I post this pic every so often in the hopes somebody here will know something.
All I know is that it's from France, and I had a Dragon as well that was destroyed by my dog about 10 years ago.

It really does look like a Beatles figure.
You should watch the yellow submarine film though, it might be there and it's a pretty good film
