Are you really comparing a plastic model to a already assembled figure?
Take into count the production and assembly, paint apps, packing etc. They add more to the cost that hitting print on a plastic molding machine, bagging runners then throwing into a basic cardboard box with a manual.
Figures always feel more sturdier than a plastic model since they aren't typically hollow on the inside.

5600 sounds right after they get price dropped if they shelf warmed, which they are probably unlikely to.
