This looks so much better then what we got, and red is a far less utilized color in this line. What we got is ANOTHER Mage in blue, what we could've had was a red Rogue/Hunter, something we don't even remotely have.

So what was everyone's final orders?

Lucretia, 2 vampire legion builders, a vampire knight, vamp weapon pack, brother mandibulus, skeleton soldier builder, Morgolyth, and threw in some extra for another unique figure (maybe Delphina) or another legion builder, stands, or an extra sword horseman for a repaint maybe? We'll see when the backerkit shows up.

Man I went into 1.0 telling myself Vampires only and I'm about the add a shitload onto my skeleton family.

If I had the money and had gotten 1.0 Orcs I would have gotten a few orc girls and goblins to make a nice greenskin sort of clan.

Gwendolynne Heavensbrand –Shiny knight in full armour. Looks great and she’d be the one figure I’d get if I had to choose.

Vampire Legion Builder –The black unpainted armour seems fitting and I actually like it more than the standard price vampires.

Iron Knight Legion Builder – I know I’m buying the same buck for the third time, but I like the overall resulting look of the rounded helmet and unpainted armour, and I plan on pairing her with a Silver Knight to serve as an escort to Gwendolynne.

B'alam – This guy is classy.

Jjuno the Crusher – The mage body she’s got sucks, but I want one barbarian, even with that body. At least I like the head.

Brother Mandibulus – One of the coolest figures in the line.

Goblin Legion Builder – I want a goblin but I have trouble justifying paying $40 for one, so the builder will do.

Total: $263

------

Notable absences:

Gryshaa is neat, but I think the cupcake head is quite a specific item that I’m not sure how I’d feel. Part of the appeal of these figures is the generic fantasy look, so I’m not sure about getting a guy with a Russian tower as a helmet. I think I can safely skip him/her.

Boarrior looks fun and badass, but I can’t shake the feel that I’d think of him as just a novelty character. I don’t think I’m willing to spend $40 on a boar.

I’d like to get a female orc, but there’s no way I’m buying them with that body. Getting Jjuno is already a stretch.

Not a fan of the fairy stuff, so I'm easily skipping Artemyss, Xilona and friends. The elf ranger looks good, but I think I can skip him as well.

I was excited when they showed the Morgolyth render, but I’m not feeling the armour colors, and the headdress paint seem too simple even if it ends being as pearlescent as they say.

As I said, gobblins look cool but they are smallish obviously and I’m not convinced on paying full price for one of them.

Since they're now sharing an unhelmeted headsculpt I have decided to pick just one of these. They're both kinda filling the same niche of lady knight Joan of Arc holier than thou type character (who later got green'd by orcs) anyway.

No, it's not. It works really well for what it is, it doesn't hurt the figure at all.
>>
>>6223054

It was always discussed as like some big rotocast thing that is a virtual display accessory/backdrop instead of an action figure I don't know why people expected it to be a Figuarts.
>>
>>6223059
Yes it does. I really like them, but their arms in particular are pretty shit. I would love if they could even bend there arm in front / across their chest for better club swinging poses. 4H did the bare bare minimum as far as articulating them and they are not as good as they could have been. Just changing the elbow hinge to bend deeper would have gone a long way.

>>6223059
>it doesn't hurt the figure at all.
Look at the pic >>6220175. It is impossible to give the figure a decent pose other than standing neutral

The head can only rotate at dumb angle, might as well be a swivel.

Elbow cannot bend beyond 45 degrees despite the big ass rachet

Waist is just a severely limited swivel

Legs are just up/down swivel

Ballpeg ankle not effective at all, might as well be a swivel.

The sculpt is amazing, but none of the articulation were engineered that well. Look at stuff from DCUC, most of which sculpted by 4H, DCUC were the laughing stock of Marvel Legends articulation wise.
>>
>>6223072
>I don't know why people expected it to be a Figuarts.

