From my experiences with the Palisades Claire and Leon, those ones are pretty good (although I managed to lose the magazines of Claire's pistol and AK in the shag carpeting of my university bedroom)

They are over 10 years old now, so you'd be hard up finding them anywhere.

The Neca (I think) Tyrant is cool.
He can't stand or pose for shit but he looks nice.

I used to have a toy of the final boss of the second game that was pretty neat.
I couldn't tell you the brand but he had switchable heads and decent articulation for the time.

I have neca's hunter, it's semi articulated and is hefty as fuck

This, I made a bootleg Hot Toys Leaon, and the quality is generally the same as the real one I had a while ago. Midnight Wesker is tight, but I wish I had an alt version of his matrix shirt because I'm afraid the material will degenerate badly.
