Which figure/s are you most hyped for? I'm most excited for the gen 5 girls figures since gen 5 is probably my favorite gen. I'm more of a plush collector though so I'll probably just get Hilda since she's my favorite female protagonist. I hope we get more human merch, I need a Grimsley figure now.

Seems to be the only video so far of Tomy at Toy Fair. Time stamped to where Snorlax is messed around with and he actually looks really cool. Solid leg design, akin to the Figuarts Pikachu. Other than being too short for what's supposed to be a scale line, he looks good. And the new Ash striking a decent Z pose. Solgaleo also actually looks pretty articulated, even foot articulation. I'm pretty excited for these, and hopefully there's more footage or pics soon.

I love this little chap, and I wish I could buy more merch of him, but he's actually been selling ridiculously well in Japan. It took a few strings pulled just to get the Moncolle, and the plus is now going for 7k+

I was lucky to get this rare Samurott today, which I'm really pleased with. I'm trying to collect as many starters as I can, in scale sizes. I have a couple of complete sets at the moment, mostly water types actually… I also got this little cheap Abra keycharm, as I think he has a much nicer sculpt than the Tomy.

I just bought this Banpresto Dx Venusaur plush for only around $40. I've been after him in good condition for years now. He even has his paper tag. I'm just a bit worried he won't get here because I'm going to go with one of the cheapest shipping options because the other options were nearly the same price as the plush itself. Well, I'd say Misty and Brock's chances are entirely dependent on how well these two sets sell.

I am honestly surprised they got the rights to 90s Ash to begin with. So I'd say Misty and Brock being primarily from the Gen 1 anime won't deter Bandai from getting their rights if the sales are there.

So really the chances of Misty (and Brock) depends on how another question is answered: How well do you think Ash and the Rocket gang will sell? For those two they may look more towards Ash's sales to determine their viability, but I can also easily imagine that if Rocket's sale are stupdenously low they may play it cautious as well.

My Dx Banpresto Venusaur arrived from Japan today! I got him for a pretty good deal even with the awful shipping price considering he's mint with tag. My shelf is crowded though so I need to make space in my room before I can display him.

Also, not pictured, but recently received are the Pokemon center dragonair plush, an Alolan meowth and darkium Z Keychain, and Subway Boss Pokemate figure charms. I won a lot of gen 5 clear files for dirt cheap from Japan too. I can't wait to get them because the one clear file is the only merch centered around my favorite human character. I almost bought a normal greninja figure from a local grocery store, but the paint job was awful so I'm going to just buy one online and hope that one is better.

You should pick up Greninja online, Anon. I was so impressed when I got him; really well made, the joints are smooth and tight and it scales nicely with the other D-Arts. All it's missing are some water effects pieces. Not even bothered now, that we didn't get an SHF one.