Being able to do basic club swing is not much to ask for an articulated troll figure, but you can't do so without making the troll look like a stupid whack-a mole robot (you can't line up his head with his swing target and have his body bend in a very basic way to make the pose natural)

We don't even get a basic acknowledgement about the fact that the recent wave has suffered severely in term of QC.

4H think that if they can duck their head into the sand deep enough their MOTU Stockholm Syndrome fanbois will shout down all complaints.
>>
>>6223123

That's nothing. Like, of all things to complain about, that is literally the biggest nothing possible.
>>
>>6223134
>4H think that if they can duck their head into the sand deep enough their MOTU Stockholm Syndrome fanbois will shout down all complaints.

Where do some of you even get these batshit thoughts? Do you just sit at your computers, seething and gnashing your teeth at some indignity that you believe you've suffered?

It's disgusting.
>>
>>6223123

Fans complained about the occasional bit of rub on the skeleton's heads, so instead they decided to add this twist tie that only causes paint to rub on the chest of like every figure now. Also the round twist ties dig into the thighs now, too. Thanks.
>>
>>6223134
We get it. You're mad about your toy. You're here bitching about it every thread. To the same people every time. You're adding nothing to the conversation. It's getting super old.

>>
>>6223150
>>6223163
Are you guys legitimately satisfied with the objective decline in QC for the 1.75 & all stars wave?
>>
>>6223170
These threads aren't for criticism as always because they'll just shit on it and go ABLOO BLOO YOU'RE COMPLAINING ITS NOTHING NEW.

Its just going to get deleted like this entire conversation. Nothing really gets done because 4 horsemen never acknowledges it and these diehard/tryhard mouth breathers can't face reality.

I still love the product so for the love of god mod just let the conversation role instead of deleting it.
>>
>>6223170
No but no amount of bitching about it will fix that, especially doing so on 4chan. They're problems everyone knows about so you're not even making any grand revelations.
>>
>>6223170
>the objective decline

Says you. The figures I got were fine, yes there's issues with others, but you don't get to come in here and start your hysterical claims about how awful the 4H are, as if you wanted to burn them at the stake.

You're insane, because that kind of overreaction is what causes problems to continue. Nobody wants to listen to people like that.
>>
>>6223216
>because that kind of overreaction is what causes problems to continue
Can you elaborate? 4H decides purposely to fuck their fans over because they were bitching about legitimate QC issues?
>>
>>6223219
>4H decides purposely to fuck their fans

Right there. There you go again.
>>
>>6223221
I'm just paraphrasing what you said, I was asking can you please elaborate what you meant by "overreaction is what causes the problems to continue." I fail to see the logic there.
>>
>>6223216
>because that kind of overreaction is what causes problems to continue. Nobody wants to listen to people like that.

I dunno, it got people two extra heads for the gold elf, kept them from giving away Valgard's as freebies, extra twist ties on all the figures for no reason. Overreaction gets results if you do it long enough apparently.
>>
>>6223234
This.

The problem is that the people over at the forum despite being autists also a Stockholm Syndrome apologists. QC issues thread either gets ignored or people are told to "deal with it, mine is fine" while brown elf head gets people flaring like crazy.
>>
>>6223234
>kept them from giving away Valgard's as freebies
What's this one? Why would people bitch about freebies?

I'm also sure that those had nothing to do with /toy/ complaining/"critiquing"
>>
>>6223241
Because then they won't have their "special snowflake" figure
>>
>>6223242
But if it's free why wouldn't they have it?
>>
>>6223244
No the issue was that they were not allowing the 4H to sell Valgard because it is KS exclusive. They were not allowed to sell the overstock. These figures were made to order, but I'm sure they don't make like 437 figures, they had to make like 500 or 600 or 750 like some sane round numbers. The rest usually get sold later on, but Valgards were KS exclusive so it just stays in the warehouse and work as "apologies" extra figure for QC issues or shipping delays/fuckups
>>
>>6223238
>>6223234

>>Meticulously sculpt each figure and plan out a diverse lineup of original characters
>>Fans immediately beg for every single one to have an alternate head for free
>>Give them alternate heads
>>They then beg for third alternate heads

On a semi-related note my Allstars Skapular has some white jizz wash all over the shield that my 1.0 doesn't. Is this the same for everyone?
>>
>>6223234
>Overreaction gets results if you do it long enough apparently.

