The issues involving pegs and heads being too large/ holes clips being tight is present across the every figure I've handled and reported on every figure.
The most common fix people use is turning the head around negating the port clip is proof enough of this.
You're confusing lack of paint apps with the issue of painting whole parts that should have been molded with other parts of the desired color.

We promised on our previous news post that we’ll continue to provide our fans with the 2017 Hasbro Release Lineup from various countries. So far we have received the official lists for Portugal, Middle-East, Peru and UK. Transformers: The Last Knight waves for Unites States & Canada were also revealed via Amazon.

Today we have Hasbro Poland revealing their lineup for us, which not only consists of Official Hasbro Products but also a list of Licensed Merchandise as well.

New Info:

Transformers: The Last Knight Surprise Bags announced.
Transformers: The Last Knight Hyperchangers announced.
One case carton contains 24 Transformers: The Last Knight Surprise Bags which are 14cm in individual package height (actual toy height will be shorter). This led us to believe that this is some sort of a Blindbag product line.

Thanks to Transformers: Peru we had our first look at Transformers: The Last Knight Hyperchangers on Wednesday night, which were lurking in the background of the Premier Edition Deluxe Bumblebee photo. Based on the info we received, the Hyperchangers are renamed AOE Flip & Changers and may very well contain some repaints/retools of the AOE line. We currently do not know of the relationship between Hyperchangers and the previously revealed 3-Step Armor Up Turbo Changers, but it seems that they are one and the same.

The rest of the line consists of items we’ve heard before. And you can take a look at the lineup which includes Transformers: Generations as well as Transformers: Robots In Disguise, after the jump.

We expect more countries to reveal the official line as we take the Road To New York Toy Fair 2017 where the Hasbro US 2017 Official Transformers Toyline is revealed.
