That's pretty much they only way anon. I think they only real way to have permanent straight claws on old Toy Biz releases would to replace them like the Hasbro claws and super glue them in place.

I agree. If any figure needed to come with interchangeable heads it's this one, but don't worry I'm sure Hasbro will come out with a separate young man Logan, and a slightly over middle aged Logan all with different heads so they can sell you the same figure 3 times.