That's fucking madness right there. No, there's proper critique and requests, but you making demands and overreacting is what brings these things crashing down. It backfires. You are seeing a very twisted view of reality.
>>
>>6223252
>crashing down
Like how? They're already burying their heads into the sand not acknowledging that the issues exist while begging money for the next KS project despite some very basic civil request of just an acknowledgement of the issue and reassurance that it won't happen again with 2.0
>>
>>6223252
>overreacting

>>Wondering why the re-releases are missing paint apps is overreacting

Man, most of us want to spend even more money on this line, it would just be nice to know what to expect from it in the future. All Stars Skapular doesn't even have the back shaded at all. And I mean Cornboy literally acknowledged the screwup with the colors on the Knight Builder but nothing happened in the end.

Unlike a Figma or Mafex the creators of these are actually reachable so hopefully things will be better going forward.

Pic related is what I intend to buy out of the entire wave. Though I will admit some figures may be added in time. From this line, I've built my own groups of factions, and this order will more or less double, triple and even create a new faction in my collection. >Iron Knight Legion Builder – I know I’m buying the same buck for the third time, but I like the overall resulting look of the rounded helmet and unpainted armour, and I plan on pairing her with a Silver Knight to serve as an escort to Gwendolynne.

Iirc, the Steel Knight is also supposed to come with that rounded Sallet helm. So if you want that head with a different body, that's an option. His silver color would also probably match the original Silver Knight's much better then the Gunmetal Grey of the Iron Knight builder.

I think both the Steel and Iron Knights will look best with the helms they were originally given. And while the Steel Knight's color will probably match the Silver Knight better I think I'd rather have male+female than male+thinmale even if they are not color coordinated.

Speaking about thin males, I think I might cave in and add the elf ranger. It's such a stapple in fantasy teams that it would seem weird having him missing.

I've been on these threads since these threads were a thing, and "legit" criticism isn't deleted, endless bickering between trolls and easily triggered fanboys is what gets nuked. Every time I've gone over the articulation for the 1.0 figures, I list both good and bad points about them and not once has the "Bad" half of my comments gotten nuked.

But I refrain from hyperbole, exaggeration and insults when I criticize things, and that seems to help a lot.

>>6223879
These are great figures, but they're not perfect. They definitely have a lot of "Western" engineering issues, and that may turn people off, but overall I prefer these figures to most of my Figma and Figuarts. The Legions not only look great on shelves or on display, but they're built pretty solid and can actually stand up to play and constant handling. Their mix-and-match nature and generic designs makes part swapping and customizing really simple and lets you build almost any fantasy character you want with little effort.

They do have issues though, mostly in that they can get loose hips (though the 4H mentioned this will be fixed on the 2.0 molds) and they do have limited arm articulation (i.e. western engineering) but overall these guys are fantastic toys and more often then not (1.75 wave not withstanding) look much better in person.

That doesn't have shameless cocksucking apologists?

Sure Marvel Legends, Figma, Figuarts, Revoltech, practically all of them except for NECA and 4H threads. People there keep their toy companies in check and have antagonistic relationship with them. It is easy to call out jew tactics such as GSC online exclusive, botched execution on certain articulation, promo material not looking like released product, etc.

Here even objective factual discussion about 1.75 wave having lower QC quality, missing a few shades of paints, paint scraping issues, and criticism about the articulation on both the trolls (badly engineered elbow) and 1.0 figures with regards to their lack of double jointed elbow, single in/out wrist swivel, and no bicep swivel get utterly shouted down as if the 4H were family members of the apologists.

