for $10. I usually don't buy basics unless if it's literally the only option but for $5 a figure it's not too bad. The headscan looks nothing like Bret Hart and there's a weird thing with the Steve Austin figure where his left arm can move up and down but his right arm can't. Ehh, it was only $10 so it's at least fodder for the pile. The best part was sifting through the Elites and finding a Toys R Us exclusive CM Punk Elite from 2013, collecting dust and lost on the shelf. I had to pick that shit up because MITB 2011 is fantastic and it's a Chris Benoit tier figure (Translated: Never will be produced again ever). It wasn't a clearance price for some reason but I'm still happy with it. Total cost of my birthday haul was $50.

God I wish I wasn't poor, it's impossible to keep up with releases and just out of the newer Elites I want Cactus Jack, Retro Goldust, Regal, the Dudleys and more. Just shoot me already. Makes it even worse that I'm saving up for RAW tickets for next year at the same time.

I put most of them into storage. The shelf above has my predators and the shelf below had a few of my favourites like Crysis guy and Isaac from Dead Space. Top of my Detolf is where my aliens chill. My terminator figures are on the book case (probably caked in dust).

The black stage is made up of three Figma DI stages. I got them on eBay a while ago but they show up pretty frequently on Mandarake and Jungle. It's cool because it has lots of holes for planting figma stands in without having to have lots of individual bases cluttering up the floor space.

TRU had the Star Wars figures at BOGO40 and I had a $5 rewards points voucher, otherwise I'd have passed on both. They had Leia and Ben in both the boxes and 40th packaging, but two other dudes picked over the 40th Leias as I arrived. I did get to look over their finds, and I got the best paint apps of the bunch, strangely. And Ben looks so good in this packaging that I don't know that I want to open it. Leia's new head sculpt plus paint is so good that I'd really like to get a 40th version to display--and I'm a buyer who opens and poses every single thing I buy.

The Hero Mashers are going into a closet for a few years when my son is old enough to play with them. Now I just need to find a couple of good guys for him and I think I'll be set.

Went to South Shields to check out the Ridley Scott exhibit. Saw a little market toy vendor which had loads of old wrestling figures, a lot of them seemed to have been "customised" by a child, but I managed to find a Benoit and two Funakis.

also ordered an Undertaker series 32 off Amazon to steal his coat for when my Punisher arrives

Hit eBay--there are also some pretty cheap prices there.
The Sarah Palmer kit was fun to build, but a little disappointing as a figure, since the ankles and wrists are really bad, and the shoulders are fairly ugly. I actually passed on the various Batman Level 2's and a Master Chief Level 2 at Tuesday Morning the other day because of those gripes. If you want a low-rent time killer, pick one up.
