The most you could have paid with USPS' priority shipping in those dimensions would be about maybe 13-15, and it would arrive in about 2-3 days. I don't see how UPS would have been more convenient since PayPal let's you print the shipping label right then and there, unless you don't have your own little scale then it's understandable