Gob King does look great, but I'm trying to stick to a rule-of-three, meaning no more then three of a similar build. Only reason why the Skeletons avoid that rule is because of the 4-pack and body swapping option. The only other place this comes up with my order is the new male body, as the Ranger, Gryshaa and Dark Elf all share the same basic build. But the only reason I'm getting the Delf is because I want his axe and buying one of him is cheaper then buying the whole weapon set + Elf LB. I may try to swap some of the Vamp Girl's parts onto him to help him look different.

He's definitely on the "possible" list though, along with Snagg (who got bumped for the same reason)

>>6224095
Marvel Legends has a lot of fanboys and apologists, as do those other brands.

As for your other complaints:
>Here even objective factual discussion about 1.75 wave having lower QC quality, missing a few shades of paints, paint scraping issues
All these issues get noted and discussed, there was even a three page thread on the official forums, home of the fanboyiest of fanboys, and they all talked about these problems. Civilly. Without flinging insults at each other or the 4H. Because they know it's a problem and the 4H do to, because they don't want their toys having these problems to begin with.

>criticism about the articulation on both the trolls (badly engineered elbow) and 1.0 figures with regards to their lack of double jointed elbow, single in/out wrist swivel, and no bicep swivel
These figures don't need double jointed elbows or bicep swivels. In fact that would hinder one of their best features, that being how easy they are to part swap. What they do need is better clearances, which 2.0 visibly offers. Most of their limited articulation doesn't even come from the joints, but from the shape of the chest. The joints give a great range of motion, it's the molding that limits them. Thinner bodies mean better articulation.
>>
>>6224142
>and the 4H do to
Are you sure? Why don't we even get an acknowledgement of said problem, and assurance that it won't happen again? As far as official responses go, everything seems hunky dory as if nothing happened
>>
>>6224151

Because you like making baseless assumptions for the worst.
>>
>>6224095
>>6224142
I agree with the wrist comments though, and have made note of that many times in my criticism of their articulation. However, in a similar thread discussing this topic on the official forums, someone suggested an up/down wrist may end up being worse as it could grow weak over time and prevent figures from properly holding up their weapons. It's a legit argument against the joint choice, one which many of my Revoltech and Figuarts have dealt with (though I don't think I have any Figma with said style wrist). Ideally, I would imagine the best possible wrist joint would probably be a dual swivel ball joint with built in detents or a ratchet (i.e. what Revoltech uses). However I fear that may push prices higher as that would include far more parts and assembly.
>>
>>6224152
The lack of official acknowledgement is what allow people to make such assumptions.

They're losing hundreds of dollars worth of KS money from me alone because of their lack of acknowledgement on 1.75 issues, I'm sure that's the case also with several other people
>>
>>6224151
The BIGGEST issue with the 4H is their poor customer communication. We know this, complain about it but ultimately accept it as part of the whole process. But we do it because we know while they may not respond to us, they do listen as they have a history of doing what they can to fix problems people have.

These guys are terrible at PR, but they're great toy makers, because they collect these figures themselves.

I'd say keep the lighter, rustier looking armor. It would make him stand out more against his Legion Builders who simply have clean, dark armor.

Or, if you really wanna get crazy, keep both and part swap one with a few Orc Legion Builders or a Barbarian Builder to get a horde of dirty, non-uniformed orcs.

Or if you REALLY wanna go nuts, track down the old Toybiz Lurtz, rip off his armor (it's fine, he's got a molded torso underneath) cut it up and slap it on Urzokk. That would REALLY make him stand out from the rest of your legions.

You don't have to worry about getting ripped off by the 4H, unlike a lot of other KS companies, these guys have been around for a long time and always deliver. This is their third KS and they've made numerous figure lines beforehand, so they're not going anywhere.

That said, it'll be about two weeks or so to get the Backerkit email. At which point you'll have about 3 weeks after to select your choice of figures. Once the Backerkit closes, it will be a year and a half+ wait before you get your figures in hand.

This is not a quick processes, but these guys will get delivered eventually.

Yeah the leftover sale period seems to be a giant bane for them. You basically had to wait about equal the amount of time the "paid to be made" people did for preorder. With 1.0 leftover sale I put my order in May'16 and had to wait 5 months with my figures just sitting in their warehouse before receiving it.

He was originally supposed to be one, I'm assuming he would have been like the gold elf lb but painted with flat greens and browns instead. But due to fan demands, the 4h upgraded him to a full figure by giving him two unique head sculpts and items from the weapon sets. Honestly I think it was a good move as I doubt a single colored figure would work as the clasic Ranger figure people wer looking for. Especially if he just reused the elf lb head.

Wanna know another way a person's email can "get lost in their inbox"? Act like a raging aspie. That really makes people want to go the extra mile to help you out.

No one is advocating to act like an asshole like you have been acting. You took what was said way too literal.

Pestering someone means you have to frequently send them emails, because as others said, they do not respond and may be overlooked. Some people have gotten responses right away, while others have said it has taken months, so it makes it seem like emails get lost or skipped.
One guy here said that he had to CALL them by phone in order to get them to ship his order.

The TONE of these emails and calls should be courteous and that is inherently implied. Of course, someone who receives their stuff a year late is allowed to be angry.

Just because they pre-ordered these figures 6 months ago doesn't mean they've been sitting around for 6 months. The figures just arrived and started shipping last month, and are still going out. Unfortunately this shipment happened at the same time as a major Kickstarter, which caused a delay of shipments overall.

This is the second time in this specific topic a complaint was made on blatant false information. In which case you do not even deserve a response. The 4H were very clear that spamming their email would only hinder their ability to assist their customers, so no, constantly sending new messages is not the way to go. These figures are still being shipped so patience is key. You don't get into the 4H for their quick and timely service, you get into em for good figures...you just gotta wait your turn.

There are people who haven't received their replacement parts yet for 1.0 figures. And these are all unique backers, it's not just one autist who got shorted and throwing a hissfit.

I think the word "unprofessional" pretty much describes them, as much as I like the actual figures that they produced. This kind of thing is not excusable.

Does anyone know can the 2.0 body hold a proper archer pose? It is kind of tricky pose to do, even Figma Archer, who has the job description in his name struggles to hold his arrow and bow straight, due to limitation on his elbow.

The single jointed elbow, and perpetual handjob hand pose is kind of worrying, I wish the 4H would release a video like the ninja KS or the raptor KS with regards to the range of motion on the new body buck

I want to drop a few hundred again but for the next year I will be hoping my order is right.

Did you get shorted on the figure you Kickstarted from the beginning, or was it the leftover sale?

The leftover sale was an absolute shitshow the couldn't forsee coming, but if you got shorted from the initial KS order then it is not acceptable

Do Competiting toy companies send in their own men to the country where the factories are producing the toys in order to create issues within the creation of the toys? Someone from a rival company could theoretically buy someone off the street and get them to join the factory and then sabotage the creation of the toys from the inside. It would cost little money but had big repercussions world wide for the company.
>>
>>6230512

There's no reason for that to happen. The Chinese factories are crooked enough and fuck places over as it is.

The 4H had the molds for the Rammathor figures being held hostage by one factory until NECA stepped in and helped them out. China's fucking messed up, man.

I actually stand corrected when it comes to continually sending e-mails. I guess I got used to the idea of "I better have an answer soon or it's your ass" mentality.

If 4H isn't a BIG major company, run by a few people, ok, then it takes them a bit to answer emails from people from all over the world. BUT, if figures that were bought in the previous summer have not been delivered yet, then there is a problem.

Honestly, I'm near them so I get my figs faster after announcements, so I might have overestimated their....power. And there's been a lot of shipping announcements, one of the recent ones prevented me from emailing them about my missing Godffrey, I read them and forget them desu.

When/What was the most recent shipping announcement when it came t the sale/preorder

There's a difference between patience and just being ignoring and having no idea if they are even taking care of customers.

>>6230906

No one has advocated being an asshole to them and you know it. But there's nothing wrong with continuing to send emails when they aren't responding and haven't responded. Especially when they are beyond reasonable time to send already paid for products. That one guy had to get their actual phone number on the sly from someone at a convention to get, what was it, 5 (?) figures that they owed him and repeatedly promised to send.

>You want to be at the top of the list when they finally sit down and read them

Yeah. Nobody is suggesting being anything but professional and courteous.
Plus add into the mix; the loonies who believe that the company is deliberately trying to keep them from getting their precious dollies. "Oh they're ignoring our emails", "They just don't care", "They have it out for me", etc etc.
Funny how the overwhelming majority of people don't have any problems getting timely responses, and get their items (and in some cases bonuses for being inconvenienced), and its a select few who have issues, and they're the ones screaming, accusing and crying like hungry children.
I've dealt with some of you people here in the BST. I know how a certain percentage of you act when you don't get your way 'IMMEDIATELY!!!'. Hell, just read through a few threads and you'll see the mentality I'm talking about. Not saying it's happening, but if I were getting emails from people like that, I sure as shit wouldn't be busting my ass to help them out quickly. I'd take care of the people who know how to act.

Alright, fair enough. I'll do something uncharacteristic of 4chan and admit I'm wrong. The people advocating literally pestering them or being assholes to them are dumb. They're the assholes. And that's not how you should deal with a company, or anyone really. You /should/ keep up with them, but be nice about it. They're a small company trying their best. But they can still make mistakes.

>On the contrary, that's exactly what you've done, time and time again.

There's some good, honest people out there, who probably haven't gotten everything they've ordered, and are probably a little upset, which is perfectly within their rights, and I wouldn't deny them the opportunity to express that. But I would LOVE to see some of the emails some of the 'easily agitated' people have sent to 4H.
I deal with the fanboy/collector mentality on a daily basis, and I can just imagine the passive-aggressive, threatening, demanding, and borderline abusive tripe they spew out of their keyboards. All under the guise of "I just want what's fair!"

So I emailed them politely back when I receive the 1.0 stuff that I got paint scrapping on Atlus' elbow after single joint movement. That was like 10 months ago, and didn't receive a single response, or even acknowledgement.

Female Minotaur when?

Also, how is the mino body in general?
>>
>>6231545
Mino body is the same as naked body buck, but with neck attachment.

The black minotaur has white bare plastic, and mine had some scrape over the shoulder, but it is easy to paint it over because he is flat back.

I've been lucky with brown minotaur and had no problem with scraping, but you should also be careful about it

Just flat varnish everything that comes with the naked body buck. It saves you the pain of either being in the waitlist for 4H terrible customer service for parts replacement nor just dealing with scratched up figure that is not your fault

>Oh yeah, that's not bordering on harassment at all. How fucking honorable of him because he wanted his toys. Jesus Christ. You people are disgusting.

Hi...I'm THAT dude that called.

I sent FIVE emails of inquiry over FIVE MONTHS. Four of those were answered with "We are very sorry, we'll get those to you next week." but they didn't. They last two I sent were unanswered. I'll also add that in every email I said just wanted to know the status of my missing items and if they were flat out of them I was willing to wait until they got more, or take a credit, or take replacements from existing inventory. Since the KS was counting down I didn't feel comfortable investing $1000 more with the issue lingering so I dug up their number, had a decent conversation, got my merch, an apology & an extra figure in restitution. I'll also add that I came HERE to say that 4H did right by me & I invested in the next KS.

I've never ever endorsed sperging out, I've always told people in these threads experiencing similar situations to behave properly & I really fucking resent you accusing me of harassment.

I think it's more about people who got shorted on 1.0 shipments. It's literally been almost a year getting shorted on the figures you preordered

Most toys would domino each other until the whole shelf is laying flat but these guys will hold their ground.

Not saying this can't happen, just saying it doesn't seem to be the norm.

>>6231749
I have the same issue with my birds, as their legs, feet and ankle joints don't make for the most sturdy of foundations. I wish the birds had a joint closer to what the Legions got, because having them stand flat footed would probably help their balance immensely.

>>6232125
>I think it's more about people who got shorted on 1.0 shipments. It's literally been almost a year getting shorted on the figures you preordered

In that situation, it is indeed a legitimate issue and the 4H did mess up in that regard. But people were complaining about not getting their CoS figures yet, which are currently still shipping. The same thing happened with previous mid-wave releases where people would say they were waiting XX months for their items when the pre-order didn't even happen XX months ago. Hell, even the bitching (for the most part) about the initial KSs taking forever to ship was over exaggerated as they barely missed their estimated ship date and we knew ahead of time why they did. But once they started moving the figures out, the majority of people got them within a month.

If you are still missing figures from the first KS or Pre-Order, it is a legitimate gripe and you should message them in regards to it. But people complaining about the CoS and All-Star figures need to exercise some more damn patience.
>>
>The current plan is that the Backerkit survey will be ready to launch on March 19th, 2017, and will close on April 9th, 2017 - the same timeframe that was used for the Backerkit during the Mythic Legions 1.0 Kickstarter campaign. That's three weeks to let us know what all of your Add-Ons will be, to pre-order any other items that you's like to add, and to give us all of your shipping information. When the Backerkit survey is launched, you'll all receive an email to the address you provided during the Kickstarter campaign that will give you the instructions on how to access your Backerkit survey.

>Yeah I feel bad for people just strolling onto 4H's store and excitedly ordering a bunch of birds like it's a normal toy store and not realizing what they are getting into.

Not to mention unlike Ebay or Amazon you're unable to 3rd dispute your purchases in their online store if you decided that it takes too long to ship and cancel your order.

Sure they're not money grubbing gobbos, and the 4H will accommodate canceling your purchase, but you're practically at their mercy and getting your email to be read by them might take as long as the time it takes for them to ship out your figure anyway

The item says "in stock," there's no word to describe a company's inability to ship in stock item within like weeks other than INCOMPETENCE

There are housemoms running business as ebay powersellers who had thousands of items up for listings at once, and had hundreds or so items turnover per day who manage to fulfill the promise to ship within 24 hours of payment with tracking, 5-7 days delivery and readily responds to personal messages

4H literally has no excuse other than straight up lack of competence on their part.

Name any other retailer that has these same circumstances the 4H do? You whiny shit, it's not even that big of a deal. If waiting for something is that much of an issue for you, stop buying the toys. Let them go to people that actually want them.

Of course you know better than everyone. Nobody dare question it, everyone else is lazy and terrible and horrible and should give up. Because you know all. Why don't you go stalk someone else?

These people do want the toys. They don't get them though

Also 4H might have less fortunate circumstances than other retailers, but that is no excuse for failing to send a paid product for such a long time. I agree that a lot of people are entitled and impatient, but at some point the line is crossed and they're criticism is validated.

Except they do. You making up a reality where they're cheating people out of things doesn't fly here. Boo hoo, waiting is so hard!

You mean not having shipping coordinator? Yeah, it's on them for not having this shit sorted out and had to go back into "we're a small studio" argument

You're the one who's creating an alternate reality to bark against. Noone ever said that the 4H were purposely being shitty at shipping logistics. People are lamenting their incompetence, like having the birds in stock warming up shelves in their warehouse but being unable to churn them out to new buyers because they have a lot of shipping backlogs.

If you just come across the 4H today, and want to get one of the birds, you have to wait months despite their online store saying it is in stock. The least the 4H can do is having some decency to put up notice on their online store about the current situation with shipping, or they could upgrade their infrastructure to employ more people and have better CS and shipping coordinator.

It's not my fault that the 4H online store is so far down below any industry standard that they're literally and not figuratively unable to ship in stock item in their warehouse without months and months of lead time

Apparently the physical book were not very good

People are fuming about ink quality on the printing, misspelling on character names, unprofessional grammatical errors and not to mention the tabletop RPG and trading cards inexplicably missing without any explanation from the 4H

Small correction, people are fuming based on the digital preview, not the physical version.
